I work at a boarding kennel that boards cats, dogs, and other small animals. It is a nice place and the animals are treated well but there is one dog who has been therefor five years. His owner dropped him off when he was a puppy and has never picked him up. He is now there all the time and i feel like i should be able to do something for him. Comments?
