Guys, lemme ask you this question:
If the whole society became individualist-oriented (In other words, everyone became an individualist.) and then you yourself become an individualist, who are you following then: The society or the individual? Why?

Well, this would be assuming that you are not included in the "everyone" group to begin with. It's actually quite contradictory society today. You see, especially in the 1st world countries, society is very individualistic. There are good people though, like us and others, who help out those who the indivivualists won't. Now if EVERYONE were to become such a being, except you, the world would die. Also, the only reason we do things is because of a previous idea/tradition/action, so becoming has nothing to do with the individualist's choice, but everything to do with society.
I don't know how clear this sounds...

Well, if you also became one of them, then nobody would see the cause of the end of civilized people as we know it. If there is anybdy who would still see the truth at that point then there would be hope. It's kind of difficult to explain because it hasn't fully happened...it better not either, because then I'd be dead razz
