As always... I start a pic before finishing one xDDDDDD (like 4 pics in my PC XDDDDD), but I liked this sketch and I need advice ToT

-: Everything looks in place and the only thing I found that some work was the hand holding the sword. The hand looks unnatural, almost being forced to hold in that position. My suggection would be to let the hand rest on the swords instead of being on the handle.
I tried to make the hand more natural but it didn't work too well. So you can ignore that. I placed a line across the shoulders to show that one side is taller than the other. However, I don't know if you were going for that or not.
I also tried to find some reference but I couldn't get a good size and something that is similar to the pose. So I don't know if they'll be any help at all.

Thanks about the hand ^^, and the shoulders is because in one she has an armored part and the other shoulder, she has a jacket of the style of the Biancamella, for example ^^ (I dont know how it is called in english xDDDDDDDD)
