I Love: I love literate people and spontaneous acts but above and beyond all that I absolutely love putting my characters through hell especially in romantic stories. I love the trauma and I think it fun to play the insane.
I Hate: People who feel the need to hit enter after every sentence drive me up a tree. Beyond that if you do not capitalize or attempt punctuation I will murder you. My biggest issue with RP’s is when literate people half a** their profiles because I judge people based upon what the profile looks like. I hate size 9 font because it gives me a killer head ache so if your in one of my RP's do me a favor and post in 10 or 11. I also hate people who get pissy in my RP because they won't make an effort to talk to people, they expect the world to flock to them.

Preferred Roleplays: Generally I lean toward roleplays that have fantasy elements to them, but generally I pick roleplays based on the plot. However, my all time favorite genre is medieval fantasy, although I do like to try out new genres.
Preferred Character Gender: Girl, although I am getting better at playing guys and will play them on occasion. Normally it depends on the roleplay or how I'm feeling, that sort of thing.
I Love: Interesting plot lines. I love it when there are lots of little twists and turns in the roleplay, and when I'm kept guessing about what's going to happen. Little surprises that pop up are always very fun. I like good, original characters, and I usually like for there to be a possibility for romance in the roleplay. Drama in a roleplay is always fun, and I generally never let my characters get something for nothing especially in romance roleplays. I like it when there is some sort of conflict, although I do like things to generally work out in the end. Just not right away. (:
I Hate: What I hate is when things are always perfect and happy from the start of the roleplay, or things get all happy and perfect very quickly. It really, really bugs me. Also, I hate characters without any flaws whatsoever, godmodding, stuff like that.
Favorite Word: Absinthe. Its just so much fun to say.

Gender: Um, hehehe, actually, I'm female ;D This is my roleplaying mule. It's where I get to pretend like I'm a guy. Yaaay.
Preferred Roleplays: Many, though I tend to prefer ones that take place in the past.
Preferred Character Gender: Male! I used to roleplay as just girls, then I made a male character and loved it. I've made mostly guys ever since. Though, I still keep a few females.
I Love: A good plot is probably key. Even if there's not much of a storyline, if the setting is good and I know I'll be able to take it and run with it, that's good. I love the plot twists that are totally unexpected and that allow everyone in the roleplay to play a part.
I love being able to quickly get into the flow of a roleplay and not have to take a week to find someone who will talk to my character(s).
I like past roleplays because most of my characters were originally created for a past setting.
I find that most of my character's have dark pasts. Two of them in particular, let that take over their attitudes. Some of them don't, though, and are quite happy most of the time.
Keeping with the dark pasts thing, most of my characters parents are dead. And if they aren't dead, they have no contact with them.
I don't know why, it just seems easier that way.
Oh, and I have to say that I'm a sucker for romance, though I will never go past kissing in a roleplay. I have some morals here.
I Hate: Ah, I don't like godmodders. Especially when they decide to take your character and tell you something about them that you didn't know. I hate it when they make their characters completely invincible also. I always make sure my characters get hit in fights to make them more realistic, but I hate it when I do that and the person my character is fighting never gets hit. It makes my character look weak and they usually aren't supposed to be. That's probably my biggest pet peeve in roleplays.
I dislike unrealistic characters, plots, etc. I understand that there's a fiction aspect to it, and that's fine, I just don't like it when people take it too far and start blowing everything out of proportion. I do my best to give my characters a believable story, personality, etc.
And I don't like it when the owner of the role play decides to stop posting for no reason. Even if they start the role play then suddenly get busy. If it's unexpected, I understand. But when you know you won't have time to get on, at least put someone else in charge of your own darn role play! Don't leave the members hanging!
Favorite Word: Persnickety. I heard some librarians discussing the spelling of it, and it has since become my favorite word.
I also like crumbs(as a saying, as in 'Aw crumbs.'), spiffy and snazzy. Also, zdrastvooyte. That is the Russian word for 'hello' translated into the English alphabet.

So, if it pleases you fine ladies and gents, I wish to abandon the format for a more preferred paragraph structure. Or something like that. I will also forgo writing my Username, since it also located to my left, directly above the convenient picture of my avatar.
Moving on. My name is Amanda in the place beyond cyber fantasies and pixel dreams. My mother gave it to me in lieu of Cassandra. Can't say I am happy about either choice. I suppose you could call me any of a number of things: Rogue, Dollie, TRD (hehe turd), or Lucy, or even "Hey you, with the face!".
I am of the female persuasion and I find many types of role plays to be fun, particularly interesting ones. I like ones with gripping story lines and true creative ingenuity and originality. I tend to seek balance in stories. So as far as gender, I play the character that needs to be played, or who would create the most dynamics within the group or situation.
I love words. I love am so fond of proficiently plied verses and interesting perspectives. Communication fascinates me so. Find a way to show me something that has not already been rehashed ten trillion times, or put that same story into a new shiny hat, and I am knocked over with silly ecstatic joy fits.
I hate hypocrisy. That is really the only thing I hate. I dislike quite a lot of things. Stairs, people who stand in the way without realizing or applying basic common sense, people who make excuses to allow themselves to continue to engage in destructive behavior, my dog, forgetting things I deem important (which usually aren't), feeling stupid or unwanted, incomplete story lines (ones I care about at least)...and that's all I can think of right now. Oh, and people who can't disconnect who they are from who their character is.
As far as a favorite word, I have none. Never thought about it. Probably wouldn't discriminate, as I get really sensitive and worry about the feelings of things that obviously have no feelings.

Preferred Roleplays: Medieval and fantasy above all else, but I can role play just about any genre as long as I'm interested in it.
Preferred Character Gender: Mostly male characters, but I can do females if I have to or if I feel like it.
I Love: Literacy, decent spelling, character interactions that aren't over the top, detailed descriptions~
I Hate: The usual stuff like Mary Sues, Gary Stus, god-moding, munchkinning, pulling things out of quasi space with no explanation given, etc.
Favorite Word: Cavalierly.... okay, so it isn't really my most favorite word since I've got a lot of words I like, but cavalierly, like guardian and transcendant is high up there on my list of favorite words.
