 Tia stood at the edge of the swampy area, her eyes gazing over the landscape; it was creepily beautiful, and she couldn't help but giggle to herself as she remembered the last time she was here. When they'd first met, Janus had dumped her in one of the pools. The second time they'd gone to this area, she'd discovered that he really did like her and had spend the majority of the time curled into each other.
She stepped carefully through the draping vine-like branches, smiling; she really did love Janus, and she had felt her heart explode everytime she thought about being with him. Shaking her head, she sighed; she was being way too mushy and Janus wouldn't like that....
"YEEK!" She cried out as, lost in her thoughts, she misstepped and slid painfully through the dank ground, splashing into the water. "Ew......" She shivered, swimming to the banks before whatever lived in the waters sensed her there.

Janus sat in a swampy willow tree using the branches to camoflouge himself from the outide world. He let his mind wonder over what had been happening lately. He was finally seperate from is brother, he had confessed he could actually love, the one who was once his pray was now his lover.
Janus, bit his lip as he chuckled softly at the thought of him actually loving someone. He was a murderer, a killer, he lived on the dark side of the world, yet he seemed to find love of the lighter side. It made no sense to him, but he wouldn't bother putting energy in to fighting it.
His thoughts were broken by the screech of another. Jumping down from his hiding spot Janus was met by an amusing sight of a wet swimming Tia.
"I see you are enjoying the swamp..."

Tia climbed out of the water and shook the dank smelling liquid off of herself. She smiled, hearing a rather familiar voice. "Janus, are you hiding in the trees again...?" Her heart fluttered at the thought that he was here; they'd gone through a good amount together, including her pretending that she was suicidal in order to keep him from killing her, which then led to her falling for him.
She looked around for the male, her tail wagging a little behind her as she searched for him. Spotting him in a nearby willow, she happily trotted over to him. "Good afternoon, Janus!"

Janus crossed hi arms as Tia came over and leaned back a bit. He was kind of happy Tia was around, but he did not like the look of swamp wanter on her, nor the smell.
"Hey Tia." He looked her up and down then slaped a hand on his forehead.
"Maybe you should go jump in a clean lake Tia.."

Tia's head drooped a little. "Oh... I smell that bad, huh? Sorry, Janus..." She felt her heart ache a little; so much for him being happy about seeing her like she was to see him.
"I-I'll go get cleaned up...." Dejectedly she walked away, her tail dragging on the ground as she did all she could to not cry; she'd been so happy to see Janus, but she was a stinky, swampy mess and there was no way he'd want to be around her like that.

"Yeah, you kind of do." This was one of those moments he wished he had his brothers mask. Janus sighed as he watched Tia walk off like a lost puppy in the rain. Kind of a sad yet pathetic scene in Janus's mind.
The Male jogged after her and grabbed her by the tail. Janus grumbled as he picked Tia up holding her close in his arms. "You really are..something else...you know that? Walking away like that and looking so sad and lost.."

Tia said nothing, but burried her face in Janus' chest, enjoying the warmth that she felt while wrapped up in his arms. She felt a little stupid, but yes, she was a lost puppy when it involved him.
That's when her stomach churned and she regretted that strange fruit she'd eaten a few hours before. Letting out a small groan, she closed her eyes in pain, unaware of the sudden flash and the fact that once the light was gone, she was no longer stuck to walking around on four legs.

Janus combed a claw through Tia's hair as she nuzzled in to him. He started on his way to the pond. He stopped at the sound of Tia groaning. As Janus looked down just to be blinded by a bright light. He winced as the bright light, which was bright enough to go through his blind fold.
"What the ********?" Janus shook his head and wondered why Tia seemed to be heavier and harder to hold. He stared down at Tia is suprise and almost dropped her.
"What the heck happened to you?"

Tia slowly looked up at Janus, trembling a little. "I.... I'm a two legger... like you.... I don't get it, how did this happen?" She was having trouble keeping her balance, and she held tightly to Janus for his support.
Panic suddenly hit her; what if Janus didn't like her like this? What if he hated the fact that she was a two-legger like he was? What if he left her?

Janus wrapped a hand around her shoulders to help keep her up. He looked her over in confusion. How the hell could something like this happen? he knew that his magic didn't do such a thing since he didn't even know if they magic he knew could do such a thing.
"I don't know how this happened Tia. Why don't you tell me what just happened? What the heck did you do to have such a thing happen to you?"

Tia searched his face with her eyes and felt tears beginning to well up in her eyes. The pain was unmistakable, the aching in her heart and the burning in her eyes from the tears. Her heart was breaking in front of him and she trembled in his hands. "Janus..." She whispered as the hot tears trailed down her cheeks.
She had no idea that the reason for her sudden growth was all because of the small berry she'd eaten just hours before. "Janus.... Do you still like me...? Even though I'm like this?"
