Jutsus~
1. All jutsus used and or learned must be reasonably in range of the user 2. To learn a jutsu you must go to the skill center using contribution points 3. Forbidden Jutsus may only be used by Special Jounin and higher 4. You can't keep on using forbidden jutsus one after another, you don't have that much chakra (except for me XD) 5. Ninja may only learn jutsus capable of their rank ( Ask me for more info on this )

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique] Rank: E (Basic) Requirements: None Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
* Special Notes * - Bunshins aren't solid. They can't hold/touch anything. Which also means, they don't leave foot prints. - Bunshins dispell in one hit - Bunshins can not be used to rely information; you're thinking of a Kage bunshin. - Bunshins can't perform any jutsus. Nor are their weapons real.
Chakra Kami Nawa [Chakra Hair Rope] Rank: D Requirements: A Lot Of Hair Description: A Ninjutsu technique requiring quite a lot of hair to be scattered around the opponent's feet, under the guise of the ninja snapping mentally. Showing no apparent danger, the opponent should not suspect the hair as a weapon. But placing their hands on the path of hair in front of them, the ninja using this technique can make a powerful rope of hair by channeling their chakra through it, limiting the opponent's movement to simply pivoting in place. This sets them up for a more devastating attack, like the Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine].
Gansaku Suterusu no Jutsu [ Fake Stealth Technique ] Rank: D Description: This technique is used to hide the actual location of the user. By placing a piece of cloth or other personal belonging a distance away, the user can then hide while it appears to the enemy that the user has hid near the personal item. By imbuing this item with chakra, it may cause a small glint or flash to attract attention from foes.
Hair Extension Jutsu Rank: D The ninja performs several handseals to activate this jutsu. Once the jutsu is activated, the user’s hair extends to their ankles. The hair takes a few seconds to grow but may take longer depending on the initial length of hair. The jutsu requires no chakra past the initial forming of the technique, and once the hair has grown, the only way to shorten it is to manually cut it.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Rank: E (Basic) Requirements: None Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
* Special Notes * - The user maintains their weight - The user can henge into something 1/2 of their size. - The user can henge into something that 1 1/2 times bigger then him or her.
Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] Rank: E Requirements: None Description: This allows the user to learn the speech of a specific type of species or species (ie, cat, dog, bird, bug etc). deviating from the user. Meaning, that this jutsu is needed to speak to any species of animal/insect/reptile, that is different from the user. This is commonly used for pets to better to communicate.
* Special Notes * -When choosing this jutsu, please name one specie of animal/insect/reptile. That you are able to communicate with. -As you rank up, you may increase the species of animals/insects/reptiles -If you kill off your character and start it as a Genin; that doesn't mean you learn two languages. Only ONE.
Kakuremino no Jutsu [Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill] Rank: E Requirements: None Description: A ninjutsu technique that momentarily turns the user invisible, and allows them a quick escape if need be. The user however can still be smelled or heard by the opponent. In actuality it is not turning invisible but hiding in the surroundings via cloak or other form of hiding.
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique] Rank: E (Basic) Requirements: None Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user taps into their chakra and exchanges places with an object of similiar weight and size. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.
* Special Note * - Can only be used 3-5 times in one thread - Can not be used to escape a A/S rank jutsu in Gen/Tai/Nin - Replacements must be of equal size and weight, and nearby. - You may only switch with another RPC IF you have their permission to do so.
Meld Wire Rank: D Requirements: None Description: This allows the user to turn a loop of wire into one solid peice, trapping an individual such that Nawanuke no Jutsu cannot help him escape.
Musical Seals Rank: D Requirements: An instrument Description: This technique allows the user to draw up chakra by playing musical notes instead of making handseals. On a large scale, this is often faster than making normal handseals.
Kusai Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: N/A Description: A technique similar to the Utsusemi no Jutsu. This time, the user takes there smell and relocates it else where. This can be used to confuse animals, or those whom specialize in smelling.
Nawanuke no Jutsu [Rope Untying Skill] Rank: E (Basic) Requirements: None Description: This jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope. This jutsu works merely by inserting chakra into the rope, and requires no hand seals.
Nebaneba [ Stickiness ] Rank: D Requirements: Lots of Bubblegum Description: While blowing a bubble from bubblegum, the user needs to perform certain handseals to make the bubble grow larger and stickier. Then blow it out to the opponent and make it pop, and it will cause the victim to be in quite a sticky situation.
Voice Imitation Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user uses chakra to alter his larnyx and vocal tract to change the way his voice sounds. This can be used to make the user sound like an animal, an adult, of the opposite sex, etc.
Uta no Aki Rank: D Requirements: An Instrument Description: The user will strike a shrill note on their instrument and increase the pitch beyond its maximum with chakra. This can either be used to annoy someone or cause them pain or its more common use. Raising the pitch so high that only animals can hear it, this will effectively stop any animals in the vicinity.
Utsusemi no Jutsu [Projection Technique] Rank: D Requirements: None Description: In order to hide their location and not disclose their posture, the user projects their voice by resonating everything they say from all possible directions with this jutsu.
Wire Manipulation no Jutsu Rank: D Requirements: Wire Description: By injecting chakra into the wire, the user is able to manipulate the wires actions much like a puppet and can control it’s movements to a incredible extent
C Rank Jutsus
Bug Control Rank: C Requirements: Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] - bugs Element: None Description: A technique often used by bug specialists, they let out a command saying "obey me" in bug language after performing the seals. Chakra is sent out along with their words. The bugs that recognize this than end up listening to any command given by the user for the next 8 turns. Can only be used on bugs within 10 meters of the user, and has no effect on bugs of the opponent.
Chakra Thread Creation Jutsu Requirements: knitting needles Rank:C This ninjutsu was developed by a group of elderly ex-ninja to prove that even the old can still fight. The principle of this jutsu was to feed chakra into a pair of knitting needles, and seemingly knitting, creates threads of chakra for multiple purposes, such as nets. the threads can be controlled with the movements of the needles, are very durable and best used for constricting or capturing but can be used for other purposes such as ladders or ropes. The technique truly flourishes with those of imaginative minds, but of course the bigger the object and the more complex, the longer it would take.
Ikimono Baika no Jutsu [Animal Multi-size Technique] Rank: C Description: After completing a set of handseals the user can manipulate the size of their pet to 10x it’s original size. Once the pet is hit, it restores to it’s original size. The weight of the animal is still the same; just a bigger version of it.
Jibaku Fuda: Kassei [Exploding Tag: Activate] Rank: C Requirements: Explosive Notes Description: Utilizing chakra, a ninja is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. This can also be used to deactivate any explosive tags in the vicinity of the user, that are set to explode by means other than through the use of jutsu.
Jouro Senbon [Raining Needles] Rank: C Requirements: Appropriate Equipment Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja throws one or many umbrellas lined with needles into the air. Once airborne, they use their chakra to control the umbrella's spinning, releasing the needles, and controlling the needles to find their targets. These needles, when propelled by chakra, have the strength to pierce five millimeters of sold steel.
Kawara Shuriken [Roof Tile Shuriken] Rank: C Requirements: Nearby Roof Tiles Description: This technique requires chakra to pressurize nearby tiles in an area. The tiles are then levitated and hurled over towards the opponent, spinning at fast speeds similar to shuriken.
Karuto no Tayori [Information Cards] Rank: C Requirements: Deck of Cards Description: This is a one-of-a-kind ninjutsu technique where the ninja takes simple, black deck cards and embeds information on them with chakra. The information could be about anything from shinobi countries to shinobi themselves. Once the information is embedded in the card, it turns blank, only to become visible again when the ninja reveals it with their chakra.
Ketsugou, Bunkatsu [ Union, Division ] Rank: C Requirements: A minimum of 5 Kunais, Shurikens or Senbons. Description: The user will perform a single handseal. His hands then will be ready to emit chakra. Holding the 5 weapons, they will be coated with a thin layer of his chakra. The user will then lunch his 5 projectiles simultaneously. Midair, he will shout "Union"/"Ketsugou" as he forms a different seal. The weapons with then cluster, 2 in the center spinning vertically around each other, the rest will then orbit the core weapons in the different direction. Chakra will then glow forming a faint tail of light to the whole cluster.
As the projectiles approach the enemy, the user will shout "Division"/"Bunkatsu" as he collects his fingers into a final handseal. The weapons will then react by disassembling and shooting in different directions ahead. All to reduce the opponent's chance of dodge the attack.
Kinobori [Tree Climbing] Rank: C (Basic) Requirements: Learned From A Genin Sensei // Chuunin basic Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.
Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.
Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique] Rank: C Requirements: Approved Puppet Description: A Ninjutsu technique where a puppet master controls a karasu, or puppet, with threads of chakra from their fingertips. The karasu can be manipulated to look like someone else or the puppet master themselves, allowing them to wear down and mislead their opponent until an opening presents itself. Also, the karasu and its master share a bond of some kind, as the karasu can relay information to the ninja controlling it. It can stand substitute for somebody and collect information and then allow the controlling ninja to listen to or view it later on.
Konoha Shunshin no Jutsu ( Leaf Body Flicker Technique) Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a flurry of leaves and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, Though they must travel more than 2 miles and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Also, the user is merely traveling quickly, not teleporting, so it can't be used to escape when they are tied up or locked up.
Kyoumeisen [Vibrating Sound Drill] Rank: C Requirements: Sound Creating Weapon Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing violent dizziness and sometimes nausea. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur, creating a long-lasting advantage in battle. The attacking ninja takes a swing at their opponent intending to be dodged. Once the sound weapon is directed towards the opponent, it is tapped, producing sound waves that the ninja then manipulates with chakra, guiding it to the inner ear of their opponent.
Oogata Boutou [ Big Boom ] Rank: C Requirements: Earplugs Description: When created the needed hand seals, the user will clap their hands together to create a Big Boom, deafing the opponent for a period of time. The user should wear eagplugs so it won't effect them.
Material Manipulation Jutsu Requirements:sewing needle Rank: C A sewing based jutsu, using a sewing needle, and feeding chakra into it the user embeds invisible chakra threads into fabrics with the needle by any means. As the thread enters the fabrics it slowly infects the materials with effects chosen by the user. It can harden fabrics, increase the weight, constrict, or even cause it to move somewhat like a puppet, and able to use either one or more of these effects at once depending on the skills of the user.
Mushi Bunshin No Jutsu Rank: C Requirements: Approved insect pets Description: Using the insects as a base for this jutsu, the user creates a replica of himself with physical properties which allows for the clone to actually interact with it's environment. The power of the mushi bunshin is 1/10 of the power of the user. This includes the weapons, power, speed, endurance and etc. One hit will destroy the bunshin, causing it to revert back to its original bug form.
Puppet Technique: False Puppet Theater Rank: C Requirements: Approved Puppet , Puppet Technique Description: After the user completes a set of hand seals, his puppets split into multiple parts(if possible) and point at the enemy. And directs the pieces at the opponent
Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine] Rank: C Requirement: None Description: A jutsu that allows the user to enter a target's mind, taking control of their body and senses. Known normally as a spying Jutsu, it can also be used in battle although with many drawbacks. The user's spirit travels not as quickly though, making it somewhat easy to dodge. If the spirit does happen to miss, the user's body will be left as an empty vessel for a few minutes, hence, leaving it wide open to an attack. There's no guarnantee that, even if the technique does work, it can last for more than two to three minutes. When the user is inside of the target's body, any damage that is inflicted on the target will also be caused upon on their original body, therefore, if the target dies, so shall the user.
Shikyaku no Jutsu [Four Legs Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat alike to a dog's fast run.

