Every corner they turned seeemd to lead them further in to danger. They had attracted the attention of a hyena and she was angry angry and chasing them like there was no tomorrow.
Gobo smirked, a cocky smirk as he raced over th open ground, glancing to one side he smiled at zebadie, she too seemed to be copeing well with the run so he let out a laugh "You'd be better to give up Hyena! We arn't gunan be your lunch today! He scoffed.

Looking over to Gobo the black and white female let out a little giggle. "I don't thinkt he laughing dog could catch a cold let alone a klispringer!" She clicked her tongue her hooves touching and leaving the ground without any trouble what so ever, this was certainly a fun and quick way to eat up the miles.
Well not really fun more a way to get from A to B faster. the hyena didn't sem to want to quit.

Frittilaria growled and let a long, eerie laugh escape her lips. She was so annoyed at herself, there she was witht hese two cocky klippys in her sights and she stood on a twig. the bloody things had scattered and now she was having to chase them down. They seemed to have unendless energy and she, well she was getting tired of all this running,s he knew she ould have to give up soon.
"Shut up food! I'm going to be nibbling on your butts before you know it!"

Gobo snorted "Sure laughin' dog, you keep thinkin that!" He raised his head and leapt a particularily large dip in the ground his gaze forwards, his tiny tail flicked high in the air.
This was an easy run really, he knew the Hyena was tired, just a little further and the daft beast would stop and they could continue onwards undesturbed.

Zebadie smirked, the hyena was starting to drop away and she let out a laugh. the stupid thing was too tired to keep chasing. She tuned her gaze back to the path ahead only for her hooves to find the groove which Gobo had leapt over. she stumbled forwards crashing to the ground rather unceremoniously.

Fritillaria smirked and with her last ounce of energy she sped forwards. these big mouthed Klipspringers were going to get what was coming to them. She licked her chops her deep blue eyes dancing.
Food was heer, and she wasn't goign to let it get away that easily.

Gobo looked around as he ran, where was Zebadie? Turnign tail he saw the black and white stripped female hasd stumbled. With a grunt he races towardsher, heavily aware that the Hyena was doign exactly the same thing.
Lowering his head he charged, his long thin horns aimed directly at the hyena. There was now ay he was going to let this slobbering beast get Zebadie.

Zebadie closed her eyes for only a moment as she stumbled back to her hooves only to see Gobo go racing past her. Her golden eyes widened, she was shocked, what was he doing?
"Gobo NO!" She shouted, her body fixed to the spot so surprised was she that he was about to clash with a Hyena for her.

Of course, it was the alst thing in the world she expected, food to come running back to her, so when Gobos heavy head hit her in the shoulder she went stumbling and rolled on to her side.
Growling angrily she snapped and yelped, that had been a very unexpected thing to happen. "I'll get you for this, damn food source!"

Gobo paused for only a moment to smirk at the rolling hyena before he raced back towards zebadie "Are you going to stand there gawping or are you goign to run?" He chuckled racing onwards.

It only took zebadie a moment to realise what had happened and a loud laugh rolled over her lips as she joined Gobo, her gait once again becomeing steady. She guessed that Hyena would think twice about messign with Klipspringers again.
"Come on slow poke, by the time you get moveing, the heyna will be on our hides again." She smiled admireingly at the big male, he had saved her life, again, he was so brave yet foolhardy, she hoped he didn't do that little trick too often it would get him eaten.

Clambering to her paws Frittilaria scowled at the two fleeing shapes. This was definately a bad job and it was time to give up on it. Snarling unhappily she roleld her tail between ehr legs and limpped off back int he direction she had come.
Noone needed to know about this, she had just been out for a stroll that was all. Noone need ever know.

Gobo looked backwards and smiled at the limping Hyena, she had given up the goat, slowing to a gentle trotting pace he nudged Zebadie "Are you alright?" he smiles sweetly looking down at her legs to check she hadn't injured herself in her tumble.

Zebadie smiled, she was proud, but not too proud that she couldn't praise her rescuer. "I'm fine, thanks to you." She smiles nudging his chin before she bounded off once again, they had a journey to complete after all and she was ready for some food after that run.
Her protector, how she wished she didn't have to loose him at the end of this journey.
