Zeda yawned and flicked her mane her meloncolly self as she looked around, she was not able to get to sleep last night, there was a whole lot of bad weather and the thunder had kept her awake she was not very happy about that. At least the grass was green, if there was one thing Zeda could do it was eat when there was not anything else to bother with it was pretty much all she could do besides think, life had been so slow for her it was so much trouble having fun, or finding ways to have fun on her own, her face ached from pretending to smile at one point so now she does not smile at all, or cry for that matter she is just a blank little doll with no hopes and dreams in life,
She continued on her walk looking around for signs of life, not that she was too bothered she hated meeting people, but she felt refreshed she had met with her mother a little while back and it gave her just a spark at hope, because her mother believed that one day Zeda would find happiness which is the nicest thing she had ever said to her.

Trees whizzed by him as Vibrant Shades of Death ran through the dense forest along a deer trail. A huge log stretched out across the path before him and so he lept with sublime grace landing on the other side with a thud. Before him the trees were starting to thin out into a prairie and Vib tossed his long mane picking up his speed even more. It had been so long since he'd run like this, daring the wind to keep up with him, and he loved it. Vibrant burst form the wood in a shower of sparkles, mane tail, and leaves. The brightness of the prairie hurt his eyes for a moment but still he kept galloping pushing himself to run faster now that the trees weren't closed upon him. He didn't catch the scent of his daughter somewhere e ahead of him, at least not at the moment. He was to overjoyed to have the wind in his face, whipping his mane and tail into a flurry around him and sending stray sparkles flying out behind him in a glittering trail.

Zeda herd some hoofs in the distance as she blinked looking over in there direction she wondered if it was her mother again, she really wanted to meet with her again there last meeting had made her so happy she felt like a whole knew person she loved her and that was saying a lot saying Zeda does not love anyone. She smiled and waited to see who it was, it could be anyone she knew a lot of people who where from around here but she wanted to at least make an effort to be nice to some people, those who had accepted her as a friend but she had never saw them in the same light.
She looked back at the way she came her home was not too far from here but she had never come this way she woke up this morning wanting to look for an adventure, but she sure did not know what was coming her way, she saw something running in the distance but it was hard to make out what it was,

Vibrant's glowing orbs caught the sight of a black form before him, though at first he was still to far away to recognize her as his daughter. So he just kept running his bloody looking silver hooves pounding against the unforgiving earth. As he approached the figure he recognized her instantly, his daughter so much like him in appearance and now almost even in the way the acted.
His glowing eyes held no emotion, they had all long before been ripped forcefully from him.
He shook his head and smiled slightly "Zeda ..." there was surprise in his voice but also a small hint of a happiness that wasn't transferring to his eyes. "It's been so long my daughter." He stopped before her a massive black twin almost of his daughter except a few key differences.

Zeda looked at him wondering how she should act around him, she could tell him what she thought that she left him not too pleased with his behavior, but he seemed.. dead in a way and since her mother had changed so much maybe giving her dad a second chance aswell was a good idea, she wouldn't be all loving but she would give him a little pity. He seemed to have been threw enough at the minuet.
"Hey there dad, long time no see indeed. How are you?" she asked a little concern in her voice as she tilted her head looking closer at him with a small smile to show that she was worried about him it was the least she could do, it would take a lot to love him though, she wanted to but she did not feel that way about him which saddened her a little

His smile slowly faded into nothing again, as much as he wanted to he never could keep one going for long these days. "Fair enough for the circumstances, and how have you been m'dear?" Vibrant needed no pitty, he was strong again, not the broken wretch he had been only a few short days ago, and he seemed to be taking things better than Awnaety. There was no backlash, no hatred about him just a quiet almost with drawn-ness that made his glowing eyes hallow.
"How has time treated you dear daughter?" His head cocked slightly to the side as a soft breeze rustled his long mane.

"I have been fine.. I saw mom again." She stated in a quite voice not knowing wither on not to have told him that, they where both so broken with out each other and it is a shame there was no chance of them being happy again, they both deserved it and it might fix thngs inside the family if nothing else, then again they never really where a family, they had always been hatred between one another, some of it has faded but some of it still remains in herself, and chances are it nver really will go away.
She listened to her fathers voice he sounded different in a way like something had changed in him, and because of the state he was in it could only really be for the better. She felt the wind blow past her and her dad, she did not have as longer mane as her father but she liked it the legnth it was, not too long and not too short, average as always.
