Does anyone know how? Do you go to a print shop and do that? And if so, which ones?

I think most folks get them printed at specialty shops online, at this point. http://comiXpress.com is a fairly good one IIRC. They offer a lot of sizes, binding options, page number options, colour options, and you can get a discount if you let them print an ad in the back.

You can also get a discount by using a referrer (someone who already uses their service; I'm one, and there are others around here I'm sure, too)... Their quality is good and it's pretty easy to set up for their printing specifications.
