Leini woke with a stretch. He red eyes dazzled in the cold morning light that made everything a soft blue color. She loved mornings as well as late nights letting her adapt to sleep only little at night and a bit during the day. She could strive off only hours of sleep. She sat up to look at the sky. It was a vibrant display of pinks, purples, oranges, and blues. The colors reflected on the clouds that were coming in. There was a slight possibility of rain. Leini loved the rain. Red eyes glittered again, happily at the sight of the soft colored sky before stretching her limbs out to a comfortable position. Laying her head on her pays, she looked up at the morning sky.

Machu's eyes opened one and then both, golden orbs looking at the form that took up the sunlight from the entrance. He would not deny that last night was a memorable one. She was a great company, she stayed with him, and she was very warm. He had not felt the warmth of a female since his pup days with his mother. Even with Slavic around, he did not allow him to sleep near him. Machu yawned and sat up, slowly moving toward Leini, his target for a mate. He wasn't a monster, he was just lazy and very persistent. Licking her neck softly, he rested himself beside her.
"Sleep well last night, Leini?"

Leini nodded her head before saying. "Of course~" She chimed the words. She turned her red eyes away from the clouds she had been staring at to look at the orange-colored male. "It was nice sleeping in a den for once," she gave a small doggish smile; eyes glittering playfully in a joke only she could probably understand.
She shook her head before shifted to look at the male better. "How did you sleep?" She questioned with unhidden curiousity.

Her voice was absolutely alluring, if only he could get her to talk more... he watched her move to face him, to get a better look at him, he assumed, letting her words roll in his head. "I will have to agree with you there. I rarely do get to sleep in a den, but it was nice to know I won't be rained on."
"I slept fine. I had a wonderful female company to give this male a warm comfort," he smiled with a toothy grin. He was going to try every chance he got to win her over. best not over do it.

"Dens are definately warmer," Leini gave a bubbling chuckle, amusment showing in her eyes. She was only in a den for a breif while as she was younger; until her siblings were old enough to move then at a young age she started to travel to search for a bother she had lost.
"I'm glad you slept well," Leini told the golden-eyes dog. "It does get rather cold at night." She gave him a grin before grining at him. "Morning are rather cool as well," she spoke, knowing it was the truth. Hot days were lazy days, after all.

Machu chuckled. "Dens trap our heat in, with only one exit out. It is how most places work." He explained slightly. He very much prefered teh outdoors, a lot more space, soft ground, and a great view of the sky. However, in here, he had his privacy. That was what he wanted most as the moment.
"Same." The next few words made him smirk. Trying to appear as the noble male, he raised himself and laid down, pressing himself against her, almost curling around her to keep her warm. "Cold mornings require warmth until the sun fully rises." His tail wagged slowly.

Leini giggled at the male's antics. Shameless. Ah well, who said she couldn't be shameless as well. "That'd be nice," she told him, giving him a lick to the cheek. She stretched a bit again and laid her head on his paws. She curiously awaited his reaction.

Machu's tail wagged a little faster, her reactions seemed, to him, as if she was starting top open up. As she licked his cheek and rested her head on his paws, Machu reached down and began to groom her quietly in the morning sunrise, actually, awaiting for the sun to actually rise. The morning fog was clearing quickly and the smell of the grass was very percise in the air. However, none of it really mattered, he was far too focused on other things.
"What will you do now?" He asked between licks.

Leini let herself relax into Machu's grooming. It was nice. She couldn't stay here though. She was fighting an internal battle to stay or to leave. She couldn't help thinking of her pup she had left with his father. She frowned. Her pup...
"I don't know..." she answered him in a soft voice. Her eyes displayed so many emotions that conflicted with each other.

Machu smiled and rested his head against hers. She was thinking, he could tell. Her eyes told him that she was thinking very hard. He let soft murrs escaped from him as he held onto her. She was a lovely female and he wasn't going to just let her go without trying.
"Leini... would you stay here with me?" He asked softly in a whisper. He hoped she would say yes, but what if he added the next question?...

The red-eyed dog smiled at Machu. "I think I shall," She told him, wagging her tail a bit. She was tired of traveling with no real place to keep her pup safe. Maybe Machu could provide that. She just wouldn't tell him about her pup yet...

Machu smiled, wagging. "Wonderful! I'll be sure to keep you warm and safe, I'll start hunting now if you like," the male nuzzled her softly. She agreed! She agreed to stay! Though he asked her to stay and the answer was a yes. However, what if he asked his second question? The question that meant more? Would the answer still be the same.
"You keep looking outside, is there somewhere you have to go?"

Leini frowned a bit. "There's something I have to retrieve. I can go later, though." She told him. She shifted nervously and looked up at the sky. The sun was filling the area with it's warmth now. She looked back to Machu.
"I'll go while you hunt if that's alright?" She asked him.

Machu smiled. "If that is how it is, I will go hunting now so you can go retrive whatever it is that you need to get," he nuzzled her softly waiting for her signal to go. He had no problem with the situation. She was staying, that was all that mattered to him.
"Mind telling me what this things is?"
