Taavi Jean Jarvien

(Tah-Vee Zahn Yar-ve-nen)

The Patriarch of the 'family'. Taavi is well into his second century of life, though he appears to be nothing over forty. He's old. Oldold. He has teal hair, a teal goatee, and tanned skin. He is the biological father of Siska, and the adoptive father of Veli. Currently in a relationship with Barry Fitzgerald.


Taika Seija/Ceana McDholl

(Tai-Kah Sey-ya)/(KEH-na)

Veli and Siska's mother. While Taavi may constantly degrade on her due to his anger, Taika isn't a horrible person. She just fell out of love with her mate and fell in love with a gentler, however less attractive, man. She lives in Scotland with Murchadh and their children. She is very attractive, tanned skin, blonde haired, and blue eyed. Veli favors her enormously.


Murchadh Bran McDholl

(MOOR uh chugh BRAN)

Veli's biological father. He is quiet and sweet, and a pushover. Though he may appear fierce, especially in the water, he is a gentle person. Veli gets much of his personality from him. He is light skinned, with brown hair and eyes.

Siska Maija Jarvien

(Ses-ko May-ya Yar-ve-nen)

Daughter to Taavi and Taika, in her early forties. Taika takes more after her father, but has her mother's hair. She is flippant and doesn't get attached to people often, and tends to use humans. She is very protective of her little brother.

Veli Daavid Jarvien

(Vel-ee Dah-vid Yar-ve-nen)

Son to Taika and Murchadh, adopted by Taavi. Early thirties. Heavily favors his mother in facial features. Tanned skin, bright blue eyes, and brown hair streaked with green. He is not intelligent, but very, very talented with art and communicating with marine life. His merform takes after his biological father. Taavi is his 'Daddy', Taika is referred to by her name, and he has never met his biological father. Currently in a relationship with Noah James.
