Ingredients
2 packages or double recipe of sugar cookie dough
1 can of vanilla or chocolate frosting
1 small bag of chocolate chips
1 small bag of M&M's candy
1 small bag of coconut (optional)
Fudge sauce or chocolate topping
Nuts (optional)

Instructions
Spread cookie dough in a flat pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Layer frosting, chocolate bits, and M&M candies. Sprinkle coconut for the "cheese". Drizzle the fudge sauce or topping over the entire "pie", Garnish with nuts and enjoy.
