This is the ひぐらしのなく頃に (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) contest grounds! Woohoo! The rules and other unimportant (not really) stuff is going to be here.

The rules are very simple. FOLLOW THE GUILD AND GAIA TOS RULES!!! If you don't remember those... Here they are listed.

To be a judge please ask me. You won't be allowed to put in an entry though. I will only accept 4 judges! Here's a little thing you have to fill out though. And Send it to me through PM.

Oath is as follows:
Judging shall be honest and fair. No Biases shall be put into my judging. Anything I'm strict in judging should be told to the captain. I shall also not be able to enter my own artwork in the contest, but I am allowed to post it elsewhere in the guild. And all these other little things that come with judging shall follow me FOREVER! (XD)

Submissions will be posted on here. If you're going to submit something, please tell me so I can know how many submissions will be here and to see if I can make the deadline sooner. Submissions for the art contest will be accepted until 10:00 PM CST (or -6 GMT) on Sunday, Sepember 14, 2008. Submissions shall be entered in this format.

And that's how judging will go. All Judges shall send me their judging sheet and it shall be posted on the submission. Judging shall be posted after all of the entries are turned in or after the deadline.