Soushuuha - Manipulate Advancing Blades Rank: C Requirements: Puppetry technique This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air while he approaches a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each was thrown individually, as well as from different angles.This jutsu works to control and manipulate blades with chakra in a manner similar to the Puppet Technique.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking] Rank: C (Basic) Requirements: Learned From Sensei // Chuunin Basic // Kinobori no Jutsu Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.
B Rank Jutsus
Chakura no Tate [Shield of Chakra] Rank: B Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique] / Appropriate Puppet Description: A technique used by puppet masters, this shield is created when chakra is emitted in the form of a disk from panels which are released from the puppet's arms. This chakra shield can protect the user from several hazardous attacks but, however, enough clotting force can clog up the puppet's arm joints and, additionally, render the arms useless.
Douka Yahumuki [Assimilated Blizzard] Rank: B Requirements: Hiru Bansho: Boka no Jutsu [Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique] Description: After performing the Hiru Bansho: Boka no Jutsu [Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique] to take on the properties of an object, the user controls the object's materials that made their "body" and can send the materials to clash against the target.
Hakken no Jutsu (Detection Technique) Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user pumps a small amount of chakra into his nose to increase his smelling capabilities.
Hiru Bansho: Boka no Jutsu [Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique] Rank: B Requirements: None The user performs a few hand seals and then touches a nearby object, taking on its properties, and turning their body into the selected element. They can then use the properties they gain with as an attack, an example is using Douka Yahumuki [Assimilated Blizzard]. (note, you only take the /properties/ of the object you choose... you do not 'merge' with the object. No taking properties of humans either)
Jujin Bunshin [Beast Human Clone] Rank: B Requirements: Approved Pet Description: In coordination with an animal, the user creates a perfect likeness of that creature, and vice-versa with the beast assuming the form of the person. This makes it impossible to tell the two apart until the jutsu is broken, usually by damaging one of the participants which then reverts to their original form.
Kekkai Hojin [Barrier Encampment Method] Rank: B Requirements: Explosive Tags Description: Arrays of four explosive tags are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If anyone or anything happens to walk through the boundary, the seals will instantly activate and explode, injuring or even killing the imprisoned target.
Konbi Henge [Combination Transformation] Rank: B Requirements: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] / Two Users Description: An advanced form of Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique], Konbi Henge is where both the users are transformed into one being.
Kagutsu Mujin Bakujin [Puppet Technque: Infinite Explosive Blades] Rank: B Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique] / Appropriate Puppet Description: The user summons their puppet and then the arms of the puppet open and one missile/Kunai shoot from each arm (four arms=four missles/kunais) then the missles/kunais will home in on the enemy and explode on impact
Makyo no Ran [War of Evil Men] Rank: B Requirements: Flute One of the melodies the user is required to know how to play on their demon flute to activate the Mateki: Mugen'onsa [Demonic Flute: Dream Sound Chain] Genjutsu.
Mizu Jyuudan Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water-Cutting Shuriken Technique ] Rank: B Requirements: One modified Shuriken/Fuuma Shuriken. Description: At the initial, the user performs a brief sequance of handseals allowing a good amount of chakra to leak out of his fingers. Holding his shuriken, the chakra engulfs the weapons smoothing its surface to slide swiftly through the air while a certain amount of chakra is accumulated in its blades for better penetration.
Supplied by a great force, usually gravity, the user lunches his shuriken perpendicular to a flat plane, the ground, water surface, or a wall… etc. The shuriken is then required to dig as deep as an inch (minimum) in that plan causing its speed to lower momentarily. Afterwards, the chakra condensed within the shuriken is stimulated by friction to force the weapon to spin in double its initial speed. The position of the shuriken is modified to parallelize the plane it cut, and then it flies at a considerably high speed toward its target.
In the condition of that plane being the water surface, the chakra will activate instantly upon contact with the water. The shuriken will then spin at high speed cutting the water in two parts as it then darts vertically through it causing waves at both sides. Finally, it would change to a horizontal position to strike the target.
Rain Dance Rank: B Requirements: Musical Seals Description: This tune causes the user to dance that will call upon rain
Shinranshin no Jutsu [Mind Body Disturbance Technique] Rank: B Requirements: Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine] Description: A more advanced form of the Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine], this skill is used for confusing enemies into attacking their own allies, wreaking havoc among enemy lines. By forming a rectangular hand seal, the user is able to send a spirit of confusion into their target. Although the target is mentally aware of what they are doing, he is unable to control his body. For this particular jutsu, the user is able to stay in their own body with this skill, unlike its predecessor.
Sen'eijashu [Hidden Shadow Snake Hand] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: Users of this technique project several snakes from their wrist as they make a punching motion towards their intended object. The snakes often bite and wrap around the given target, potentially inflicting multiple wounds and are even capable of injecting the user's poison into the victim as well.
Sonic Scream Rank: B Requirements: Utsusemi no Jutsu Descrption: This jutsu amplifies the volume at which one speaks to incredibly loud ranges. The user holds their hands up around their mouth and they scream, directing the sound ahead of them. The pitch and the tone also increase, catching those ahead of them in a field of high-pitched, incredibly loud noise.
Togeyomi [Underworld Spines] Rank: B Requirement: Long Hair Description: The user causes his long, spiky hair to wrap around him and harden, in a manner similar to a hedgehog's or porcupine's quills, defending against any physical attacks. This is effective as a method for forcing someone away, or stopping a powerful strike.
Washihishou no Jutsu (Eagle Flight Technique) RequirementS:N/A Rank:B Description: This technique is an enhancer. The user pumps charka into their muscles to allow for a heightened burst of speed and they also use their charka to enhance their visual awareness, making it sharper and more effective.
Yoru Bijon [ Night Vision ] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: After performing the right hand seals, the user would focus their chakra into their eyes allowing them to see in the dark.
A Rank Jutsus
Chakra Shikai (Chakra Field of Vision) Requirements:N/A Rank:A A jutsu used to send out a wave of chakra from a target, which will allow the user to sense any object in the field and know their location.
Hateshiganairyuu (Eternal Dragon) Requirements:2 Elements Rank:A After making a long row of seals, the user is able to summon a cloud of chakra which will then consume elements from the surroundings of the user to form a dragon. This dragon is controlled solely by the user and can cause huge amounts of damage and distraction to any given target.
Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro [Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf] Rank: A Requirements: Approved Pet The users, a human and their, perform Konbi Henge [Combination Transformation] together, which results in their fusing into an extremely large, double-headed wolf. While in this form, they can use Garoga [Double Wolf Fang].
Kuchiyose: Kirikiri Mai [Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance] Rank: A Requirements: Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique] / Weasel Summon Description: The user summons a weasel carrying a scythe, which is capable of decimating almost an entire forest by means of very powerful slicing winds.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique] Rank: A (Kinjutsu) Requirements: Approved Summoning Animal // summoning scroll Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. A summon is performed by placing one's blood on a summoning scroll after having performed the correct hand seals.
Kuchiyose: Yatai Kuzushi no Jutsu [Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique] Rank: A Requirements: Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique] / Toad Summon Description: The user summons a huge toad to crash upon the target.
Kugutsu Kaijin Tensen [Puppet Technique: Revolving Blade Heavenly Drill] Rank: A Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique] / Appropriate Puppet Description: The puppet sprouts blade wings and at the user's control, spin towards the enemy, slashing them, and finally will launch itself in the air and explodes but unlike the target, the puppet comes out in one piece.
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [Hiding Camouflage Technique] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye, and can deplete their smell. However, special bloodline techniques or abilities are able to detect the user performing this jutsu.
Mikazuki no Mai [Dance of the Crescent Moon] Rank: A Requirements: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] / Sword-like Weapon Description: The user creates three Kage Bunshin of themselves, which, along with a complicated sword-dancing pattern of attack, creates a powerful move to both confuse and injure an enemy. The swords are also able to extend an stretch to any length to hurt from distances.
Sanshizenryoku (Delta Force) Requirements: 2 other Users Rank:A This jutsu is most commonly performed with 3 separate users. Each will make one of the following elemental attack gatherings: Lightning, Fire, and Water. They gather and condense the force of the attacks and then unleash all 3 on the target, merging the attacks into one streamline effect of elemental power.
Seneitajashu [Hidden Shadow Many Snakes Hand] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: Alike to the Sen'eijashu, but with far more snakes. In addition, these snakes appear to be much longer than the height of a typical human and can extend to greater lengths.

