The Art planet Luvre.
Colonized by the french the planet sits under the ever changing Nebula. The smallest continent is an art school, only a minute building for when it rains but the most beautiful outdoor on the world. The rest of the world is a museum.

Fox's mouth fell open a little, in amazement. the corners of his lips turned up a little. "See, now THAT is brilliant." he said, gazing upon her. "I was right, you really are brilliant." he flipped the leather open again and showed it to her. "This looks to you like a scrap of paper, but it's actually slightly psychic, it shows whatever I will it to show. but thats the problem, it shows what your minds on, and if your mind wanders..." he grinned. "Apparently." he said, turning to look at the paper. "I showed him a letter from the dean with a p.s. saying that the steward is to get me a tub of toffee iced cream."
He grinned. "come on, he'll be able to find me." Fox said, wandering off. He paused and looked up at the sky light for a moment, eyeing the nebula. "We're in the Desire wing... that meas left left right forward and then spin around for thirty seconds and we'll be there."
---
Twenty minutes later and the pair arrived at the right exhibition. "now promise me that you wont get too many ideas, I don't want to ruin the time line." he smiled. opening the door and waiting for the girl to notice either one of the small holographic panels with her name next to one of the paintings or one of the holographic boards with information about her.
Fox stepped in and moved towards the painting he said he loved, 'The White Man and the Red Box' to smile at himself.

"...I promise..." Josey said, still eyeing him skeptically. Psychic paper...entire planets as art museums...She shook her head and followed him.
They came into the exhibition and Josey's breath caught in her throat. She spun in a circle, taking everything in, and then froze. She looked up at Fox and then back down at two hologram nameplates below two paintings.
"That-that's my name..." She said as she studied the paintings above. "You...You were telling the truth!" Going over to stand beside him, Josey looked up at the painting Fox chose to study.
"...I painted this..." she said breathlessly. "...And that's you...Did you know you were going to meet me? You said you knew my work...My work is mostly about you from what you've been telling me...Is it mostly about you because you met me today or is it about you because you knew i was going to meet you regardless?" She held her face in her hands, still staring at the painting. Her head hurt. SHe couldn't get her mind around this.

"I had no idea it was me. I guessed that it was a time lord but I assumed it was the Doctor. The wing about us has red and blue boxes, I assumed that the people who painted the red box either got confused or decided to disguise it for some reason..." he said, smiling. He moved along the row of paintings and looked at each. The second painting was of the nebula, and looking up it was almost identical. "You're going to remember this day for a long time." he smiled, moving along. He continued to move until he found the shape of a person covered in white with light shining off of every part o him.
"Not good..." he sighed, "Regeneration..." he closed his eyes and turned away, "I shouldn't watch any more... I don't want to see what's to come."
The building shook. Fox managed to keep his balance while many of the lights and paintings fell. One at the far end cracked and fell off the frame. The time lord moved over and picked it up. It showed a red box with a black, domed pyramid outlined around it.
His eyes widened... it couldn't be... no... they were... Fox turned just as the steward arrived with the iced cream. "Sir." he said, handing it over. "Thank you, now... what was that?" he asked, raising his eyebrows at the alarm that now rang.

"Regeneration?" She asked curiously coming over to look at what had caught his eye. It was an interesting-if not admittedly a little disturbing. The painting was of Fox...as far as she could tell...even though she couldn't make out his face...and he seemed to be being torn apart by light. Before he had a chance to answer her question, everything went crazy.
Josey caught hold of the wall as the entire building shook on its foundations. She held tight, trying not to fall, failing, and landing on her bum. It finally stopped and everything went back to the way it was and she looked up at Fox as the man ame back with a bowl of icecream.
"What was that?"

"I'm sure it's nothing, sir, Ma'am." the steward said. "but if it helps I will go check." "Please do." Fox said, mouth full of toffee iced cream. "Enjoying yourself Josey?" Fox asked, offering a spoon to her. "Do you wanna..." The time lord pulled out his torch and tapped it on his fore head. "...eh?" He grinned and waited for the reply.
(Really sorry about the crappiness)

Josey took the offered spoon and shoved a bite of icecream in her mouth with a gratified sigh. "Absolutely." she replied, spinning the spoon around in her fingers.
Glancing around, she let a smile creep across her face and winked up at him. "I thought you'd never ask! Lets see what paintings they hide in the back...museums always hide the better ones they think the public won't understand." She pointed at the lapel of his jacket, then gently flicked his nose before hurrying off for a door that read 'employees only'.

"I was thinking more along the lines of Finding out what's going on." Fox smiled. turning to the door with 'Staff' written on it. "But im sure we can look at some of your more important arts. If you're sure you want to see more spoilers. when your older you'll feel all unoriginal." he smiled and walked across to the door. he placed a hand on it and stepped inside. "Well lets see, do they have a computer in... ah!" he jogged over to a computer and pulled out his sonic device, shining it at the edge of the computer. he pulled off the case, touched two wires together and then the computer logged in. "Hello, user 100102F0CKS. How may I be of service." the computer asked. "Yeah, what was that? that crash just now." Fox asked. "The explosive movement was caused by the imminent destruction of the planets solar center." the computer said pleasantly. "But... why are there still people here? The planets going to be exploding." The time lord asked. "Gravity generators are en-route to cease the expansion. Please remain calm." the computer shut down. "Sure, remain calm, the suns expanding to destroy the planet i'm standing on and the grav gens aren't here yet... I'm perfectly calm." he kicked the computer and cursed. "If I get out of this one I'm editing your software to say 'SCREAM ALL YOU WANT, Yo Gonna DIE!!!!'"

