It seemed that the both sun and the moon had very urgent attention to attend to this evening, as golden and silver glows cast their light upon the shadowing ground, the dark dirt cast into palor with every step. But the sun was an ulaya, flanked by the moon, his father, who nudged the small kit forward when he seemed to falter.
Kamui's eyes were vacant as he stared ahead, ever watchful for a sign of danger, ever wary for his son, and ever hoping to catch the golden glow of his love or the mirror image of himself, shrunken into his daughter.
Toya however, was tired of traversing, his small pads nearly raw with more walking than he'd done in his short life. His gold-glazed eyes too, seemed far-off, perhaps trying to focous on the rythm of their lives, or perhaps trying to hone his seer skills.
Regardless, the two neared their destination with ever mis-matched step they took.

Keisha sat beside a tree with her daughter beside her, they glows mixing much like Father and son did. It was odd how their appreances had swapped gender almost perfectly... The Life goddess scanned the forest with caution, and a bit of fear. Her father had found out about her children, this she knew. She had felt it.. When a large group of trees, animals, and even ulaya had perished in his fit of wrath. Now they traveled the forests, only daring to venture into the densest parts at night... Damn their glow. It gave them light to see at night, but they stuck out like a sore thumb.
Her glazed gold eyes flickered to her left where the shadows lightened. The light was welcomed, and she relaxed slightly... Her love had come, and hopefully with dinner to feed the children. She didn't need to eat, but her family did. And she of course could not kill... Secretly, she hopped he hadn't killed anything, and just brought fruit or roots...

Contarary to his mate's hopes, Kamui returned with nothing but their son, but he was too relieved to find his other half unharmed to catch the dissapointment or marginal worry in her eyes. He checked his pace, fighting the long-lived urge of a quickend step in response to legs that wouldn't quite yet match his strides. As their glows meshed, two gold and two silver into a light that was pure and clear, he slowed, and tilted his head, allowing for him to push closer and properly greet his love.
Toya gawked at their display, not understanding what love would feel like for a very long time, and shifted his gaze away from the silly and childish adults to smile warmly at his sister.

Keisha smiled warmly, her worries pushed aside. At least they hadn't killed anything... And they seemed uninjured. "Welcome back... I've missed you, Kamui." She leans forward to nuzzle her maw against his softly, eyes falling closed.
The silver kit also wrinkled her nose in disgust when their parents nuzzled each other... Then made an anxious grunt as she turned to her brother. Smiling, she hopped over to him and playfully headbutted his side. "Brother, did you bring back something to eat? I'm hungry!" She pouts, large glazed eyes blinking slowly.
