  Overlevel. A lot.
  Go back to town and buy better equipment.
  Change your strategy, because that's probably it.
  Cross your fingers and hope the fight swings in your favor.

I usually try to change my strategy... Sure leveling up like crazy works, but I am one of those people who doesn't like to do that... I like to beat them at as low of a level as I can... sweatdrop

I use al of the above.
When I die a few times, I level up LOTS.
Then I buy betters equipment.
Make sure my strategy is sound.
Then I cross my fingers and hope it works. xDDDD