With hot objects producing a red colour and cold objects producing a blue colour, this is useful when the user is trying to find a hiding opponent or the such but also has the downfall of losing depth perception and environmental details.

Fire Snap [ Katon Sunappu No Jutsu ] Rank: E Requirements: Must be able to click their fingers. Description: This Jutsu was made as apart of a magic act for a traveling magician who used to be a shinobi, but is now taught as a basic fire jutsu. The user makes a hand symbol and then clicks their fingers on one hand, a small jet of flame (Maximum 5 centimetres) protrudes from the users hand and lasts for up to a minute, not harming the user as the flame starts around a half centimetre away from the skin. However constant use may cause burning as the skin slowly heats up.

Flaming Puppet Strings Rank: C Requirements: Kugutsu no jutsu After using Kugutsu no jutsu the user will apply elemental affinity to their strings in this case fire. Only five strings can be made at any time because of the added focus in applying the element. No other jutsu that requires seals can be preformed unless this one is canceled for obvious reasons. The strings will become visible and glow bright orange making anything they touch burn intensely though unlike normal puppetry strings these lose the ability to latch on to things.
Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Mist waltz Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user blows out a great amount of burnable gas. Once it comes in contact with any form of combustion force (from fire to small sparks), the gas ignites and literally creates a sea of fire.
Katon Bunshin no Jutsu [Fire Clone Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes fire to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Katon Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel more then a moderate distance from the original body. If the Katon Bunshin is injured or the user commands it, the clone will usually revert back into its natural heated state with a slight flame outburst. Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is a very powerful technique that most gennin are not capable of performing due to the high amount of chakra concentration it uses. The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is an extremely powerful and flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user's mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot from fast in the same direction, to slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.

Rain of Fire jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank:C this is a jutsu utilizing the fire element. The user performs a few seals and begins concentrating chakra into his hands. Eventually he will manipulate it into a ball of fire completely surrounding both hands, and then fired into the air. The two fireballs will collide and then split into 10-20 seperate fireballs which will proceed to rain down on the area as commanded by the user.
Fire Wall jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank:C By performing a few seals, the user can exhale a steady stream of fire creating a wall infront of themselves and partially surrounding them. It's capable of evaporating water and low level water jutsu, and used as a great defense against physical strikes.

Fire touch jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank:B This jutsu utilizes the fire element. The user concentrates heat into their own hands, and my placing it on an inanimate object for a few moments the object heats up to the point it bursts into flames. the amount of chakra and time it take depends on the size and it cannot be larger then the user.
Katon Houka [ Fire Release Rocket ] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user would open their mouth a ball of fire will shoot out their mouth with great speed and will burst into a bigger flame when it hits the target.
Shishienjin [Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment] Rank: B Requirements: Four Users Description: This jutsu creates a box-like barrier around an area defined by the four users of it. Anything that touches with barrier will burst into purple flame. As long as the users of the jutsu remain active and unharmed, this barrier can never be broken. Katon: Flame Trap Rank: B Description: After performing a set of hand seals, the user rubs both hands up together and then places their hands on the ground. Once this is complete, a sea of flames surrounds the enemies and entraps them in this ‘prison’ from which they will be unable to escape from unless they are willing to take life threatening burns, for those trapped they will not be harmed although the temperature inside will be intense. In order for this jutsu to be maintained, the user must always have their hands on the ground and be constantly supplying chakra to the prison. This jutsu though can easily be estinguished by a suiton jutsu.

Blazing Sonata Requirements: N/A Rank:A This technique was developed by a legendary shinobi, who retired into a occupation as one of the greatest chef's in the land. as a chef 's greatest asset are his hands, this technique was devised as a unique style of using ones feet to defend, in a dance like motion. This idea was then improved upon, by focusing chakra into the user’s feet, and then, coupling it with a bit of fire mastery was able to mold the chakra to surround the user’s feet within a controlled fire. every step fans the fire into the motion's direction, every stomp raises the fires causing it to flare up, every kick sends a penance of fire from the sole, and adding this into a dance causes it to not only defends ones self but by mastering the right steps can make for a very reliable offense.
Honoo Sude (Blazing Hands) Requirements:N/A Rank:A In three stages, the hands of the users are engulfed in flames. First: the persons hands start to heaten up. Second: Hands start to glow, temperature rises even more. Third: Hands are engulfed in flames, giving a great hand to hand combat advantage and is useful in nature.
Hoheki (Flame Wall) Requirements:N/A Rank:A the user ‘summons’ a flame that comes in between him and his enemy. After stablazyd the user can ‘push’ the wall at his target.
Lava Field Creation Rank: A Element: Fire Requirments: Earth landscape Description: The user performs a serious of hand seals than places their hands on the ground. The earth slowly heats up and changes into molten rock. After executed the user must immediately remove their hands and back up so as not to be burned. This not only limits where their target can move, but can also burn them if they are standing on it. The amountn of area covered depends on the amount of chakra used.
Katon: Karyuu Endan [Flame Type: Fire Wall Attack] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: A Katon (fire element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely large amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, the user cannot simply afford to waste it all by missing. It has to be a sure direct hit or the user will be considered a "sitting duck" while they take the time needed to recover.

