Docta Ph3AR used to do classified work for the GiB, even before some of the current crew members became crew. He just disappeared one day.

He was Head of S13 before I was. I kind of took his place. He mysteriously disappeared with out a trace. No body knows what happened to him.
He was pretty freaking awesome though. Loved that man.

But it is kinda strange that he disappears and then comes back during a security breach. To me it is suspiscous and yet how can we tell that he wasn't in contact with anyone within the GIB when he was gone?
