This Library holds all of Konoha's jutsu from academy student to sannin, all other elements however must be donated within scrolls, one jutsu per scroll, and you may only learn 1 jutsu per day Those that are not your elements you may not learn, anything in the archives other then fire jutsu take two days to learn
Donated Jutsu:
Fuuton: Kaze no yaiba - Xiah
Yaiba no jutsu,-Xiah
Kaze Gyorai no jutsu - Xiah
Kage Bunshin no jutsu - Reiko (must be at least chunnin)
Katon Taika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fireproof Technique)- Reiko

(Only fire jutsu, all other differnt jutsu elements must be donated within a scroll, for instnce, somebody can donate 1 water jutsu, and that would be archived in here)

 (alright then i guiess ill learn goukakyuu no jutsu)
Zaruto walks up to the scroll archives and takes out the scroll called: goukakyuu no jutsu - fire ball jutsu and zaruto teaches himself the new jutsu.

"Wow!" Ben says as he walks into the library now to find a jutsu.
"This one looks cool!" he said as he pulls out a scroll called Katon: Hi Shinten no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Spread Technique).He then sits down and begans to read.
After learning the jutsu he left.

Ben showed up the next day. As he walked into the libray he found on on a table. "This one looks cool." He said as he sat down and began to learn

Zaruto went into the archives once again and took out a scroll called, Fire scroll - Katon: housenka not jutsu Cain read over the scroll knowing that it sends multiple blasts of fire out of his mouth... instantaneously. "wow.." A few hours later Zaruto learned the handsigns off by heart and lef5..
(i really need some wind jutus =/)

DONATE: Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique)
Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Detachi walks to the basic shelf, and pulls out a scroll. It reads Shuriken no Jutsu. He reads it and learns the simple jutsu in a few tries.
