 Great. She was alone again. How did this always happen? And where was she anyways? Gentle golden eyes darted about. She was lost. She didnt like to be lost. It wasnt safe to be lost.
Raven Ashe paused, and took a deep breath. Her dad always told her when she got stressed or worried, to take a deep breath and assess the situation. She looked around, assessed the situation, and discovered she was terrified. She shook all over, and tried to find a way out of these woods. Her heart raced as she padded towards what she thought was the exit, or an exit anyways. Raven began to pick up her pace, and trotted through the underbrush. Fear and anxiety made it hard for her to travel safely, and she found herself tumbling down a small hill, getting tangled up in branches and getting leaves stuck in her hair. Letting out a small sob, Raven de-tangled herself. In the process of finding her way out of the brush, she heard a noise to her left. Another noise to her right. Raven crouched down, muscles tense with anticipation, her heart racing. There were noises all around her.
She needed to get out of here. Leaping up, she darted from the brush, and beelined it towards some light shining through the trees. Raven ran, and ran, and ran. She heard screaming, high pitched and wailing. It took her a few minutes to realize the terrified scream was her. The treeline broke, and she was in the bright blinding sun, she yelped and tumbled, rolling down a hill. She landed at the bottom, tumbled and tangled in a heap. Sobbing, and wrapped in vines and twigs, she covered her face with her sleeved paws, letting the cries come from her. Could she do this any longer? Could she get so terrified over a shadow, over a noise in the woods? How much longer would she be able to go, running from something that could potentially be dangerous. Knowing her luck, it was a squirrel.
Time passed, it could have been hours, or minutes. Raven didnt know.....

 Bound to the ground from flight becasue of all the thick undergrowth in this part of the forest. Nagga didn't mind too much about walking around, but the sun didn't shine through the trees as much as she wanted if she wanted to fly. O'well she thought, such as life. So she might as well injoy the walk as it wasn't too hot to make her roast in her fur and slightly wondering if she would find a new sorce of water to play in.
As the forest got thicker the more you could see the glow comming off her halo, which was a cool effect on the things around that Nagga thought. It could also be a sorce of entaniment for kits in a dark place. Fileing that thought for later and when she happen to run into kits too. All of a sudden her thought were interuppted by screaming in the forest. Ears perked to pin-point were the scream was comming from. Were she could help the other that was defently in trouble and she always helps those in need.
Finding the trail the other had gone, which wasn't hard to follow after they had rolled down the hill. Climbing down the hill very carefully not to slip and roll down it herself. As that would hurt very much becasue of her horns and she didn't want them to be broken eather. Once at the bottem of the hill, Nagga found a heap of sobbing Kitsu. She so wanted to give nuzzles and find out what was trying to hurt her. So going up to the other kitsu and gently poke Raven to get her attention and trying not to look scarry herself. "Are you all right? Is there anything that I can do for you?"

Raven was so lost in her own sorrow, and her own confusion, she didnt even hear Nagga approach, until she was poked. At the poke, she yelped loudly, and flipped over, landing on her back, facing the blue female, with wide, terrified eyes. Her heart started to race again, she slowly began to shuffle away from Nagga. Raven was still covered in vines and branches, and leaves. "W-w-who are y-y-you?" she asked in a stammer. Fear, bordering on terror, was evident in her features. She could hardly think straight. Luckily her exhaustion kept her from running away totally, the most she could manage right now was a backwards crab-walk, which was made difficult and impossible because of her wings, and her cloak.
"w-w-w-where di-i-i-d you come f-f-f-from" Irregular breathing made her speech broken and stuttery, when she was calm and happy, her voice was strong and smooth, even melodic because of her Aeon mother. Unfortunately it has been a long time, since she's felt safe enough to be any of the aforementioned.

Seeing the fright in the other, Nagga hunched down where she wouldn't look so big and scarry and she knew that she couldn't help it. "I'm Nagga a angelic," she answered with a soft soothing voice and a warm smile. "Are you hurt? Do you need some protection or do you need some help?" she asked.
Nagga knew that her horn made her look mean, but there wasn't any hats around for her to place on them. As she had done to calm down Jayn. So looking around and seeing that there were vines and such around. She thought why not make them sorta look like a tree. So she put the various plant life on her horns and she knew that she looked silly. "I live in a valley that is not too far from here by flight and I was just exploring when I heard some screaming," Nagga answered still in a soothing voice.

Raven watched Nagga, the fear in her eyes was replaced by curiosity. "I....I'm " she paused, and gave a slight giggle when Nagga was finished decorating her horns. It was then she realized what she must look like, she had a brief spell of self-concious, but it passed quickly.
"I'm ok...Thank you" Just because she'd had the wits scared out of her doesnt mean she has to be rude. After another moment, she began to pick herself up off the ground, she sat still a few feet away from Nagga, but at least now she wasnt trying to run in fear. When she moved to a sitting position, her cloak shifted and revealed a long scar along her ribs, her fur was lighter and shorter there, so it was easily seen. Raven shifted again, covering it up with a look of almost shame upon her features. "my names Raven Ashe Corvis, but everyone calls me Raven...or Ashe" she added with a gentle smile. Her voice wasnt stuttery anymore, it had its aeonic melody tone to it once more.
Looking up at the various plant life adorning Nagga's horns, Raven giggled again, it was progress. If only she could feel this brave and alright by herself. She shook her head, trying to shoo the remorse and self pity away. "I'm sorry about the screaming, that was m-me i'm afraid" A solitary webbed tail, darted back and forth, before calming once more.

