It won't stick. I'm sure the Texas state government will find some loophole or claim that Obama and McCain already signed up...
But for the moment...

Yeah, quite the interesting little situation. I receive the Austin Liberator so I'm up to date on this. Looks like Wes and Pat have pounced on this as well they should. After all, it is so like the Demopublicans to not really care about fair elections-- no, of course not, else someone real might actually win, like oh, say, a LIBERTARIAN!!
(OK, I still don't like Barr, he feels increasingly like Demopublican lite to me, but I still find the Texas situation pretty hilarious)