Air bubble Rank: E Requirements: Description: After a single handsign is made, user can carry a bubble the size of his hand, meaning he can carry air for a panter or himself. Which is used once the person breathes in on it, however, it leaves the hand unable to use handsigns. Can carry two if the user wise's to.
Suihou [Bubble] Rank: D Requirements: Description: By placing one hand on a source of water and injected chakra into it, the user of this technique forces bubbles to form (just like bubble bath) and form around the area of the user in order to block visibility. The height and width of this bubbly mess depends on how much chakra the user puts into the jutsu with a greater amount of chakra creating a larger area of effect. In addition, the dampness of the bubbles soaks into clothing for anyone who ventures into the area of effect and therefore may lead to damp clothing which limits manoeuvrability.
Rokujou [Poseidon’s Anger] Rank: D Requirements: Description: After performing the set hand seals, all water sources nearby begin to ripple and progressively get worse until they begin making violent waves, vicious currents or both. This jutsu is not an attack as such but makes moving about in water (such as Suimen or Swimming) almost impossible because of the effects.
Cleanse Rank: D Requirements: None Description: After the user forms a few hand seals they concentrate and convert a small amount of chakra in their eyes into water. The small amount of water causes their eyes to tear and rid themselves of any irritating substances like sand or powder.

Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu (Mist Body Flicker Technique) Rank: C Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a cloud of mist and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, Though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either.
Suiton: Wave Impact Rank: C Requirements: Description: A small wave of water erupts in front of the user (about 6 feet tall) and crashes down about 7 feet directly in front of them. Although the technique does no real damage, it does deflect projectiles out of the air and can also knock the oppenent off their feet if they are caught in the impact
Water Jet Puppet Strings Rank: C Requirements: Kugutsu no jutsu After using Kugutsu no jutsu the user will apply elemental affinity to their strings in this case water. Only five strings can be made at any time because of the added focus in applying the element. No other jutsu that requires seals can be preformed unless this one is canceled for obvious reasons. After extending the strings from their finger tips each will become like a high power jet of water which can only reach about 15 metres. They strike the enemy with enough force to cause bruising and knockback. Until canceled the jets will continue to spray and slowly drain on chakra.

Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Rank: B Requirement: Description: A Ninjutsu technique that controls the density of water, creating a heavy area of water that become a bubble-like prison that is inescapable so long as the user maintains their concentration.
Suiton: Suigadan [Water Release: Water Fang Bullet] Rank: B Requirements: Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent, making it very difficult to evade or block.
Suiton: Suijin heki [Water Release: Water Encampment Wall] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: This jutsu creates a water barrier (a single wall rather than circular) to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Only a very powerful shinobi can create this wall without an outside source of water.
Chilling Wind Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B By concentrating and molding chakra via hand seals one can begin to draw upon the heat in the surrounding area and slowly begin to cool the temperature. At first the wind begin to chill, then the water slowly begins to freeze, and any rain turns to snow, and continues to get colder as long as the jutsu is held. Even if it is interupted it could take up to an hour to a day to return the surrounding area to it's former climate.
Rain Summoning Jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank:B This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. by performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. once this is complete the clouds the proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.
Water Manipulation Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B A defensive water jutsu, the user must perform hand seals and mold chakra in order to draw a thin wall of water to coat their body, which isn’t visible. The jutsu can defend against weaker fire jutsu, keep the user cool under extreme temperatures by using chakra to constantly keep the water cool, and makes some forms of weapons (slicing type of weapons) and occasionally kunai slide off the armor. The jutsu of course is a constant drain and uses up a lot of chakra to maintain.
Whirlpool Vortex Rank: B Requirements: Water under the oppenent Description: The water beneath the oppenent begins to spin furiously and after a few moments develops into a strong whirlpool that is intended to suck the oppenent deep underneath the water whilst the spinning movement should provide enough shock to make them lose their breath. However the whirlpool is only small (about 6 foot radius) and can be easily avoided if the oppenent is aware of the danger.
Suiton no Naihatsu [Water Blast] Requirements: Rank: B After making the seals the water will start gathering around the user from any available water source near by. After gathered at least a minimal amount the water will shoot out in all directions in a spherical shape.
Suiton no Kyoushikyoku [Rhapsody of Water] Requirements: Rank: B The user performs several seals causing jets of water to shoot up around the user, who is in contact with the target. The user then knocks the target to their back and leaps away while the jets of water slam down toward the target.

Suiton: Daibaku no Jutsu [Water Release: Great Explosion Technique] Rank: A Requirements: Description: A technique that creates a massive tidal wave of water in all directions. This jutsu requires a large supply of water at hand along with a user with an immence amount of chakra.
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu [Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique] Rank: A Requirements: Description: This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. Hand signs are ox, monkey, hare, pig, bird, ox, horse, dog, ram, tiger, snake, ox, monkey, and hare. This is a very destructive jutsu, capable of uprooting trees and destroying the ground.
Suiton: Goshokuzame [Water Release: Five Eating Sharks] Rank: A Requirements: Description: the user creates sharks out of chakra and uses them to attack the opponent.
Suiton: Kaihodan [Water Release: Pressure Cannon] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: A strong jet stream of water is blasted out of the user's mouth. This jutsu uses up a lot of chakra from the user. It is a one shot per battle move.
Suiton: Suijinheki [Water Release: Water Barrier] Rank: A Requirement: Description: A Suiton (water element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.
Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Shark Blast Technique] Rank: A Requirement: Description: A Suiton (water element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra through surrounding water and manipulates it into a swirling wall around them, and then directs it at their opponent in the shape of a monstrous shark made of water.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique] Rank: A Requirement: Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
Frozen Blade Storm Requirements: Water Manipulation Jutsu Rank: A to initiate this attack, one must be able to manipulate water. By performing a few seals, the user begins to take a section of water and shape it into a blade, then turning it into ice. The more chakra used and the higher the skills, the more ice/blades can be made. Once the blade is fashioned it can then be launched at the selected targets, from many directions, all controlled by the users chakra, but this take a lot of concentration, and even still, has somewhat poor accuracy, which is only made up for, by creating multiple blades at once.

Denkyuu [ Lightbulb ] Rank: D Requirements: None Description: After performing the needed hand seals, a ball of light, about the size of a baseball, will appear in the hand of the user. This would allow them to see better when traveling around at night. It will wear away after five minutes of use.
Raiton: Static Shock Rank: D Requirements: A metal object Description: By focusing chakra into a metal object, the user can supply the object with a small charge that will cause a static shock to the next person who touches it; this applies to the user as well. This shock will be strong enough to force the affected to remove themselves from the object most of the time, on the basis that people generally pull away from static shocks.
Raiton Trick Rank: E Requirements: Friction Element: Lightning Description: After the user preforms a few hand seals and rubs his or her hands together the user concentrates chakra in their hands. After enough friction is created the user exerts the chakra while touching someone to give them an amplified static shock.
Raiton: Thunder Clap Rank: D Description: The user creates a massive clap of thunder overhead that is designed to intimidate the opponent or at least make them frightened enough to force an opening (i.e jumping at the sound). An alternate use of the jutsu is to mask the sound of something else moving, which may be useful for stealth etc. In the hands of an exceptionally skilled Raiton user, the clap might actually cause a slight deafening of hearing.

Enryuu Jiseitai [Body of Electric Flow ] Requirements: N/A Rank: B This jutsu basicaly allows the user to send electical current out to anything that makes contact with them that they're not already in contact with. The electricity will hit anything not already touching them (a.k.a. your clothes, the air, and the ground). Since it's an active effort and it's a full body flow the likelihood of a person using this move and being very active themself isn't too high, and slows their movements and actions down to 40% or less.
Ikazuchi no Kiba [Thunder Fang] Rank: B Requirements: Electricity creating weapon Description: The user creates an electrified chakra-filled essence that rises into the clouds to activate lightning bolts that come crashing down on his desired target. The amount of chakra uses to rise to the clouds is equal to the power and damage the lightning bolts cause.
Lightning Shuriken Requirement: Shuriken Rank: B The user augments the shuriken with lightning then throws it above his enemy. This will rain down sever bolts of lightning towards the opponent, opening passing over or hitting them.

