TEN THOUSAND YEARS AGO THERE WAS A GREAT BATTLE BETWEEN ALL CREATURES FOR A POWER THAT COULD ONLY BE FOUND IN A POOL OF BLOOD. IT WAS THE BLOOD OF A VERY POWERFUL CREATURE. THE BATTLE WENT ON FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS, UNTIL A VAMPIRE, ELF, AND HUMAN BANDED TOGETHER TO STOP THE BLOOD SHED. THEY WENT INTO THE BATTLE TOGETHER AND ALL THE VAMPIRES, ELVES, HUMANS, AND OTHER CREATURES SURROUNDED THEM. BUT THE HUMAN, HAKU, THE ELF, KIARA, AND THE VAMPIRE, KATSUMI, HAD STOPPED THE BATTLE BY SEALING THE BLOOD AND POWER OF THE CREATURE INTO A STONE. THE STONE THEN TURNED A VERY DARK BLOODY RED COLOR. IT TOOK ALL THE STRENGTH OF HAKU, KATSUMI, AND KIARA TO SEAL THE POWER AND BLOOD OF THE CREATURE. THEN, WITH THE VERY LAST OF THEIR ENERGY, HID THE STONE FROM THE WORLD. NOW, THERE ARE STILL MANY CREATURES WHO LOOK FOR THE STONE. SOME SAY THAT THE LEGEND OF THE ‘BLOOD RED STONE’ WAS JUST THAT. A LEGEND, BUT OTHERS STILL BELIEVE THAT IT IS STILL OUT THERE AND ARE SEARCHING FOR IT.

Gaian Name: ANIMEANIMAL77 Character Name:Kanna Himura Age:357 Race: Vampire Power:Can manipulate fire and nature, can fly, Can create illusions, when she sings or plays music it puts people to sleep or in a trance, depending on how and what she sings. Skills: Speed, Agility, smart, strong. Weapon: Her flute, a sword, her claws and fangs. Pets/Companions A vampiric wolf named Luna. Personality: Quiet, doesn't trust anyone at first. When people get to know her, if they can get that far, she is sweet and kind, but when you get her mad she is very frighting. Bio: When Kanna was still a child her family was betrayed by who she thought was her best friend all because she was a descendant from Katsumi, otherwise known as the Greatest Vampire. Her family had tried to protect her, and she had no clue why. While they were fighting they told Kanna that the blood of Katsumi ran through her stronger then anyone else. Bio: Tsubame was raised by her older brother. Her mom died in childbirth. While her dad was still alive, he never was around. He said that he has a 'very important job' to do, but he wouldn't say what his job was. Tsubame's dad had disappeared one night while at his 'job.' Everyone thinks he is dead. Now her brother has taken over the job and is never around.

Power: has amazingly good hunting skills and senses can control air and birds
Weapon: bow and arrow hunting knife and dagger
Pets/Companions Kay her blackbird who turns into a human (human form doesnt speak can only talk to Mayomi and when she does its through her thoughts, she mostly hunts helps Mayomi around the house and battles
Personality: serious tempermental, everything you dont want in a best friend but she's loyal dependable and caring to those who are back to her
Bio: Mayomi doesnt remember much, she woke up one day by a stream with Kay pecking at her. All she could remember was her first name and her skills and power. Day by day she remembers little by little. She hopes that by her 300th birthday she can remember who she is.

Apollo: Pets/Companions:A white hawk named Terrin Personality:He's carefree and easygoing with no worries in the world. His motto is, "Shouldn't a bird fly free?" However sometimes he can be unforgiving and merciless Bio:When Alex was 9 his parents were murdered. He never saw the Assassin but he found only his dead parents in their house upon coming home from school. He then dedicated himself to becoming strong enough to hunt down his parents murderer but never found the Assassin. So at age 14 he turned to helping people whose lives were in Jeopardy but paid dearly for his path. A year after he began helping others he was shot and was at the brink of death. Kanna was running through the forest with Luna by her side. Kanna looked up at the sky. The moon was half full. "I'm going to find some food. I'll see you back home, ok?" Kanna said to Luna and ran off.
"Ok." Luna said.
Kanna had found a human village. She waited on top of some trees for a human to walk by. A few minutes later a young boy, about 16, walked right under her. She started to play her flute. The boy immediately fell into a trance. She led him deeper into the forest. Her hair turned silver, and her fangs were longer. "Well now. You look like a treat." She said then bit into his neck.

Mayomi stood at the town square waiting for Kay to return, there had been reports of a vampire in town but she just didnt believe it. She was the only vampire around here. A blackbird swooped down and landed on the well. "There is a vampire, she's feeding in the forest on a particularly cute teen boy." Mayomi sighed, she had given up on humans she lived among the particularly too much when she was found by the shaman by the stream. He knew she was a vampire pretty much everyone in town knew it, even if they did think it was just a rumor. "Well, I cant let myself stand around and-" she turned around to see the shaman. She bowed quickly, "Sir," she said. "My dear Mayomi, I believe you have some business to attend to, she's south south west about half a mile before the stream." she nodded and bowed again. Running off she jumped to the treetops and stopped when she saw her. Getting ready to aim she stopped, shrugged and aimed hitting the vampire in the back.

Kanna was finishing her food when she heard something. She let go of the body and it fell to the ground with a thud. She smiled slightly. "How long are you going to stand there?" She asked not moving. She slowly turned her head and looked strait at the person with her piercing red eyes.

Tsubame was flying high in the sky. She had her eyes closed. "I love nights like these." She said to herself. Soon she went down next to a cave. Ayame walked out. "Welcome back" She said.

"What do you want? The people here have been living in peace they dont need you around, I can covor for you but still that's gonna be hard considering you just killed this fourteen year old boy who's mother is pregnet and who's father just died because he slipped and hit his head!" she was angry now, she had been helping the family for awhile giving them food and getting the little boy small jobs around town.

Kanna turned all the way around now. Her vampire form had taken over now. She hadn't had any food for a few days, so she was even more hungry then usual. "Don't make such a fuss. he is still alive." She said wiping some blood from her chin. Kanna looked at the boy. "I just have one question.....Why do you care what happens to the boy? He is only human!" She said still looking at the boy. She hates humans. It was a demon and HUMAN that had betrayed her family.

Mayomi almost had to hold Kay back, [b]"They helped me so I help them, by keeping them safe and hunting for them, I return favors and I am forever in thier debt. Now if you will please leave the forest, I dont want to have to fight today." she stared the girl down, for a second her eyes flashed red.

Kanna saw the red flash in the girls eyes. "So, you are a vampire, or at least part vampire, and you still protect them....." She said more to herself then anything. "Foolish." And she started to walk off.

Mayomi glared at her, nodded to Kay who picked up the boy. "Take him home, I need to speak with this one." Kay ran home as Mayomi followed the girl. "Why do you think its foolish to protect those who protected you?" she was confused, Mayomi thought it was honorable and it was important to repay.

Mayomi was determined to get this girl to talk. "Some yes others no. It all depends on thier past." she looked up, "It is my time to go, farewell i wish you good luck where ever you go." jumping into the treetops she sprinted home, she made it just as the first crack of the storm made its appearance.
