Guild bill of rights.

1. Applicants' rights:
a. Applicants have the right to a fair assessment of their value to the guild.
b. Applicants do not have the right to demand entrance to the guild.
Applicants do not have the right to harass members of the guild.

2. Students' rights:
a. Students have the right to be treated equally and with fairness, regardless of race, creed, color, religion, sexuality, membership in organization, or any other factor not specifically stipulated in the Bill of Rights, henceforth referred to as BoR.
Students have the right to speak their mind in any forum not specifically denied to them.
Students have the right to create their own topics in the guild sub-forum.
Students have the right to an enjoyable guild experience, conditional upon their compliance with the rules.
Students have the right to use profanity that is not racial in origin.
Students have the right to exploit loopholes in this BoR.
b. Students do not have the right to demand and receive the reason for their acceptance in the guild.
Students do not have the right to be a member of the staff, unless it is given to them by the current staff, in which case the rules for their new classification apply. Students do not have the right to correct the teachers or staff, unless the member of staff has given permission.
Students do not have the right to harass members of the staff.
c. Students are obligated to use the English language correctly.
Students are obligated to follow the directions of staff.
Students are obligated to follow the guild rules.

3. Teachers' rights
a. Teachers have all the rights of students.
Teachers have the right to assign classwork, within reasonable limits, to students.
Teachers have the right to send students to detention with due cause.
Teachers have the right to enforce minor disciplinary problems as they see fit.
Teachers have the right to consult with a mod if they have any questions regarding guild policy.
b. Teachers do not have the right to exploit their powers.
Teachers do not have the right to assign cruel and/or unusual punishments and/or classwork, with the exception of detention.
Teachers do not have the right to demand and receive the reason for their acceptance in the guild.
Teachers do not have the right to be a mod, unless it is given to them by the current staff, in which case the rules for their new classification apply.
Teachers do not have the right to question the judgement of the staff, unless the member of staff has given permission.
Teachers do not have the right to harass members of the staff.
c. Teachers are obligated to use the English language correctly.
Teachers are obligated to follow the directions of mods and the guild leader.
Teachers are obligated to follow the guild rules.

4. Mods' rights
a. Mods have all the rights of teachers, excepting those applying to distribution of classwork, unless the mod is also a teacher.
Mods have the right to decide whether an applicant is deserving of entrance into the guild.
Mods have the right to warn users not in compliance with the guild rules.
Mods have the right to ban users not in compliance with the guild rules.
Mods have the right to consult with the guild leader if they have any questions regarding guild policy.
Mods have the right to question guild policy.
b. Mods do not have the right to abuse users.
Mods do not have the right to abuse their powers.
c. Mods have the obligation to use their powers with moderation.
Mods have the obligation to uphold guild policy.
Mods are obligated to use the English language correctly.
Mods are obligated to follow the directions of the guild leader.
Mods are obligated to follow the guild rules.

5. Guild leader's rights
a. The guild leader has all the rights of mods.
The guild leader has the right to decide whether an applicant is deserving of entrance into the guild.
The guild leader has the right to warn users not in compliance with the guild rules.
The guild leader has the right to ban users not in compliance with the guild rules.
The guild leader has the right to modify guild policy.
b. The guild leader does not have the right to abuse users.
The guild leader does not have the right to abuse her powers.
c. The guild leader has the obligation to use their powers with moderation.
The guild leader has the obligation to uphold guild policy
The guild leader is obligated to use the English language correctly.
The guild leader is obligated to follow the guild rules.

6. Future policy
The guild leader, and all future guild leaders, if any, are obligated to hold theirselves to the highest standard of ethics at all times.
The guild leader, and all future guild leaders, if any, do not have the right to change section 6 of the BoR.
