The Tower
You see the blackboard and a large desk on the right as you enter. many gold knick-knacks on the desk as well as a long purple decorative table cloth. Mirrors, incense, orbs, just about everything you could imagine a divination teacher to have was on her desk.
On the left is the tables, to chairs per circular table, an orb in the center. Each table has two table clothes, one in purple velvet, one in god, overlapping so that each color is visible. half the tables have gold on top, the other half have purple on top.
there are confetti stars all over, and the smell on incense almost knocks you over as you get near the center of the room. The air is slightly smokey, but with an eerie sense of relaxation.

The Assignment
"Good morning students. Take a seat before I burn another stick of incense." There were already four sticks of incense burning in the room, assaulting just bout everyone's senses no matter where in the room you sat. "There are small mirrors on your table, all hand held white ones. Please do not break them, for one mirror is probably worth more than you are." Professor Nariella sat on the edge of her desk, facing her students, the impatience she was feeling after teaching the younger years was clearly showing. "Each mirror can show you different things about your life. They all look the same, but they are far, far different. Some mirrors will show you a cherished memory lost in your brain, others will show you something horrible in your future, and some will tell you good things about your future, and vise versa. Each is random, even I don't know which is which. Since, well, I haven't yet gotten the chance to test and label them all before school." Stopping short, Nariella realized that she had been rambling on about things that she really didn't need so say. "Each one of you will look closely at your mirror, and write down what you see. Every bit of what you see, as a homework assignment. If you want, you can switch mirrors with the person across from you, so that you may have the chance to see something happy, or unhappy, from your time line." Nariella crossed her arms, looking into the faces of each and every one of her students. There weren't to many students so it wasn't hard. "No cheating. If you see yourself as the captain of the quidditch team, and I know you suck at quidditch, I will fail you. Now, get to work." Nariella put her face into the smoke of the incense, inhaling the sweet smell of ocean mist before retreating to her chair behind her desk.

Professor Nariella Moises frowned at the sight of her empty classroom. There weren't any students, though, she had to expect this on the first day. Though, even if none of the first years didn't know where the tower was, the upperclassman years should have no excuse. She wasn't teaching first years, so she didn't have to deal with any of them at all, which made her all the happier.
With a frustrated expression, Ella took a seat in her chair, slouching in the large gold armchair with her feet on her desk. Knocking over some knick knacks, she didn't bother with putting them back up.
"Where are my students?"

Judas rushed into class, glancing up at the clock. He gave a sigh of relief when he saw that he was on time. He looked around - he was the first one there. He choked on the light smoke. "Hello, Professor," he told the teacher quietly, taking a seat and pulling out a library book.

A hand automatically flew up to Vlaityn's nose and mouth as she entered the Tower. Professor Moises kept the incense burning strong and light smoke abundant in her room. Although the fumes were rarely bad, the first entering of the room could be somewhat of a choking experience.
Making her way to a table near the edge of the room, Vlaityn gave Judas a small smile on her way across the room. Judas was an interesting a nice person to be around; that is, if you could get him to talk.
Taking a seat at a solitary table, Vlaityn tried to shake the smell of the incense away.

Judas looked up at Vlaityn and waved shyly, smiling back. He watched as she went and sat down. He picked up the mirror on his table and looked at it, interested. He glanced back at the board, checking the instructions. He was suddenly embarrassed, wondering what the mirror would show.

With a few swift, graceful motions, Ascella entered the tower, her steps were almost silent as she made her way to a table. The incense didn't bother her, since her mother had been obsessed with incense for a while before Allen had complained about the smell.
Staring up at the board, Ascella frowned. She really didn't want to see anything about her past or future, or what would possible happen to her. Though, since it was the assignment, and she refused to let her grade falter, she would to it.
Picking up a mirror, Ascella glanced at herself in the glass, her face was indeed beautiful, but it didn't look like her. It was like she was looking at a photograph of a stranger. As she continued to look in the mirror, she noticed that the glass was fogging, and she could see a very white blurry image in the glass.
After a few unnerving moments, Ascella saw that it was her, sitting on a hospital bed, looking awful.. Ascella could see her mother sitting in the chair next to the bed, her eyes looked like they had been full of tears just a moment ago.
She could see in the mirror that her mother was talking, and she looked really hurt, with tears bursting from her eyes. Ascella couldn't tell what her mother was saying, and she really didn't want to know.
A few more moments passed, and the vision faded away. Staring in disbelief, Ascella thought of the vision as nothing but a clip from a movie, since everything she was of herself wasn't really her. Pulling out her quill, Ascella started writing in immense detail everything she saw in the short vision.

Judas took a deep breath and picked up the mirror. His own wide, nervous eyes looked back at him, and he almost winced. This is ridiculous, he thought. What on earth is supposed to come of this? The surface of the mirror began to fog and ripple, and Judas almost dropped it from surprise. He wanted nothing more than to throw the mirror out the window, but he was so entranced that he couldn't put it down. A smiling woman appeared in the mirror, holding a baby. A jolt went through Judas when he realized that the infant was him, and the woman was his birth mother. He leaned so close to the mirror that his nose almost touched it. The woman was pretty - she had Judas's large eyes, and she had soft features. Her hair was a shimmering chestnut brown, framing her face. Judas panicked quietly as she faded away, still holding baby Judas in her arms. The image was gone. Judas, shaking slightly, grabbed his quill and began to write what had happened.

Bianca huffed and puffed up the number of stone steps leading up to the tower. She was hopelessly late, and could picture the Divinations teacher staring her down as she disrupted her class by entering the door later then everyone else. She frowned to herself and with an extra bit of determination, picked up the speed towards her classroom.
Once the stale air smell left, and was replaced with the musky smell of inscense, Bianca breathed a sigh of relief. That smell was reassuring, and it meant that she was getting close enough to the classroom. The teacher was rumored to burn an insane amount of the stuff, but it couldn't travel too far that fast.
Finally the door to the classroom was in sight, and she pushed the heavy wooden door opened and then greeted the people in the room with a triumphant grin. "It's okay now, Im here!" she said cheerfully and breathlessly at the same time.
She quickly took her seat and once she knew what the assignment was, decided to set down to work. She grabbed the mirrors smooth handle and was a little shocked to find it warm to the touch. At first glance in the reflective surface of the mirror, she saw her flushed face, but then it began to change.
Her face changed to a scene that looked like it came straight out of a watercolor painting. It was her, but older and more mature, and there was a guy with her. It was obvious poor little Bianca was wrapped around his manly little figure. This fact apparent because she was following him around like a person hopelessly infatuated.
Now, this didn't seem to be too bad of a fate. If you looked at the dark haired girl's face, you'd think she just saw her own death. Her cheeks were a violent purple, and she was tugging her curly hair angrily. She was instantly reminded of her mothers decision, to throw everything away for the man she loved. Bianca couldn't stand it, and she hated the fact that this silly litte fate mirror was showing her the same thing. She frowned and instantly exchanged the mirror for a different one, hoping for a different prediction.