Nagga had to smile at the fact that her plan was working and glad that she wasn't too scared of her. As Nagga was a pushover to her friends and wanted to kept everyone happy and content. She kept the plant on her horns as they didn't interfear and it would fall off in time.
"Well that is good. I just love to help other in need." she said and smiled as her tails wag as she was happy and glad. She had seen the scar as Raven had moved, but didn't say anything to ask what happen. If Raven wanted her to know she would tell on her own time and Nagga could wait, she was very pacient. "I'm Nagga and it good to meet you Raven and you have such a beautiful voice as well." As she smiled.
She loved it when others laugh and she knew that they were happy inside. "Its alright to be afraid, even sometimes I'm afraid of things. I will stay with you and talk, if you want." she said and got up. "Why don't we go somewhere a little more confortable and clean up too. I saw some water not to far from here in a very nice clearing." As she pointed in the general drection that wasn't to far to walk to. Tails slowly waging side to side waiting for Raven.

Raven smiled lightly, feeling more relaxed, but still tense. "T-thank you" she said softly.
"I....I fear everything." she began lightly, her gentle golden eyes, gazing past Nagga, at a distant memory. "I wasnt always this way...I used to like adventure, and long walks. I...i was attacked." she paused, and winced at the memory, as if speaking of it, made the wounds hurt all over again. This time she intentionally lifted her robe, to reveal her scar, or rather, one of her scars, after a moment, she replaced the robe, to cover it. Her gaze fell down to the ground, as if ashamed, or sorrowful. Mourning who she once was. "He was so much stronger....so much anger, and hate.." A light shudder ran through her body. "I was rescued by a very kind and equally powerful Nightmare, and an equally skilled Angelic. They healed me, and looked after me. An unlikely pair, now that i think of it" she smiled softly. She would be eternally greatful to the pair.

"Your welcome." As her tails started to slighly wag as they were walking.
Nagga listened to everything that Raven had to say and fully saw one of her scars as they will ways remind her of what happened. But she needed some new memories to make Raven to slightly forget what happened. "Well that is something that you will have to work on and I can help you if you want. You being attacked sound simmular to something that happened to me," she said and stoped walking as she thought of her past life and what had happen to bring her here. "The one think that I fear above everything is being betrayed by the one I love, again. This Kistu body is not my orginal body as I was a powerful dragon. I died and came here. But I was betryed by my own mate and killed. I never knew hatetrige was so powerful and I never thought that he would do something like that." As she had to look away for a second it was very hurtful to talk about as you would never think that a mate would do something like this.
"You were lucky those two came and saved you. They might be an odd pair but it shows that light and dark can work together. But the first step to haveing adventures once more is not to fear, but to be causious as you never know what life will throw you." Now Nagga was trying to look on the bright things of her new life but in her heart right now she couldn't full trust anyone that was male.

Raven nodded lightly, as Nagga told of her own tale of fear. She'd never had a mate before, but she could understand feeling leery about men.
"Many have had a Before, thats what we call it around here. A Before. Both of my parents had one. Previous lives, previous mates, my father even had a family. Something terrible happened, and then they were here." she looked around, feeling a little better about things.
"One thing they taught me, was not everything is the same here,...obviously" she smiled softly, at how ridiculous she sounded "Some things, dont change though. Here, there are others that will hurt you, but, there are also those that wont. Nothing is what it seems. Nightmare Kitsusagi are supposed to be terrifying, hellish creatures who enjoy the suffering of others. There are some, who are as gentle as an Angelic. Who will defend those who cant defend themselves. Angelics, are supposed to be gentle, peace keeping, loving creatures, but there are some who's cruelty rivals that of the fiercest nightmare. Same with the normal kitsusagi. " she gave a gentle shrug, it was the least she could do, to share what she knew of the nature of things. Not that it was alot. Up until recently, her motto on others was RUN!!!!!HIDE!!!FLEEEEEEE!!!!.
Her voice softened. "My father, he said it wasnt fair to condemn the whole, for the actions of one." she sighed lightly, she wished she could be who she was, without these scars to bear. "Its so hard to...move on...The heart cant forget, what the mind wants to erase." her body, gave an onvoulentary shudder, how she wished to forget that night. How her heart could not.
She finally looked at Nagga, her eyes were watery and soft. "I cant imagine what it must be like to have a Before. To remember what seems like a dream, only to have the realization that it wasnt. My mother lived in a world of war, death and suffering. My father...had a family he said. They killed his wife and son infront of his eyes, just because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. My father said, for years he thought being given another chance, was a curse. Until he met someone to make it a blessing...." she shook her head, and gave a brief smile "i'm sorry, i'm rambling arnt i?"

