it seams the same problem is repeating itself, origanally we had five judges, and though we've made changes since then lately it seams we've bee judging out of 75 instead of 100 because of someone being absent each week. So perhaps if we had a fifth judge when someone is absent we could still score out of 100 and if we have all five judges we could score out of 125.
i'd like some other opinions before i open a position. below are some applications we recieved a bit before we hired marwolfer i'm not sure how many people are still interested but if we do open the position im sure we'll receive a few more

I love Xinxin Have you judged a contest before: Nope ^_^ What styled avatars do you tend on prefering: I like one's with multiple colors. Also, I prefer ones that have plenty of items but not cluttered. Simple avis are nice sometimes, but they can appear as if not much time was spent on it. I also prefer matching shades of colors not just colors how much time have you spent in the AT: I've entered maybe 10-20 tektek contests, I like to hover around here sometimes. I prefer organized clutter with amazing balance though. What styled avatars do you tend on preferring: I like anything that looks good. Seriously. I have given good scores to clutter, simplicity, and even bizarre color combos. I like to see things I've never seen before. How much time have you spent in the AT: Too much. ^.^ I'm in the AT for at least a couple of hours each day.