After gathering a large amount of chakra into ones mouth, they opens it and exhale to release a strong bolt of electricity from their mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element.
Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Armor] Rank: A Requirements: Electricity creating weapon Description: Rotating their weapon, the user surrounds himself with electricity which protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it.
Rairyu no Tatsumaki [Lightning Dragon Tornado] Rank: A Requirements: Electricity creating weapon Description: Gathering electricity onto one spot, the user spins around very quickly, forming it into the likeness into a head of a dragon. Once lightning is drawn upon his body, a spinning current will occur affecting anyone or anything in the area, temporarily trapping them in a spiral-like vortex and causing great damage. This is a fairly destructive jutsu.
Shishinkei shibugoretsu [Optic Nerve Disruption ] Requirements: N/A Rank: A This technique is like the full paralyzation except it has to be in contact with the hand to the targets eyes and it basicaly screws up the nerve impulses for the target's eyes for a little while. If it's messed up or not finished it results in the target being blurry eyed for a minute or a few minutes, if done correctly then it blinds them a little while.

Zenshinfuzui [Total Paralysis] Requirements: N/A Rank: S (Kinjutsu) total paralysis is where you focus enough electrical current into the central nervous system of the target's body that it makes a complete nerve shutdown, making the target limp as a rag doll. however since this requires an exact jolt and exact location it means the user has a much smaller target to aim for, and must be very close. so in other words using this on a person requires that the user make a connection with their hand and the top or backside of the target’s head

Dirt Wad Formation Rank: D Requirements: None The user makes one handseal, and opens his palms facing the ground. He draws up dirt, and packs it tightly with chakra, into a ball the size of a tennis ball. With practice, these balls can be made as hard as rocks.
Doton: Hidden Rope Technique Rank: E Requirements: Rope Description: This jutsu allows the user to hide a rope under a short layer of earth, making it totally invisible to those passing by. It is great for disguising traps.
Doton: Ground Thorns Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user performs a few hand seals, causing a small area of ground to become extremely jagged and sharp. This is basically a ninjutsu to create makibishi out of the ground itself.
Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu [Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill] Rank: D Requirements: None Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu normally used to catch the target by surprise. After performing a series of hand seals and raising his chakra, the user burrows underground using his chakra. After the ninja feels he is below his opponent, he raises his hand and grabs his opponent's feet, then buries them underground, leaving only the target's head above the surface. This leaves the head open for attack.
Earth Trick Rank: E Requirements: Dirt, Soil, Or Mud Nearby Element: Doton Description: After forming a few hand seals the user grabs a handful of mud in his hand and throws it at his opponent. Just as he begins to throw the handful of mud the user pushes out some chakra into his palm. The escaping chakra pushes the mud faster than what would be expected towards the opponent. Although it does little damage it does dirty the opponents clothing and may irritate certain parts of the body(eyes,cuts, nails, ect.).

Doton Bunshin no Jutsu [ Earth Clone Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes earth to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Doton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel more then a moderate distance from the original body. If the Doton Bunshin is injured or the user commands it, the clone will usually revert back into its natural state which is a pile of dirt. The power of the Doton bunshin is 1/10 of the power of the user. This includes the weapons, power, speed, endurance and etc. One hit will destroy the bunshin.

Doton: Doruki Gaeshi [Earth Release: EarthLand Deflection] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja digs into the ground beneath them and tears up a solid wall of dirt and rock. The shield of earth is held together by the ninja's chakra and is meant to take the driving force of a physical attack.
Doton: Terra Musica Rank: C Requirements: Musical Seals Description: The user will play music, and the ground under the enemy will begin to shake, and waves will run through it. This also makes soil fairly loose, which can be good for farming certain crops.
Doton: Retsudotensho [Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm] Rank: C Requirements: Description: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks and stones that surround the enemy and will begin to hit and spin about crushing all those trapped within it.
Nameogusoku [Armor of Earth] Requirements: N/A Rank: C after performing the seals, the user is engulfed with a layer of earth which then hardens to a very high density and is used as an armor, each piece of the armor can endure at least one hit, and can endure more depending on the hit force, and the level of the user. (the armor itself is heavy, and prevents movement).
B Rank Jutsus
Call of Chains Rank: B Requirements: N/A Description: The user slams their hand into the ground after performing the required seals. Instantly, five thick chains shoot out of the ground (can appear anywhere the rpc can see...within reason) and attempt to bind the enemy. Where the chains bind is totally up to the user. These chains are easily suseptable to ninjutsu attacks, as they are more for restraining someone physically.
Earth Cage Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B This technique is primarily used as a way of capturing or binding multiple targets all at once. The user sends a large amount of chakra into his palms, and then proceeds to strike the ground. Using earth mastery, the user splits the ground between them selves and the target. it is then at this point when the earth which was just moved, then reforms, into a cage above the newly created hole, resembling a pair of jaws.
Doton Sekimori [Earth Barrier Keeper] Requirements: N/A Rank: B A barrier of dirt is constructed and hardens into rock. It makes for a strong defensive wall but does not allow for vision of what is on the opposite side of the wall.
Doton: Dochuu Eigyo [Earth Type: Underground Masked Attack] Requirements:N/A Rank:B This is a technique where the user generates some spikes above ground while they are moved under the ground. The spikes from above are used to see what’s occurring above ground, or rather sense it. This allows for a more precise attack from underground.
Gaia’s Dakishimeru [Gaia’s Embrace] Requirements:N/A Rank:B This technique causes the ground to raise up, like a sphere, around the target. They’re held in the center of it by some more earth that clasps onto their feet. Once the sphere is formed it becomes intensified in strength, with 2 foot walls, and is pulled back into the ground.
Heiki no Chiage [Weapons of the Rising Earth] Requirements: N/A Rank: B after performing a few seals the user places his palms on the ground and sends charka into it, which will mold the earth into weapons by his own will. The earth that the weapons are molded from is highly dense.
Ground Vibration Tracking Requirements: N/A Rank: B This is a tracking jutsu utilizing the earth element. The user will place their hand to the ground and feed chakra into it. The chakra increases sensitivity and will begin to relay all movements back to the users hands. Higher skill with this technique enables to user to almost invision everything thats going on when there eyes are closed, and even locate trees via roots or anything else beneath ground by sending out a chakra pulse acting as sonar. The more chakra poured out from the hand the better the range and the clearer the reading.

Doton: Doryuu Heki [Earth Release: Earth slide Wall] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja "vomits" a wave of mud, which shoots out of their mouth and assumes the form of a solid wall in front of them. It is sturdy enough to dam a river of water, or stop the Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Dragon Missile Technique].
Doton: Doryû Taiga [Earth Release: EarthFlowingRiver] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user performs a technique that forms a rapid river of mud on the ground beneath the opponent.
Doton: Doryuudan no Jutsu [Earth Release: Earth Dragon Missile] Rank: A Requirements: Doton: Doryu Taiga [Earth Release: Earth Flowing River] Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique, used in conjunction with Doton: Doryu Taiga [Earth Release: Earth Flowing River], where the user creates a likeness of a dragon's head out of earth that launches mud balls from its mouth onto the opponent. This jutsu has tremendous destructive power, but it also consumes a lot of chakra. No shinobi should be able to use this technique more then once in a battle.
Doton: Awasekagami [Earth mirrors] Requirements: N/A Rank: A A three staged jutsu: First stage- the user create a one sided ‘mirror’ of earth( the entry side is where the user is, and the exit side is where the user sets it to be and the mirror is then used as a portal between the two sides). This ‘mirror’ allows the user to send any physical attack, from the entry ‘mirror’ to the exit ‘mirror’ only on the exit side the attack is copied by earth and that is what hits.(the earth can’t be sustained long in this stage.) Second stage- the same ‘mirror like in the first stage, only this time the attacks can be longer and could still be made by the exit ‘mirror’ (is used for binding and such). Third stage- this stage, like the first one, has the same ‘mirror’ effect, only it is able to send attacks that are not necessarily physical, such as jutsus. And also this stage, allows real body transfer, meaning it can be used as a teleporting device, or to throw real things from one place to another.
Stone Arm Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: A This is a jutsu utilizing the earth element. This technique allows them to use the earth in order to increase the range of their arms in a way. The user will place one arm slightly into the earth, and from that point on they can bring forth an arm of stone and earth from anywhere within sight along the ground, and is controlled the same way as the hand in use.

