Update Detail:
The new added characters took a major role in the 360 game but were never availble to play. Now you can play them in battle. New events were added to give even more details to the storyline.
Story: Chopin is a famous pianoist in his time. The story is his dream that he has during his last hours before he dies where he is in this dream world along with other characters. The game takes place and blends reality and historical facts of Chopin along with the story that was created. You start as Polka who's a young girl that can use healing magic. Those who have magic has the side effect of a terrible uncurable illness as a side effect.
Because of this, people fear her and those with magic believing the illness is contagious and so she is rejected by others with the exception of her village and her mother.
Knowing she will die soon she wants to help those she care about. As a way of income the villagers sell Floral Powder. However because of the difference in price, people use "Mineral Powder" instead of Floral Powder now a days (mineral has no tax on it). Floral is what her village makes to sell and survive. She later leaves home with Chopin to plead with the king to increase the price of mineral powder to help the others.
At the same time. A group of two young boys also left to inquire about mineral being so cheap and all other prices for food/clothes ect...increasing. On the way the orphan boys, Allegretto and Beat meet Chopin and Polka and the story begins....
Gameplay: Amazing! The graphics are wonderful, the characters are anime style and its done well. The scenary is bright and decorative. I love how everything looks so detailed. The water looks realistic...the town is so detailed...its really nice.
There are party teams. But you run around and one person. It's an RPG game for the x-box and it's one player but during battle you can have up to 3 players together.
Battle System:
Simple but fun and nice. The wonderful thing about it is that its co-op in this mode. So you can play with another person and up to 3 people only.
You can use special moves/magic, battle arts and items. It's a timed system but it changes as you party lvl increases. Different and fun.
Characters: All are interesting and have different spells/moves.
You start as Polka then meet Allegretto and Beat. Then you meet Chopin as a start. It develops more later.
Rate: 10/10
I took an interest when I saw RPG and gamestop had it as a 10/10 by the reviewers there. Got it the other day, and its amazing and a high recommendation. Even my sister loved it!
The only downside was that it isn't really co-op. Only during the battle part can two people play but that's fun. It would have been nice if other players can take part in the story/game play and run around with you in town rather than only partisipate during battle. But still...it's a ton of fun and nothing else is bad about it! ^_^
