Well, not changing the fact it was epic and I loved it... but well, I've done a lot of thinking (And a lot of not sleeping which means movies) and I've decided Heath Ledger is the best actor; But Jack Nicholson was a more accurate joker. No doubt, Heath was f***ing phenomenal in his portrayal, but he was too good for the part. I, personally, find calculating insanity more frightening, but he made the Joker a bit more like one of the other characters. The joker is supposed to be a bit less mindful and more striaght-jacket.
So... as a stand-alone this movie gets 11/10 lol, but if you're going for accuracy as well as the movie I'd say it actually only gets an 8.5/10. *hides from bricks*

I was thinking that when we were talking about the other villains. I never read the original comics, but I watched the T.V series, and I agree with Shel.
