The rather darkly colored stallion was not by his regular tree. Instead he was out on a hill, relaxed, watching the sunset go. Happiness filled in his heart. He sighed as the sky slowly faded into something orange and red. Beautiful. The sun was now semi-circle above the horizon. Dinyin closed his eyes, and let his other senses feel the wind, hear the sounds, and simply enjoy all that around him. When it comes to relaxing, Dinyin was the best at it.
Opening his eyes, the semi-circle became even more smaller. Night was coming and the cool air was flowing back in to cover the hotness during daytime. He shivered a little as a cold streak of breeze swam across and over his back. From his point of view, he could see a few teepees lit inside, the light was shining through the material used to make the native american houses. It was beautiful sight, He wasnt too high up but he was on a hill high enough to see some.
A far distance he spotted some soquilis running freely and playfully with each other. They were young, and free. Just like how he was when he was younger, except he used his time more on sleeping then running and traveling the place. So his tree by the river was really all he knew. This was really the first time he's stepped out of the forest, which was right be hind him, and onto this hill.

Trotting slowly across the sunset stained plains, a young male usida, just barely an adult, stood out as a blot of light purple blue, quite like one of the colors painted by the morning sun. Blooregard carried his head high, bearing a goofy grin as he aimlessly wandered across the plains. He was excited, for he was finally free, free of his parents, free to roam.
Blooregard stopped by a small stream to take a drink. The blanket of night was embracing the sky. The first few stars began to dance both in the sky and in the waters of the stream. Blooregard looked up, and noticed a dark silhouette resting on a nearby hill. He trotted over to get a better look at the Soquili-like shape.

The relaxing scene with the crikets chirping and the noise of eagles and other birds calling out to others was disturbed by the snapping of twigs under hooves. Dinyin had stayed still enough to identify that. He breathed in a fresh breath of air and looked up at the sky, then he cranked his neck to look who was behind him. Whats this? A foal? No, that was not it. Interesting. Dinyin would've turned right around to recieve a better view but sadly, his lazy side got the better of him. "Beautiful isnt it. Its all so.....natural."
Dinyin did not mind at all speaking to strangers. Since that is how he often did make friends was first speaking to someone he doesnt know, then learning more and more about them. Just like how he had met Nakia. That thought made his heart flutter. The sky had finally reached its night stage. It felt as if the sky was a pond, reflecting those down below them. With the stars as bright as the teepee lights.
The wind brushed once more against his cheeks, it did not make the trees sway like how it usually does in the mornings. The birds had flown by and the crickets had moved elsewhere for their night shift. Dinyin smiled up at the sky. [[=giggles= Din is still a lil'clouded in the head from his last RP with a mare ;D So thoughts about a mare might be often. owo]]

"Yes, it is quite a wonderful night, almost as grand and beautiful as I am," Blooregard shook his mane and trotted over to what he now recognized as a stallion. He positioned himself so that the great brown soquili could get a good look at his midnight blue visage. "My name is Blooregard," the proud pony stomped his hoof as if to show off, "and you?" The Usida's brown eyes shone with pride in his blue coat as he waited for a shower of compliments and awe.
[[Darn, I'm not good at making really long posts. Hopefully as I "learn" more about Bloo, they'll get longer.]]

Dinyin looked at the foal, with a raised eyebrow. Beautiful as he is? Never really met a soquili to say such. He earased that comment from his mind. This foal had a pretty thick body and legs for a foal, also he was not as tall as a foal. This is new, is he even one? Few weeks ago he had met a uni soquili, few days ago he had met a winged soquili who was his dear Nakia. What was he? A midget soquili? The stallion scanned him over and could not wuite put a name on him beside midget one. "Blooregard, unique name. I'm Dinyin," he nodded, not so sure of his compliment. Since every soquili did have quite a unique name. He sighed and faced foward, "You can almost see what the two-leggers are doing in their homes. Thats how bright their lamps shine. Just as bright as the stars tonight." A leaf floated past them and did a few circles around the midget one before flying off elsewhere. "You're pretty short for a foal....." Dinyin knew for sure he was no full grown soquili. [['tis ok. I like to post long RP posts, but I'm just fine with short ones.]]

Blooregard gave a quick glance toward the teepees, then to the sky, before turning back to Dinyin. He gave him a strange look. "A foal? What possibly gave you the idea I was a foal? I'll have you know that I'm a full grown Usida!" Blooregard swished his tail back and forth in agitation, disturbing a few glowing fireflies that had strayed too close. "A foal indeed!" he snorted.

Dinyin snorted and chuckled. "You arent a foal?" The stallion looked him over then plopped himself onto the grassy hill. It was rather comfy and soft with the layer of grass over the soft earthy soil. "You sure are tiny like one," if Blooregard was expecting some compliments, he sure wasnt getting any. Dinyin had never seen anyone so midget. "What is an U--es---dia." Pronouncing the kind with care. Wow, what else can he meet out on the soquili lands. Horses that can fly, kill you with a horn, and now a midget one. He prefered the name midget one over Usdia. Perhaps thats what he'll call them. The length of Dinyin's tail was longer in length than this little guy. Was he for real? Not a foal? This has got to be a joke, then again anything is possible...in his world.

Blooregard huffed and stomped a hoof on the ground, frustrated. How could the grandeur that he was be mistaken for a foal? Did he look so immature, childish? Had this Soquili never seen an Usdia before? Bloo sighed, but retained his posture and began to tell Dinyin about the wonders of his race. "Well, Usdia are, as you might have guessed, smaller than you Soquili. But," Blooregard grinned, "that doesn't make us less important! We are just as fast, just as strong, and just as smart as any Soquili! That, and we're infinitely cuter. Well, are you envious?" Bloo's blue tail danced along with his vibrant answer to Dinyin's question. Being thought of as a foal, that was something Bloo could not stand.

Dinyin chuckled and kept his eyes on the midget. "Jealous? Not one bit." He sighed and flicked his tail. "Just as strong neh? Is that possible?" He snorted. He had mroe muscles in his leg than this little guy. Dinyin watched him carefully. Wondering maybe he suddenly burst out with a ton of magic. However, he doubted that. This one was nothing but bluff. He sighed and put his head down to rest. Closed his eyes and turned away from the midget one. Letting the cool air brush across his back again. His ears still up and listening intently for an answer. Maybe this guy was 'strong' in other features of a soquili. Not physically. Although, Din was pretty sure he meant physically. This made him chuckle more but inside his head this time.

"You don't believe me, do you?" Blooregard snipped. He was unsure whether or not he should stay around this ignorant Soquili. And yet, the thought of someone so uneducated in the shear heartiness of the smaller race. "How is this?" Bloo finally decided to speak up, "I shall challenge you to a race across the field. Whoever can reach the river over there shall be the winner." Bloo nodded his head in the direction of the river, then trotted in place as if to get ready for the impending race.
[[Arg, terribly sorry I haven't been on for so long. Still up for finishing this?]]
