so i am in my senior year of high school and i am switching from bass clarinet to tuba and i was just asking for any tips to play tuba so anyone that plays tuba just reply or message me

and especially the lower brass.

if i were you i would switch to alto sax. i play it and tuba susks. i hate the tuba it's soooooooo big. i'ts hard to march with that thing. i mean come on that thing could sufficate you if you don't hold it right.(sorry abuot my spelling. redface )

I'm also in my senior year of high school and I switched from the flute/piccolo to the tuba. In my opinion it is so much better than the woodwinds.

I completely agree with Envious. The woodwinds are better than brass (if you ever hear a lot of them play [if you haven't, get out of this guild, turn off your computer, run to your school to sign up at the band program, then come back to this guild in a year].)

Why are you switching anyway?