The result is a steady stream of air coming from the users mouth. This technique works fairly well when trying to blow at someones hair or simply have them smell your bad breath.
Kamikaze Attack Rank: E Requirments: Paper Description: The user folds paper into the shape of a plane (paper airplane) and throws it. With the help of wind chakra they can guide it towards a target. This move does no harm whatsoever except for the occasional papercut, but if a exploxive is placed in the folds it can be deadly.

Bakuhatsukaze [Wind Eruption] Requirements: Chikadoukaze [Subterranean Wind Tunnel] Rank: C The tunnel created underground erupts as the wind that has been accumulated bursts out, blowing the target sky-high.
Daikamaitachi no Jutsu [Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique] Rank: C Requirements: Wind Creating Weapon A Jutsu that, using a giant fan, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy multiple types of throwing weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source.
Fusajin no Jutsu [Dust Wind Technique] Rank: C Requirements: Wind Creating Weapon Description: Using a giant fan, this Jutsu will blow a strong wind current which will cover the surrounding area in dust, which in fact, serves to completely loosen the footing for any nearby opponent.
Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wind Clone Technique] Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes wind to create a Bunshin clone. Spinning Wind Rank: C Requirements: None Description: Once the user has completeed the necessary seals the user would grab the targets arm or leg and push it in a spinning motion. With the help of wind chakra the target will be engulfed in a small tornado-like movement. The user must back away as to not get hit. After the spinning wind stops the target will be dizzy and disoriented leaving them open for attack.
WindBridge Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: C This technique was devoloped as a quicker way to give or retrieve an object at crucial moments in a given range. by focusing on an object and then using ones chakra and performing a few seals, they will form a small ball of wind around the object in an attempt the lift it. at this point the object and either be gently carried over, or the ball can be dispersed sending the object flying. The stronger ones mastery of wind is, the heavier the object(s) can be taken. Most commonly used for small blades, kunai, shuriken either retrieval, or even a surprise attack. Wind Scar Puppet Strings Rank: CRequirements: Kugutsu no jutsu After using Kugutsu no jutsu the user will apply elemental affinity to their strings in this case wind. Only five strings can be made at any time because of the added focus in applying the element. No other jutsu that requires seals can be preformed unless this one is canceled for obvious reasons. When fuuton affinity is added to the strings they will act like small jets of harmless wind flowing out of the fingertips, through the chakra strings
Wind Senbon Rank: C Requirements: None Element: Wind Description: After performing certain hand seals the user will accumilate chakra into their mouth. With enough chakra control the user can spit out senbon-shaped wind projectiles. If it hits the target it will give them decent-sized cuts. The range of the wind senbon is lower than than the regular ones

Chikadoukaze [Subterranean Wind Tunnel] Requirements: N/A Rank: B As the hands of the user are placed on the ground, wind is called upon to create a small, roundshaped tunnel underground.
Fuuton: Daitoppa [Wind Release: Grand Blast] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area as well as reflect sound based attacks directly back to their source. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Fuuton: Tornado Trap Rank: B Description: After performing a set of hand seals, the user raises both hands up in the air and calls down a small tornado wind to surround and entrap the opponent(s). The user must always have their hands raised up and must have unfaltering concentration in order to keep the prison working as long as constantly supplying chakra into it. Those trapped in the tornado will be buffeted by strong winds and will find it impossible to escape due to this.
Kyoufuu no Chisou [Wind Layer] Requirements: N/A Rank: B The weapon of the user attracts wind, giving it a wind layer. This is an advantage as it easily cuts the target and can even be used in a way, that a small version of the Wind Cutter can be shot at the target.
Silent Step Rank: B Requirements: Kinobori Element: fuuton Description: The user concentrates wind chakra to their feet. With this, every time they step, a slight amount of chakra is let out into the air, causing it to absorb the sound, silencing the person's steps. This is still only from the impact of feet with ground, so if they step on a twig, the cracking could still be heard, or if they step on a board that creaks. However, they could run through a hall way at full speed using this jutsu and not be heard.
Wind Blade Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B This wind technique can only be used with a form of weapon. performing a few seals and touching one hand to the weapon in use, it becomes infused with the power of the wind for a matter of minutes. upon direct contact there is no difference but with every swing, stab or slice the actual attack range is 1 foot more then that of the weapons made of wind which can cut through stone and some weak metals.
Wind Burst Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B This technique isn't so much as levitation, as it is granting the user the ability to seemingly jump while still in the air.concentrating energy into the feet, the user must create small air bubbles which when bursting will push the feet up causing bursts of movement.Of course other strong winds can cause the user to go in different directions from what was intended.
Wind Fists Rank: B Requirements: none Element: Wind Description: The user forms hand seals and make punching motions towards target. Using the wind the target will feel blows of wind hit their body and be pushed back or halted/hindered. This only works at max 10 feet away.

Ichi Motte Sono Kaze [ One With the Wind ] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: This jutsu allows the user to blend in with the wind. This won't make in entirely invisble, but just a bit blurry. The user will also be able to move at a faster rate than normal.
Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Blade] Rank: A Requirements: None Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."
Kazeryuu no Jutsu [Wind Dragon Technique] Requirements: N/A Rank: A As the other Ryuu no Jutsu moves only that this one uses wind.
Jorui Kaze [Wind Fortress] Requirements: N/A Rank: A A technique using chakra to engulf the user’s body in wind, deflecting physical attacks and certian elemental attacks will be bounced as well. Downsides: uses immense chakra.
Wind Armor Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: A While using this technique, the users body is coating by a form of wind, and basically uses it to make the body lighter making it capable of faster movements and actions by about 1.25 times usual. As a side effect though the body is that much more vulnerable to being blown/forced back from an attack or something with forceful power.
Mujuuryou no Kiten [Zero Gravity Point] Requirements: N/A Rank: A A wind technique that allows the user to make a target ‘lose’ their gravity and place them in a zero gravity zero friction zone, meaning the target loses any normal ability he has to react, such as dodging, countering, et cetera. This jutsu uses a high concentration of air/wind under a target to counter his weight.

Hyouton: Ice Floor Creation Rank: D Requirements: Wet surface Description: The user performs a few hand seals, causing a small strip of ground to become icy and slick. This is often used to counter a charging enemy by causing the ground beneath them to become slippery and cause them to fall.

Ice shard Rank: C Requirements: Coldness in the air and water Description: After two handsigns the user creates a single small shard and throws at target, however it's near useless beyond a range of 5 meters, making it a weapon to surprise the foe then a real threat. Most effective against unprotected parts of the body.

