Just do what maybe feels natural and if it's not working out, ask your gf what she thinks might make it feel better, or how you could improve.
Sort of the same thing with her giving you oral... With oral, you don't have to just use your mouth. She can use her hands as well as her mouth, vary speeds, and also, tell her if you like what she's doing or if there's stuff she can do to improve. I also wouldn't expect perfection with the first time.. Generally the first time is a bit awkward but eventually it should get better. =)
