Only genin and higher can go on missions. A few missions were posted up for genin.
Mission Name: The Lost Cat
Mission Rank: E
Mission Type: Solo or Team
Requirements: Genin
Status: Completed
Briefing: An old woman has lost her cat Fuzzy. It is black with a golden bell attached to its neck. It also has green eyes. Go find it in the streets and markets of Konoha.
Reward: 5 status points, 50 contribution points ( I'm going to come up with something to use those for )

Status: Completed
Briefing: The local ramen shop has ran out of ingredients for their special soup. Go collect it in the forest of the Leaf Village. The ingredients are blue tip mushrooms, 5 pig meats (kill a pig in the forest for some, each gives 3 meat) and seaweed (obtained from leaf village forest's lake bottom.)
Reward: 10 status points, 50 contribution points

He took the slip of paper from the poster board and went over to the registrar. "I would like to take on this mission please." He said and handed in the mission request form.

Status: Open to all, all genin can do this but only once
Type: Solo or Team
Requirements: Genin
Reward: 500 status points, 3 mission completion point, 500 contribution points
Briefing: To prepare for the chunnin exams, Dragon has prepared a special training course to train the genin. Go and see him if you'd like to take on the task.
Objectives: Talk to Dragon, Ask for training course, complete training course, go talk to dragon again.