Hayai Aisu [ Swift Ice ] Rank: B Requirements: Water Description: The user would blow onto water to freeze it. This would work well on an opponent who is soaked in water.
Hyoton: Akaka Hachure [Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user creates a large one-horned whale that is shot at the opponent. Even though this jutsu has great destructive power, it still uses up a fair amount of chakra.
Hyoton: Haryu Muuko [Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger] Rank: B Requirements: Near-by Ice Description: A Hyoton (Ice element) jutsu where the user creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Due to being so cold, it can freeze nearby water around it while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Suiton: Suiryûdan no Jutsu, and its hand seals are tiger, bird, boar, then followed by dog.
Hyoton: Tsubame Fubuki [Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user launches a bunch of ice needles that are in the shape of mini-swallows. These needles can change direction in the air.
Hyouheki [Ice Wall] Requirements:N/A Rank:B A wall of ice is generated to stand in the way of an attack.
Ice Pillar Rank: B Element: Hyoton Requirements: Standing on ground with moisture in it Description: This jutsu quickly accumulates all of the moisture in the ground in one point and, following the will of the user, quickly cools it to a low temperature. The cooled water then chills and pushes out from the ground at a high speed, becoming a cylinder of ice. It can range in width and length depending on both the skill of the user and the amount of moisture available but it cannot go further than 2 meteres long and two feet in girth. It moves at a speed dependent on the chakra put into the technique, with the upper limit being the user's "charging" speed.
Water Manipulation Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank: B A defensive water jutsu, the user must perform hand seals and mold chakra in order to draw a thin wall of water to coat their body, which isn’t visible. The jutsu can defend against weaker fire jutsu, keep the user cool under extreme temperatures by using chakra to constantly keep the water cool, and makes some forms of weapons (slicing type of weapons) and occasionally kunai slide off the armor. The jutsu of course is a constant drain and uses up a lot of chakra to maintain.
A Rank Jutsus
Enbu no Buttobasu Touketsu [Full Frozen Waltz] Requirements: N/A Rank: A To perform this attack the user must be capable of incredible agility and maneuverability. The user first attacks by grabbing hold of the opponent’s wrist, pulling the opponent’s arm toward them. They quickly thrust their outer most foot against the footing of the adversary, knocking them off balance, slams their free fist into their opponent’s stomach, knocking them upward. They then make a Hyou Bunshin which leaps after the enemy, while the user follows in the shadow of it. The Hyou Bunshin then swings at the enemy but instead of hitting them shatters into ice shards that continue past the enemy. The user then thrusts the shards into the opponent’s back, injuring them and sending them towards the user. Then they grasp the enemy and spin back, sending the target toward the ground, making them hit the ground with their back first. Finally the user gathers ice around their heel as they do a front flip while they fall back to the ground, slamming the ice covered heel into the enemy’s chest.
Frozen Blade Storm Requirements: Water manipulation Jutsu Rank: A to initiate this attack, one must be able to manipulate water. By performing a few seals, the user begins to take a section of water and shape it into a blade, then turning it into ice. The more chakra used and the higher the skills, the more ice/blades can be made. Once the blade is fashioned it can then be launched at the selected targets, from many directions, all controlled by the users chakra, but this take a lot of concentration, and even still, has somewhat poor accuracy, which is only made up for, by creating multiple blades at once.
Hyoton: Kokuryubo Fusetsu [Ice Release: Black Dragon Outburst Snowstorm] Rank: A (Kinjutsu) Requirements: None Description: The user creates a black dragon stream with red eyes that is sent towards the opponent. This attack uses up an enormouse amount of chakra and energy and the user would most likely be completely drained of chakra once this jutsu is performed.
Hyoton: Rogan Nadare no Jutsu [Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique] Rank: A Requirements: Surrounding Snow Description: The user creates an avalanche of wolves made of snow that run towards the opponent to attack. Even though this jutsu has great destructive power, it still uses up a fair amount of chakra.
Hyouchuujou [Ice Spiking Columns] Requirements: N/A Rank: A The user draws upon water from the water table beneath the ground they are on. When it rises up to surface level it is formed into several spikes of water that are then frozen and forced through the soil at their target
Hyougen [ Ice Field ] Requirements: N/A Rank: A A ninjutsu that creates a field of ice that is emitted outward, causing the surrounding area to be covered in a frost that quickly becomes pure ice. This is a very powerful technique which is mostly considered forbidden due to its destructive capacity
Hyouryuu no Jutsu [Ice Dragon Technique] Requirements: N/A Rank: A As the other Ryuu no Jutsus only this is created from ice.
Ice/Water Twin Headed Hydra Requirements: N/A Rank: A This technique produces two dragons, one of ice and one of water, which fuse together to form a dragon, with two heads. if a head is destroyed it is able to regenerate, with extra chakra used, but this technique can be very draining as the size and power of the jutsu makes it hard to maintain. the ice head is capable of exploding, and sending shards of ice at the enemy as well, where the water can be used to surround the enemy and trap, or with better chakra control, even drown, or crush the opponent. but once again this technique is very draining on the user, and therefore cannot be used too much and for too long.
Mighty Gaurd/Grand prison Requirements: N/A Rank: A It will begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. for the mighty gaurd technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. the two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. as the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. as well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture to close, or can fire them, for those who stay back.
The grand prison technique is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within. Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and detroy the barrier itself. Sand Burst Rank: D Description: After performing a short set of hand seals, the user holds out their palm in the direction they wish to aim in and a small burst of sand erupts from it as if they were throwing sand or dirt without actually having to have the materials on hand.
Sand Trick Rank: E Requirements: Palm Full Of Sand Description: After forming a few hand seals and concentrating some chakra in their palm the user convinces the opponent that they have a present in their hand for them. After the opponent is close enough the user releases their chakra causing the sand in their hand to shoot outwards towards eyes and clothing causing discomfort for the enemy. Of course it the user releases too much chakra and/or judges the wind wrong he may just hurt himself instead.
Suna: Under Sand Technique Rank: D Requirements: None Similarly to underground decapitation this technique allows the user to go down through sand, and wait under it until he is ready to strike.
Suna: Kirikui Kansei [Sand Release: Stump Trap] Rank: D Requirements: Sand Or Mineral Foundation Description: After performing five hand seals the user focuses his chakra into six spots on the ground. With the chakra focused the user then proceeds to raise a small “stump” of sand off the ground. The stumps are six inches long and a foot off the ground. The user must also compress his chakra after they are in the appropriate rectangle shape so they stay formed. The rectangles collapse when stepped on and therefore can cause you to stumble and/or fall.

Earth Sand Creation Rank: C Description: By placing their hands on the ground and focusing their chakra into it for a few minutes, the user is able to turn the top few centimetres of earth into sand by drawing up the minerals and shattering the soil. The amount of sand created by the jutsu completely depends on how much chakra is used by the user, but ¼ of a genin’s chakra would generally only produce a 2 foot radius around them.
Fowl Wind Rank: C Requirements: Sand Description: After a long row of hand signs the user concentrates and forces chakra out of their palms. The chakra is used to stir up sand on the foundation and throw it at the opponent. Although it is easy for the opponent to avoid harm, the general effect should be similar to miniature dust storms and work like covering .
Nemuri Matsu [ Sleep Powder ] Rank: C Requirements: Sand Description: Any sand into their hand, would be blown into an opponent's face to make them slightly drowsy. The drowiness only lasts for two posts though.

If the Suna Bunshin is injured or the user commands it, the clone will usually revert back into its natural state which is a pile of sand. Sand Kunai Rank: C Requirements: None Element: Sand Description: After performing the hand seals, the user shows both of their palms. Sand gathers around the palms in a thick cluster. After moments, the attack is ready, and they swing their hands. The sand flies off, and gathers into clusters, 2 clusters from the sand on each arm. These can than hit targets with and causes bruises on impacts
Sand Wave Impact Rank: C Requirement: Sand Description: A small wave of sand erupts in front of the user (about 6 feet tall) and crashes down about 7 feet directly in front of them. Although the technique does no real damage, it does deflect projectiles out of the air and can also knock the oppenent off their feet if they are caught in the impact.
Sunaton: Shifting Sands Rank: C Requirements: A sandy battlefield, or at least sand underneath the opponent Description: By performing a set of hand seals and holding concentration, the user forced the sand underneath the opponents feet and the surrounding area to start moving erratically and quickly in different directions meaning that it would be very difficult for an opponent to maintain their footing.
Great sand ball explosion rank: C requirements: none discription: by collecting sand within the area and infusing chakra into it, one is to form the sand into a ball between themselves and the opponent. The ball will then proceed to expload firing both nin in opposite directions with minor cuts from the sand. The for of the blast can push back 5-10 meters depending on the chakra used, and is used solely as a defense to seperate 2 people generally in close combat situations.
Suna: Sand Veil Rank: C Requirements: Nearby sand Description: The user pulls up sand into the air in front of him, and slowly lets it fall. This can be used to hide the user's actions.
B Rank Jutsus
Cyclone of sand rank: B requirements: none description: The user will preceed to perform hand seals, as sand will slowly turn in a circular pattern, 16 feet in diameter where the center is the user. Slowly the sand will rise and kick up untill it becomes a full out sand storm and sand twister with the eye of the storm being where the user stands. Outside the eye, sand will be flying violently, blinding all those around as well as deflecting most non-jutsu projectiles.(sometimes back at the user) as well it can possibly pick up scattered projectiles whick may be laying around from the force of the storm, and hurl them in random directions. If one were to manage to enter the eye, the user would be at great risk since they must not move as long as the jutsu is initiated.
Quicksand Creation Jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank: B This technique is an immobilization technique of the earth element. By performing a few hand seals and placing a hand to the ground, the user can turn a patch of ground into a thick mud like quicksand, and drag any standing on it down anywhere from their ankles to their waist, before the ground completely solidifies and holds the target or targets captured.
Mugen Sajin Daitoppa [Wind Release: Infinite Sand Cloud Great Breakthrough] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user spews a large amount of sand from the mouth, which covers a large area. The sand strikes the opponent, and devastates both the enemy and a large area around him.
Sand Blower Rank: B Requirements: none Description: This is a similar technique to biranshin. The user blows out sand, covering a large volume of air in front of them. The sand is spread thin, so being hit by this blast will do no physical damage, and the air it covers can be seen through, though sight would be somewhat blurry. Having, the sand particles stay in the air for 4 posts. During that time, opening your eyes inside of the sand covered area results in sand getting stuck in your eyes, making it painful to keep them open, effectively blinding an opponent. Also works to bringing sand to an area.
Sand Castle House Rank: B Requirements: Description: This technique causes the user to craft a fully-formed sand castle from the sand around them, with the insides being hollowed out to allow for usage as a house. Normally used during overnight trips or camping.
Name: Sand Castle Prison Rank: B Requirements: A lot of sand Description: This technique is primarily used as a way of capturing or binding multiple targets all at once. The user sends a large amount of chakra into his palms, and then proceeds to strike the ground. Using their sand mastery, the user raises the sand up all around the opponent(s) and engulfs them, eventually reforming into the shape of a sand castle for aesthetic reasons.

