Moray was crushed-not only had she not found Nadra... but now she was seriously heading home. As badly as it made her heart ache inside her pale chest-as badly as her eyes watered-she was heading home. But she had to find him-that male of such a bright pelt... one last time. She felt funny and awkward with what she was going to request of him-but it had to be done. She had to bring something back to the pride-that would bring her Honor back-brightly colored cubs.
So she padded along, faintly aware of how much taller she was getting lately. She also noticed her legs getting longer... and perhaps her appetite peaking too... but it didn't matter-she was alone. And now she had to find her way home... to face her mother alone.
This thought drew tired sobs from her muzzle, hot tears rolling down her face-as she padded along the path she had first seen him on. He had to be here...

Thona's day had been dull. So he had found a nice tree to lounge about it. Of course, he rather not be in the tree. But the only creatures that past were either those who he couldn't mess with, or males. Which put a rather sour taste in his mouth. He flicked his tail as it hung down from the tree. Making the bone jewelry clink together and make what he thought was a lovely sound. Of course, not everyone thought that. In fact, most would consider him crazy.
Perhaps he was. Perhaps he was very crazy, or insane. Thinking that, he just gave a shrug and a smirk appeared upon his face. Oh, if they wanted crazy, he'd give them crazy. He didn't even notice that a white lioness had been moving towards were he was. Of course, he would have picked her up by now, but the wind was not going his way today. Normally that'd make him move, but today, he didn't care. It seemed like a decent lazy day.

Moray sniffled and cried sadly, feeling more and more grief flood her as she took another step away from her love. She would never feel Nadra's breath on her face or hear her sweet song... and these thoughts made her erupt into frantic crying sobs, her chest heaving and tears leaving streaks down her serene cheeks. She reached up with her white and yellow paws to wipe her sad tears from her face-but several attempts at this left her sitting-not caring about her fur right now.
She sat, her head hanging as she rounded upon the rock he had first seen him sitting upon. Not seeing him on it, she felt another sob escape her lips, as she crawled up onto the rock, laying with her head between her paws-intent on waiting forever if she had too.

Thona heard some sobbing in the distance. Not far from where he was. Yet wasn't exactly sure where it was. He hopped down from his tree and started going closer to where he thought he heard the sounds. Oh... A damsel in distress was always a good thing to him. He smirked. They were always a easy target. Easy to manipulate. Though, what he didn't know was this female was looking for him.
He flicked his tail as he got near to the adult lioness. Or what looked like one. At first he didn't realize who she was. "having troubles miss?" He asked trying to be a bit of a gentleman. He had to pretend he was going to try to comfort her, then take her for granite.

Moray felt that the rock was her only companion at that moment, comforting her with its warmth. She was so distraught, her paws hanging over the edges, wishing that she would just go to see her ancestors.. so she would not have to show her face with such shame upon it. She sniffled, her eyes shut and her cheek pressed against her paw. Then, a glorious voice rang out-and she opened her eyes wide with shock. She sprang up, a huge smile on her face. "Yes... I was having trouble finding you!"
She sprang down from the rock, her body wriggling in her happiness, her eyes sparkling. It was him-his beautiful fur, his kindness... oh thank the gods and goddess's. She ran up to him and pushed her cheek against his rump... laughing sweetly. "I was looking for you-and you found me... Thank the high ones!"

That was a first, someone finding him. Oh he was delighted. It took a moment or two to realize that this lioness, now grown, was the one he was trying to seduce not to long ago. "Moray, why would you see to sought me out?" he asked remembering her name. Only because he had to remember it in case he ran into her again. "My poor dear, what is wrong?" He asked seeing her tear filled face. "You look as if someone killed your parents!" His voice was full of innocents, yet he was laughing on the inside.
He was playing it magnificent. He wasn't much for being caring, but this was working out well. Why had she come to seek him out? Hopefully she didn't want to stay by his side. He'd have to get rid of her fast then. Maybe being nice wasn't everything after all? What if one day, someone becomes as obsessed as Nande? Oh, he was sure that wouldn't happen. She was seeking him out for guidance, or help with something. Not mating.
"What is there that I can help you with?"

Moray stood at his side, suddenly self concious of her tear stained face and began to wash, her pale paws doing quick work at getting rid of the evidence of her pain. She sat down, cleaning delicately as she went, listening to his words. "I have to go home now..." She said, her voice showing the apparent pain on going back. "I can't find Nadra so now I am going home..." She said, not sure how to start upon her request of him... or how to even... explain it.
"Remember when we first met... and I told you about my pride... how colors are higher statused..."

He raised his brow. She hadn't been looking for that long, or had time deceived him and moved faster then he thought it had. He listened to what she said about her going home, he showed no emotion upon his face, but sat down to listen to what she had to say, Then she went on about how her pride liked color.
Another brow raised. What was she getting at? "Yes, I recall you saying that once before." He said with a nod. He said it in a way that made him sound like he'd known her a long time. Of course, it was just another way to make her feel comfortable around him. He liked acting as if he was nice, though hated it at the same time.
He hated goodie-goodie two shoes, and everything they represent. Always so innocent, they know nothing about the cruel world. He was there, at least, to remind them the world isn't so kind as they think. And soon, he'll have other's to do the same as him. Yes... "What's that got to do with what you want from me?" He asked.

