I mean, it's sad that a relationship is ending, but it sounds like she didn't care about him that much. So it's better for her to end it rather than lead him on and hurt him more later. She might not have had vaginal sex, but we know she has had oral sex. Oral sex is when you touch your mouth to someone's privates, which is what she did to you. It is possible to get STDs from doing that. So if she's done that to other guys too, it's possible that she has an STD even though she's never had vaginal sex. It sounds like you need to have a talk with her. Let her know that you're not ready for all this sexual stuff. And if she's about 13 years old too, then she's not ready for it either. If she likes you, there are plenty of other ways for her to show it.
