The easiest boss battle I've ever fought in a legend of zelda series game is against the labyrinth 6 boss "Goma" the Giant spider in world 1 of the original nes zelda game.
if you continiously push the subweapon button continously with the bow equipped while walking into the boss room you will kill him the moment you enter the room.

Zelda Ganondorf's puppet on Twilight Princess.....easy to dodge, easy to bat the lightning....simple

I thought Zant was rather easy, once you figure out what you're suppose to do.

In TLoZ LttP (The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past) I believe that the easiest boss would be... Trinexx... Yeah... I know... He's one of the very last bosses... He's also my favorite... Very simple to defeat... For a TLoZ LttP... I've played it over a hundred times... (Literally)

i would probably say... Gohma in OoT. way too simple now... once you learn about the egg trick, she doesn't even take 5 minutes.

Majora's Mask, Majora's Incarnation, and Majora's Wrath all while wearing the Fierce Deity's mask which makes those battles soooooooooooo easy to beat the final boss.

fairy-phoenix Majora's Mask, Majora's Incarnation, and Majora's Wrath all while wearing the Fierce Deity's mask which makes those battles soooooooooooo easy to beat the final boss. Another boss battle that was too easy is Twilight Princess Goron Mines boss Twilit Igniter Fyrus. I swear I could beat him in my sleep, I couldn't believe how easy it was when all you had to do was shoot his gem, make him trip, than hit the gem. The lake temple mid boss the Deku toad was pretty easy too.

Ocarina of Time: King Dongodo.
Majora's Mask: The Bull from the Snowhead Temple, who's name escapes me at the moment.
Wind Waker: The Boss from The Tower of The Gods. (Name also is not present with my memory: Has to really re-play WW.)
Twilight Princess: Argonok, or however you spell his name. xD
And I thought the Igniter was going to be more difficult too. Guess I let the E3 demo go to my head. xp

Come to the dark side.... all of the Links awakening bosses, including the final boss XD seriously they were easy XP.
but every game has there own easy bosses,
LttP- obviously it was anaghim *SP* seriously both times you fight him it was simple. for me anyway XP.
OoT- Gohma, phatom ganondorf, and the final battlw with Ganon.
MM- hmmm, for this it was the bull, and the thingy you fight at the .... actually now that I think about it, all the MM bosses were fairly easy for me, save for the final one.
WW- the giant phatom thingy in the first temple that has a sage *the medli one*
TP- the boss at the temple of time XP
but yeah just my personal easiests.