Josey came over grinning from looking at some hidden paintings by artists she actually recognized and others she never even considered when she heard Fox have a mini-meltdown.
She arched one brow, still smiling a little, "IF you get out of this? But I thought you were very, very lucky...?" She asked. "If you're not clever enough to stop a sun expanding after stoping an entire alien fleet...I'm going to be highly disappointed and you may only get a poem, rather than a poem, paintings and a short story, Mr. Fox." She crossed her arms and tilted her head to one side, looking at him.

"Well I know we will get out of it." Fox sighed. "you saw all the paintings right?" Fox stepped across to the closest window and, after pulling a pair of holographic glasses out and donning them, stared up at the sun. The time lord frowned and watched closely as the edge of the solar entity mored outward across the sky. "But I'd quite like to save the planet as well." The time lord looked around, grabbing his head and taking a deep breath while trying ot think of a solution in that strange way that he did. "Ok, lets see what information we have. Arg, I hate having to be smart, it's not my forte."
He moved back to Josey and handed her the glasses, pulled out his thinking specs and donned them. "We have a sun expanding to destroy some planets... a tardis, the greatest space ship in the galaxy... missing gravity generators... an art museum filled with the greatest art in the galaxy and arguably the greatest artist that has ever lived... oh, and this." his sonic flash light popped out of his pocket and into his hand.
"But I doubt a sonic anything will be as powerful as 77 grav generators holding back a star." He turned to Josey. "You know what happens I've seen your paintings... except you havent painted them yet... you're useless."

Josey frowned at him while he bantered on..."I'm useless?" She asked incredulously. "I'm not the only one that has no idea how to handle this! At least I'm not still standing around being ridiculous and blaming hijacked artists!" She shoved over and sat down in a chair, pulling out her computer and opening it.
She immediately turned it on and started tearing her fingers over the keys...clicking away furiously.

Fox smiled and turned to Josie. "Oh, good, you know what to do?" he asked, leaning back against the wall and raising a hand. "I shall follow thy lead, mi'lady artist." he swung his hand a little and bowed formally to the girl several centuries younger than him. "I guess it was a good thing I picked you up then, huh, Miss morose." He commented. "Do you want to borrow the sonic flash light or can I keep that?"

Josey was typing furiously, her fire-red hair falling down around her face like curtains as she entered in a few keywords about their situation and....Suddenly her shoulders stiffened and her fingers froze mid-word as she slowly...ever so slowly tipped her eyes up to look at the man a few inches away from her.
...A few keywords. Planet. Bigger on the inside. Darmal Aliens...Time Lo-She suddenly realized she just hadn't a clue about anything. She didn't have any idea what she was doing or even what she was hoping to do...and had he-he said she'd seen all this...and she ahd paintings...completed paintings...Her mouth dropped open and she looked as utterly sheepish.
She cleared her throat and slowly closed her computer, pressing her lips together in a hard line and raising one eyebrow as she looked up at him.
"Who...did you say you were...again?" She asked, her voice almost apologetic.

"As much as I want to admonish you for not really having all the answers I do love talking about myself." Fox admitted. "And as much as the star is expanding... I just LOVE talking about myself. I really am quite something after all." He smiled, getting up again and pointing the sonic torch at the computer console. he flicked it on for a moment and then a holo-image popped up of a completely differnet man.
"Name, Fox." the computer said, "Species, Gallifreyan, Time Lord. A mythic character appearing all throughout earths history." the face on the holo image changed. "It has been said that he comes in, acts a fool and leaves. But is closer to the truth that he comes in, he saves the world, makes a joke, and scarpers. Known to travel in an old English phone booth. Often confused with the Legendary Doctor scene throughout history Fox has a similar past and relationship with Earth, though while The doctor was facinated by the 21st century when earth became an entity in space Fox is often more concerned with Earths later years, the colonisation primarily, protecting our new teams from threat." throughout the video presentation the hologram showed a grand total of seven faces, one of which was the one fox wore, and one of which Fox took a keen interest in. "Well thats brilliant old me." Fox grinned, flicking the computer off. "Though of course I've hyped myself up a fair amount now if I dont get us out of this little... pickle, I imagine you'd be pretty let down, huh?" The Fox grinned and looked up at the cieling. "Though you have to admit, it's astonishing... Beautiful and... well... Brilliant. Up there, Ninety-nine-million-two hundred and forty two thousand eight hundred and twelve point three miles away there is a gas giant growing exponentially, growing so large that it'll wipe out what it has sustained for billions upon billions of years. It's almost a wonderful metaphor if it weren't for the fact so many people are still here."
Fox sighed and smiled again, looking down at Josie. "NOW!" he announced, jogging back to the computer and lighting it up again. "Lets see what inventory this world has. feel free to throw ideas at me by the way."

Josey stood, slipping her laptop into her bag and letting it hang at her side as she went over to stand near Fox as a hologram appeared with a series of several faces. She squinted as if that'd help her make more sense of what she was seeing. The information spoken back through the computer's soft, monotone voice made her eyebrow raise slightly with each sentence.
A Time Lord...A Time Lord? ...It was taking a lot to wrap her mind around the fact that she had traveled further than South East London. He turned to her after studying the last face to appear, the one matching how he looked now, and smiled. Her face was still a mixture of confusion and wonder, but then he went back to talking about the problem at hand. The sun was expanding. Josey's mind started to race and she followed his gaze up to the ceiling before meeting his eyes as he smiled at her again.
This had to be a dream. And she was totally gonna make a story out of it.
"Yeah, definitely gonna let me down if you let us die." She said with a smirk as he rambled on quickly. He jogged over to the computer again and made it buz to life again as he ran an inventory check of the world.
Ideas he wanted. "Doesn't the world have a defensive shield or anything?" She asked hesitantly. "I mean, maybe not as big as the whole world...but big enough to at least slow things down...just a bit?" She asked.
