... & they make well over $1,000,000 per month -- My God, it's like, everybody's broke & can't drive their car cause of gas prices & the recession & blah blah blah, yet think how many young Americans are apparently throwing significant amounts of money into making their little pixelated avatars look a bit "cooler" ... [& yes, Gaia Cash is EXPENSIVE. The average evolving item cost the equalevant of $5 or $6... each zOMG! box cost one dollar... 2500 Gaia Cash cost 25 dollars... & yes, Gaia makes over a million dollars per month due to money from the Cash Shop & MCs ALONE]

read boobear's post south side, she agrees with you. Look at it like a video arcade game. No big deal. If you like to play then there is nothing wrong with paying for the fun. Like going to the movies. Nothing is wrong with buying cash.

Doctor Phelps read boobear's post south side, she agrees with you. Look at it like a video arcade game. No big deal. If you like to play then there is nothing wrong with paying for the fun. Like going to the movies. Nothing is wrong with buying cash. Boobear does all the time! wink my only problem with that, and it nothing more than personal oppinion, is that if i go to the game store and buy a game, im physically buying something, i can hold it in my hand, it wont go out of "style" unless i get bored with it, and it wont disappear if i get hacked(happened to my account that i started in early 04 gonk ) i could easily buy a great avi, but i could get hacked again and be right back at square one. im not afraid of being hacked, i can always start another account, but its all just for play anyways, so why spend money on something thats free when there are so many other ways to invest?

I know that some are opposed to the cash shop, but that doesn't mean you have to stop using it. It's there for a reason, and if you want to spend real money, that's your prerogative. (I spend money on there all the time, and I am not ashamed to say it.  ) @O_X_Y Games do go out of style. If they didn't, we would still be playing Atari. wink But I am talking about going to the arcade. You dont get to keep those games, and you get nothing more than what you get here. Like I have said before, it's just like world of warcraft. You have to pay a monthly fee on that. smile

You have to pay a monthly fee on that. smile point made, but at the arcade you HAVE to pay, here you can, with bit of work, get just as much gold without paying as you can by forking over teh cash. and no matter if a game goes out of style or not, i will still play it if i like it (yes, i do still play atari gonk ) and my problem with it is that IM trying to get the rent/bills/credit cards payed, and SHE is spending on gaia, that right there is the first thing that made me hate the gaia store crying its all personal preference and im not saying that you or anyone else is stupid for spending money on gaia, i would just like to PAY MEH BILLS FIRST wahmbulance i guess my biggest problem with it is that she doesnt think about what we have to pay before she does things like this

I took no offense to it. smile And I agree with you, bills come first. If you have bills to pay, they come first, always. And I am sorry about your girlfriend. (I still play the atari too. xd And the nintendo 64.... sweatdrop sega) gotta love the classics. ESPECIALLY ZELDA lol. I do have a wii, but I saved what I could of three months paychecks to get it.

I do have a wii, but I saved what I could of three months paychecks to get it. yeah, perfect example, she got paid yesterday, and i was gonna put it in the bank and pay the rent, but she bought some stuff on gaia, and now were like $10 short. luckily its not due till friday when i get payed, but now i have to spend my entire lunch break walking up a steep a** hill to get the rent check gonk
