History:

Growing up with a normal family, then living with a strict brother. His brother treated him more like his child than a younger sibling. His brother only kept two Pokemon.
He was wary, Tobias's brother, of his little brother's challenge to himself to be a Pokemon trainer and, or breeder. After a week of whining, his brother let him go live his dream. As long as he didn't join a gang.