Rod [ Roddo No Jutsu ] Rank: D Requirements: N/A Description: The user creates a pole made of wood that is 2 feet long, and has a diameter of 1 inch out of their hand. This can than be used as a tool for close range combat. Easily broken by a strong force, or cut by perticularly sharp objects; kunai get stuck in it, but an average sword of any kind can slice it in half.
Mokuton: Puppet Extension Rank: D Requirements: Approved puppet Element: Mokuton Description: Upon performing the necessary handseals, the user's chakra will travel through his/her chakra threads, connecting to hte puppet. About five sharp stakes will burst from the puppet he/she is controlling. These stakes must come out vertically. Curved stakes are not possible. However, the can come out of anywhere on the puppet: front, back, side, head, etc. The stakes burst forward for a range of one meter. The stakes will stay on the puppet until the end of battle. The user is unable to retract any of the stakes until the end of battle.

This whip can withstand several cuts from shuriken before it is actually cut through and is strong enough to support the users weight if it is tied to something.
Mokuton: Spore Burst Rank: C Description: By using this jutsu, the user creates a sea of fungi in the surrounding area which release their spores into the air. The air will become dense and difficult to breathe in because of these spores and if breathed in at a great extent, these spores will cause the opponent to become drowsy and therefore reduce their reaction times and movement speed.
Mokuton: Moku Joheki [Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall] Rank: C Requirements: Surrounding Forest Description: Using the correct amount of chakra, the user creates a half-dome of wood to shield around him or herself. The shield can be burned by fire or broken if enough power is put behind the oncoming attack.
Mokuton: Wooden Shield Description: A technique that instantly creates a wooden shield on a users hand or both hands if the shield extends beyond 3 feet. The shield is often heavy to be used while moving but is great to stop senbon, shuriken or kunai attacks and other low level attacks. The maximum size of the shield is 5 feet by 5 feet.
Spear Form Jutsu Requirements: N/A Rank:C Description: The user opens both of his palms and two large spears come from each one. The user then can choose to throw them, or use them in a trap.

Hidden Bamboo Forest Requirements:N/A Rank:B Description: The user will focus a large amount of chakra into their hands and then place them onto the ground. This will cause many shoots of bamboo to form around the target, either impaling them or trapping them.
Hidden Vineyard Requirements:N/A Rank:B Description: The user will form hand-seals then placing his palm on the ground. In turn this will cause a multitude of vines to form beneath a target, then wrapping around his legs and arms.
Mokuton: Gatling Seeds Rank: B Description: Upon completing the hand seals, flowered plants grow up from the nearby environment in a wide circle around the opponent. Once the circle is complete, the flowers open their petals and begin to fire seeds at the opponents at great speed repeatedly, although these seeds are not that powerful they are strong enough to leave a small bruise on impact even through clothing. Mokuton: Bark Fist Rank: B Description: After creating a fist with their hand, a thick layer of bark forms over their fist which allows them to cause more damage with their punches as well as stop minor weapon attacks with the thickness of this bark.
Mokuton: Bark Skin Rank: B Description: The user of this jutsu forms a layer of bark on a selected area of their body to act as a form of armour. This bark can stop a kunai attack and get it caught at best but it textured enough to cause some pain to someone who tried to punch it for example. On the downside, this layer of bark limits flexibility of that area and trying to move to much will result in the armour crumbling.
Razor leaves jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank:B Description: The user creates of flurry of leaves that can hit an opponent causing multiple amounts of thin slices. After multiple hits this can cause excessive bleeding.
Splinter Grenade Rank: B Requirements: None The user creates then tosses a wooden ball. This ball explodes on impact with anything, and bursts into hundreds of tiny splinters.
Suiyou no Aichou [Mournful Melody of Weeping Willows ] Requirements: N/A Rank: B This is a powerful combination of ninjutsu and genjutsu where Weeping Willows are summoned up through the ground and enshroud the area. As the wind slowly moves through the trees the long, hanging limbs of the Willows move slightly to help prepare the trance effect. Then a sound is emitted that causes a distortion in the mind/minds of the target/targets that causes them to see themselves being hung, by the throat, by the limbs as the rest of their body is restrained by other parts of the branches. Then the user may manipulate it so that they see even more horrible visions of themselves.

Tsutakazura Ibasa no Shiizu [ Seeds of the Thorn Vines ] Requirements:Seeds Rank:B The user covers some seeds with their saliva, which they put chakra into, and then spits them out toward the ground. They then perform one final hand seal which causes vines that are covered in thorns to sprout upward and entangle the target or targets.

Hana Waza: Bara Azanau [Flower Art: Wild Rose Twist] Rank: A Requirements: Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user will throw a rose like object on the ground. The rose's throns will start to grow tremendously and and try to snatch the opponent. Seeing the rose grow, the opponent will try to escape, but will fail. The thorns grab the opponent and the thorns will continue to bind the opponent till it reaches the opponen't torso. From then on, the opponent will not be able to run away.

The parts made out of wood that are within a foot of either of the user's hands begin to rot, and are slowly turned into fine dust. This is effective for taking out a segment of a house's wall during a theft without making any noise, or against wooden weaponry.

Biransei no Jutsu [Poison Gas Technique] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: This ninjutsu technique creates a cloud of poisonous gas that erupts from the user's mouth in a stream. The cloud clears a distance between the user and their enemy, as not to capture the user themselves within it's area of effect.
Contamination Jutsu Requirements: Powdered poison Rank: B Description: The user can use this jutsu to quickly slip their poison of choice into the enemies drink. This is used mostly when trying to drug an opponent before a battle. Doku Shikon [ Poison Fang ] Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user's fang teeth would grow and poison leaks out of them. So when they bite an enemy, the would infect them with one of the user's poisons.
Sleeping Poison Jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank: B Description: This jutsu is usually used against lower ranked opponents such as Academy Students,Genin, and some we chuunin. The user will make the designated hand-signs and place their palm infront of the enemy then releasing a poison that will instantly put the opponent to sleep.
Spitting Cobra Technique Rank: B Element: Doku/Poison Requirements: A Poison and specific equipment Description: In the same way some taijutsu artists can spit needles, the user of this technique holds a small sack of venom in their mouth from which they can ‘spit’ out the poison at their opponent. This can be used in a manner of ways from simply being a surprise attack to knock the opponent off balance or even to spit poison in the oppenent’s eyes

Paralyzing Poison Jutsu Requirements:N/A Rank: A Description: The user gets in close and releases a large amount of chakra around them. They then use this jutsu to convert the chakra into an airborn poison which can slowly paralyze an opponent for a duration of time.