Moray felt the heat rush to her cheeks as she stared at her feet... so very nervous and childlike in front of him-making such a silly request. She cleared her throat.. not sure how to start. "Well... I left to find someone that my pride found inappropriate for me. I may have brought some shame upon my family because of it... and upon myself... and I have been thinking of a way to bring that pride back..." She said, looking at her paws intently, as if they were magnets.
"Well... you see..." She felt her nerves starting to tweak-she couldn't take it anymore. "I wanted to know if you-would start a baby in me..." She said, looking at her feet with eyes watering in desperation. "If I come home-bearing children of bright color and of high status, my status will rise... and I won't be a shame to my family."

He raised a brow as she went on. Start a baby? Did she mean get her pregnant? He smiled kindly at her, though with in his head he was saying "SCORE". He pondered about this for a moment or to. "You won't come looking for me after words? I don't think having kids with someone else will settle well with my parents." He lied. He couldn't tell her he was mated. "At least ones that were a mixed species." He added.
"But if it would help you, I'd be willing to." He said casually. Of course, he was going to. This was the first time someone asked him to impregnate them. Strange really, but it made it very easy for him. He didn't have to do any seducing this time. Normally it would take a few smooth words, and then some movements. But this, this was just.... so nice. His tail tapped upon the ground, letting the bones make extra noise as he sat there.
An idea came within his head. He could use this as a experiment. Stalking her later down the road when she was to give birth. He planned perhaps, to kidnap one of the cubs. But only if there was more then enough. He wanted to know if his mate would even notice that that was his kid. Or what she'd do to him bringing home a baby... Oh, this could be interesting. Of course, he'd never tell Moray that he was going to take one of the cubs. No, she must not know. Nor did he want the cub to know about him. "As well as, you need not to tell them about me." He said.

Moray had waited for those very words... he was saying yes to her. She felt a glow spread to her cheeks, at the thought of going home and having something to bring to her mother. She nodded quickly." Of course, I won't tell them anything about you. I will tell them... that 'he was a leopard' and that is all..." She said, her chest puffing up as she sat down, her eyes no longer filled with tears but with glee. "Oh... I will tell them you were a rhino for all I care... Thank you so much for saying 'yes'. I don't know what I would do if I didn't know you. " She said, rubbing on him momentarily.
She then got a slightly confused look on her face. "Erm... I may sound silly... but... I am not sure-how things go about... doing.... um... making the babies." She said with a nervous laugh

Thona nodded at her. He had told her that his name was Toki, so it shouldn't matter if she told them about him. Apart from the fact he didn't want them to know what he looked like. Kidnapping would be a tricky thing, and if they though he was their father, how would Nan react? Well, a simple lie and beating them would work too.
Then a question came. "Oh, you can just leave me to all that." He said with a smile. "You can sit back and just enjoy." He said. Though he wasn't about to do it now. "Though, perhaps at night time would be better, that way no one can see the acts in which happen." He told her. He didn't want any witnesses. Of course, he didn't care normally, but perhaps there was a purpose out of this later on. He continued to smile sweetly.

She nodded vigerously, so relieved that he would follow through. She would be going home-with a belly full of color and her pride beaming-even if she wasn't with Nadra. "Okay... I will Toki." She said, nodding slowly. She would do anything he told her to at this point-considering he held in his paws; her very future back home. Her fur prickled, at the thought of seeing her mother again... of seeing her siblings... of her pride back.
"Then I will lay down and wait till it is dark..." She said stubbornly, flopping herself down with a grin-excited and anxious at the same time. She lay her head on her paws, intent to lay and stare at nothing until it got dark-when he could clean her paws or what ever it was that made babies... she didn't care.

He raised a brow, almost forgetting again that he had told her his name was Toki. He smiled kindly. "Well, we will have to have to have a place to meet back up." He informed her. Of course, he wasn't going to stick around her all day. That'd be just as obvious as them getting it on right here. "I'm sure maybe we could find a nice place. That way we can go our different ways for now."
He scanned the area and looked about to see if there was a good place, though maybe just make them meet back here? It was more so up to her really. He flicked his tail and waited for her to respond. The faster she did, the sooner he could leave and be about his own business until the time came.

Moray almost as soon as he said it, looked up with a dignified look on her face. She wasn't about to just walk off on her own to find him again when it was dark-she wanted to go home! She flexed her claws. "Can't i just wait here-and when it gets dark we can find somewhere perfect then... " She said with a pouting lip... she didn't want to have to wait-but she would... if anything she wanted to do everything now-NOW. But she would wait, as long as he wanted-if only it meant a new doorway opening to home.
"Or we can meet on the big rock-or anywhere else... Anywhere Toki... I am not picky..." She said quickly, not wanting to sound desperate-but oh to be home with her mother again... to feel her siblings laying beside her... to be home. "Um... I just-I am just nervous is all..."
