OMG THis was really scary to me, I'm known in my house to have good sense of smell since i'm passive asthmatic and i have good hearing since i can hear the TV on (cablebox is off) when i walk in the house.
Anyway thats not the case right now.
I just walked in the house a few mins ago from the Garage and i smelled something funky in the air, i was "maybe it's the trash can outside". So i open the door to the hallway to go to my room and the smell is stronger!! one step into my room i pin point the cause and yell to my brother quick and say "KITCHEN!!!" someone left the gas stove open/on what ever you call it on setting 8.
Scary part was Grand was in the kitchen(she couldn't tell it was the stove that was causeing the smell) at the moment when i yell in the house and my brother next to the kitchen...,and Lyra and Lucky the puppies at the entry to the kitchen. I was scared when i found out the Gas was running since Grand used the stove for dinner which was at 6pm on that setting. The smell was in the kitchen, partially in the Living Room and the smell was consentrated in the Hallway and my room, also it passed the closed door since i could smell a hint of it.
Everyone is okay only a small headache.

i know.
I was really scared when i found out as soon as i walked in.
Heck i was getting a slight headache for just a few mins of it. I would imagine Grand and bro having a buzz from it when they say i have a small headache.
Right now i'm keeping an eye on the Lyra and Lucky since their noses perceive better than us. They seem to be okay, but you may never know.
4hrs of that gas being released om.
