His mother is a wicked woman with a slight mental disorder, making her a little insane. His father is a reasonable man with large ambitions. He is proper and prim but also brave and loyal. But both his parents were taken to azakaban when the dark lord voldemort fell from power. They were charged with life sentences. Most of his family ended up meeting the same fate. The only close family he has is his older brother, Alain McCarthy. Who is the black sheep of the family and rarely comes to see Jonathan. Alain knows his younger brother is a sly and cunning person with evil goals. He descends from the black family for the most part. Their family is supported by old money passed down through generations and both their mother and father work for the ministy. They don't have any other siblings and are often treated as one person. Description of Character: Personality: Liem is loud and outgoing, his main goal in life is to just get by and have fun. He likes to poke fun at people and is ready for anything. Sean is the most level headed of the two and keeps his brother grounded. Together they can get pretty vicious and love to critisize people beyond anything else. Family Background: Kain's father worked in The Department of Magical Law Enforcement and his mother stayed at home with Kains little brothers and sisters. He was pretty anti-social with his family, and it worried his father. After the fall of the Dark Lord, Kains uncle and aunt were taken away, leaving mother in a slight state of shock. She fell into a depression, and Kain was left to take care of her while his father was at work. She started loosing her sanity during the time her husband wasn't letting her out. Now whenever Kain is home for the summer or the holidays, he has to take care of his mother.
Personality: He is manipulative, sly, and incredibly charming. He has always been popular with the girls, and can be a bit of a flirt. However, at times he can seem mentally unstable. He is a bit of a sadistic.

Family Background: Hana's father works with Kains in the Ministry, but she hardly sees her father. She never knew her mother, on account of her dieing shortly after Hana was born. Because she doesn't have any friends near where she lives, she usually interacts with the animals. Her father doesn't want her to work in the Ministry, because he feels that women should stay at home with the children. Just to spite him, Hana is working towards getting a job at the Ministry. Her father didn't want her to go to Hogwarts, but she insisted, because she wanted to be with her friends.
Personality: She seems very friendly to everyone, even members of other Houses. However, she truly despises Hufflepuff and Griffindor. She will act nice around them, but can be very passive-aggressive. She is very kind and loyal to her friends.

Family Background:After his 4th year,his father forced him to stay home for the following year. He learned all he needed to learn, but something set him off his rocker during his year away from his friends. People are generally weary of him because he was a strong supporter of the Death Eaters. He's a bit off in the head, and can be quite girlie at times. Gender doesn't matter to him when it comes to sexual themes. He gets extremely attached to this lovers and friends, and has a hard time letting go of them. He comes off as possessive and cruel. In the eyes of a stranger, he's a bit of an enigma.
Personality: Comes off as cruel, sly, and judgmental, but in reality he's lonely and unhappy.

Family Background: Her family is very well off. Well, 'they' consists of her and her mother. Her father died mysteriously one night and left her and her mother huge sums of inheritance and wealth. But Anita Wolfe and Hydra do not get along well, which is why Hydra stays most her vacations at school, except for summer.
Description of Character:
Personality: She has her few friends, which she keeps close like veins to arteries, but any sign of them slipping away and she lets ago immediately. She can be very pleasant and fun to be with, but if you ask her the wrong questions or give her the wrong look, she will make sure you regret it. Or she will cut you out of her life completely, as she knows what venom does if it spreads. But if you need her as a friend, she will always be there for you.

Family Background: His parents are active supporters of the Death Eaters, but he is not so keen on the idea. His older sister and brother both worked for the Ministry and it is widely known of their multiple betrayals to the Ministry while passing information to the Death Eaters. For this, his family are widely revered amoung dark witches and wizards and shunned at the Ministry.
Description of Character:
Personality: Warm and inviting. However, beneath his shell he is untrusting. He is easy-going, and extremely intelligent. He knows when he's being lied to and also appreciates the truth. His mind tends to wander, and he's a truly loyal friend.

In fact Lina must work to help pay for her studys at hogwarts. She's a broom maker but comes from a long line of wand makers. Her family's finacial troubles were caused by a great great uncle who widdled away all the familys riches. Lina's mother is dead and her father works inside of the ministry under The Department of International Magical Cooperation, where he is in charge of International Magical Trading Standards, he is also the ministrys official wand maker. She has no siblings. She's unsure of how she feels about what happened three years ago and her father doesn't care about her opinon. Family Background: She lives with her father, who is a werewolf. Because of this, he is not able to lead a normal life, and does Ministry work, researching and experimenting with potions and enchantments having to do with his field: werewolves. She has qualities of a werewolf that she cannot control, due to her father's condition.
Description of Character:
Personality: She's very outgoing and acts cute. In the end, it all comes down to her having fun and being loveable. But this is only during the day. At night she becomes cold and distant, unloving and uncaring. Her personalities are split, and one at the same time. One personality is not able to remember the other.

Description of Character: A tall boy of 15 who's acceptance into hogwarts shocked him, for he had no knowledge of his magical heriatage. after his acceptance, his mother told him of his ancestry and that he had a long line of family members from her side of the family who went to the school. He's about 5'9" tall, with brown hair and a scar over his left eye.
Personality: Serious yet goofy.