Listening intently to what Raven has to say. Some of the things did ring true, but it would be hard for her heart to forget or forgive.
"That is defently a good way of saying that. Only one of my housemates I guess had a before and the rest of them are from here." she replied thoughtful of things she was learning.
Nodding that there would always be something the same as that is what all worlds had in common. "That so very true. That is just the nature of things. As I have had more than one Before and use to able to take there form. But here is so different I can't, but I think for the better." Nagga knew it was rare for anything to remember all the Befores they had, but she remembered all of them and the things she learned from them. But the last one was very hard on her and a little glad that she couldn't change.
Nagga's ears when down and knew that she shouldn't be doing this, but her heart hurt so much. "That was something I need to hear. I know I shouldn't but its just something I can't forget." has some the plantlife fell off her horns as she lowered her head. "But I know those heal the slowest, but we can lean on each other until they heal as we share somewhat simmular scars." Looking back at Raven with a slight smile.
"Yes it is like a dream and I know what war and suffereing can be like. As my Before, I was born to parents that loved me but there union was unhurd of and soon after I was 'born' my father was killed for who he was and grew up suffereing for what I couldn't control. Then my mate thought that killing me, he would finaly get rid of the thing he hated the most and I know with my death wouldn't get rid of that part of him. As it would have only temportly make him feel better." She felt somewhat better telling someone her past as she felt a little of her berden liften and she was glad that Raven was listen to her. "That is fine with me as I did need to hear what you have said and I thank you for that."

Raven gave a sincere smile, it warmed her heart, to have another to struggle through the days with. To know she wasnt alone with the burden of a bruised heart.
She nodded her head lightly "We can lean on each other, when the wounds seem to much to bear alone. " She smiled again, seeming to step more lightly, not bearing so much of a burden anymore.
Her eyes, shifted forword again, listening to Nagga tell the story of her own parents "Its amazing the way the worlds work, isnt it. How love, cannot be so, because of society and its decrees. How because two are different, they cannot be together. They are senseless rules. Founded by loveless individual's." She sighed, saddened by the way things 'work'.
Raven gave another soft smile to Nagga "I didnt think, it would be so....helpful, to discuss what happened. I wanted to keep it to myself, ashamed of what had happened. But it has helped."

Nagga smiled that she would have some one to lean on and it felt so much better with someone that strugles in the heart. Also takeing the rest of the plant life off of her horns. "Come on there should be some water near by to clean up at," she said and just realizeing that she might have gotten some mud on her back.
"It is something so engrained into there culture and if you took one toe out of place you would know about it and so would everyone else and make your life a living hell and I'm glad its not the same here from what I have seen." As she had been living in hell in that other life and only found peace when she was with her fathers people.
"I never thought eather talking about it would help. That is so very good. I have learn a lot of things from you. I thank you."

Raven smiled, that sad smile of hers, and followed Nagga in search of a water source. She nodded, at Nagga's assumption of this place. "With so many different types here, things arnt that strict. Normally, things are very relaxed." she winced, at memories not so relaxing "Well....depends on who you're with i guess. There are more kind, then there are mean. Or at least so i've noticed." she said with a light nod.
She gave a brief smile, at Nagga's statement "I never thought that either. It wasnt really intentional to talk about it either....but...it feels better, to get it out in the open. To share it with someone." she smiled at Nagga, her haunted eyes clearing briefly.

When Nagga did fine the water she first took a drink and then splashed some on her face, as it felt so good and slightly weard because she was fluffy. “Well that is good to hear, as I don’t want a repeat of the last life. A new beginning should prove interesting.” She said to Raven as she tried to think of something that would be like Raven in her old life and couldn’t think of anything and wondered if there were other Kitsu that were like her. That would have to be an aventure all on it own much later.
She smiled at Raven. “It look as we both have learned thing and its nice to also have a friend as well.” Then she looked back into the water. “So what type of fun things do you like to do?” She asked as Nagga splashed some water at Raven as she started to giggle.

Raven lightly swirled a paw in the water. Not wanting a drink, but enjoying the time with another. Raven just lightly smiled, glad to hear that Nagga was going to give this life, a fresh start. "Its worth it, " her gaze was on the water, watching her reflection. She didnt see herself, she saw visions of the past. "To persue a life, even after a hard past. There is some good in the world, if you're willing to look for it" She said with an absent nod, her mind clearly elsewhere.
Raven gave a light yelp, and a giggle as Nagga splashed her with water, she shook it off, with a grin. "its, been a while since i've done fun things. I mostly stay home, with my extended family. I spend alot of time with Spike, and some of the other creatures at home." she gave another light smile, and a nod. It wasnt much of a life, but it was her's. And it was her way of coping with her tradgedy.
