I usually use either plain lettuce or spinach leaves :] Topped with cucumbers, banana peppers, and sometimes graded cheese XD
I dont usually use salad dressing, but sometimes i crave Italian XD
* Discuss what you use, perhaps i'll try it XD

I have two different types that I usually have:
1. Romaine lettuce, onions, thin sliced tomatoes, olives (black or greek), gorganzola cheese (feta or reg. blue cheese will do) and a light italian dressing (vinager and olive oil also work)
2.Mixed lettuce (ice berg and romaine), onions, been sprouts, thin sliced tomatoes, thin chopped carrots, and the most awesome Japanese ginger dressing that we buy from my favorite restaurant.
The Japanese style ginger dressing is so refreshing and not like the in store ginger dressing mixtures of nasty-ness. XD

I can't stand most lettuce salads I find them tasteless. So my "salads" tend to be chopped up vegetables and beans mixed with a light dressing. Basically whatever I have on hand is thrown into a bowl.

I usually use an equal mixture of romaine/iceberg lettuce and baby spinach, with some cucumbers, olives, onion, cheese, carrots, peppers, and sunflower seeds. For dressing I either use ranch or olive oil and vinegar.
I like a good salad every once in a while, but I'm usually not much in the mood for one. I especially hate most restaurant salads with the wilty iceberg lettuce and the runny day-old vegetables stressed

I used to eat a lot of salads, but I have not been eating them as often now. I still eat my greens, but I will toss them in my smoothies or use romaine leaf hearts as taco shells. I am pretty boring with my salads though. Spinach or romaine leaves with some radish, sometimes topped with cucumber slices, and I always add dressing.

Vinegar, organic extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper and poppy seeds (for calcium) for dressing, I usually have spinach and some other dark greens, sometimes with cucumber and carrot too, if I can be bothered to chop them.
