I think that if Sesshoumaru really wanted to kill Inuyasha any more and Kagome wasn't there that Sesshoumaru would win. Only beacuse Sesshoumaru has more time and experience under his belt.

Seshomaro, because he's been fighting longer, adn in soem ways is a better fighter than inuyasha
