Basically something to spark off a great top - Style.

I recently came into about 600,000g due to the market place and kinda splashed out a bit and was wondering who has the best style in Kindreds?

Is it the rustic, old-fashioned look or the inspiration(stroke)insanity?! Do big animals increase the value of your avis' look, or simply changing the hair style and adding a beard increase the features you want in life?

Because the more we look at it, our avis' are minature versions of ourselves. And we want to be cool, awesome and kick-a** but you later find out through money that expensive items make you look better rather than skeleton trousers and thread-bare shoes.

What item would you LOVE gaia to bring out?

What is your favourite items?

How much is your item sells count to income produced in market? Do you believe that items that are rarer are at ridiculous prices?

Well, my vote was yes, although it takes some explanation.

Some of you who've known me a while may know this already, but my avi is based on an old fanfic character of mine. I created Kino for a short-lived Inuyasha RP board, and then started writing his story as a fanfic when the RP died.

At the time, I was going through some serious emotional difficulties (some of which I still struggle with from time to time) and didn't realize how much of myself was being reflected in Kino's character. When I did come to that realization (thanks in large part to a phone convo with Ten-chan), it helped me out a lot. Being able to look at Kino and how he dealt with his situation gave me the chance to look at myself from the outside, as it were, and gain a new perspective on my own problems.

As a result, I was finally able to overcome my self-doubt and self-esteem problems, and learned how to accept the idea of other people actually liking me. Which, in turn, helped me claw my way out of my chronic depression.

Since then, Kino has been the character and online persona with which I've identified the most. He really is a close reflection of me, and still helps me find balance at times when I need it.

So, since my Gaia avatar is based directly on this character (I spent my first month or two on Gaia just saving up to buy the right outfit to make the avi match his appearance), it really means a lot to me, and I do view myself through it, though perhaps not in the same way you originally meant when you asked.
