  Hello! Welcome to my very own Raevan Quest! I’ve only been with the labbies about a week, Yet I’m already craving a Raevan of my own. I loved the whole concept of the Raevans ever since I first laid eyes on the front page o3o, and it only further peaked my interest with the stories! *is a sucker for unique characters and exciting history* So here it be! The Raevan quest of me! *bricked*

 Here are some ideas for a Fel Essence. Living Dust Dust is about the most annoying mass of dead particles on the planet, influencing sneezing fits and harsh coughs that would equal to a small cold. However the dust within this vial seems to be stirring with life within its confined space. Floating to the top, then to the bottom; side to side and circling its own tail without so much as aid from an outside source of movement. If one were to tap the glass the living clump of dust would simply push itself against its clear prison only to fall into pieces and reform once more at the bottom, resuming its previous actions of floating about. A.k.a rethinking: Waking Dreams The fine point between reality and dreams. Where pain is felt, but no physical wounds created. Where you can hear things all around, but not know from where. Where you can see things that aren't really there. In between these two voids is that fragment of disbelief, yet a sense of content. Most believe it to be a sign of becoming an insomniac, others a sign of some unknown power. White Black Spark Everyone knows when you rub two rough stones together it eventually creates a spark. But what were to happen if you rubbed two elemental stones that can coexist yet cannot, together? The white black spark is an example of two things, though opposite yet similar in ways, coming together at the same time to create something new. The hue of the spark varies between whites and blacks; where as a normal spark consists of yellows, reds, and oranges. Keeping with the opposite attraction, when a spark of this nature is held, it burns the hand, but at the same time soothes it to where you won’t want to let go.

 Now for a soul! >:3 Tulen Väki Haltija can best be described as gnome, spirit, or elf like creatures that either guards, helps, or protects someone or something. Haltija’s are categorized into folks which are called väki. Depending on the väki of the Haltija, determines the powers of the being. The Tulen Väki’s name means spirit of the fire, and can be described as both a destroyer wielding fire and a warm soothing healer using various temperatures of heat.

 Funds! o_O funds are very low.. but I'm going to sell some of my lesser used items :3 just to get started. Maybe start a shop doing Art sketches and busts. XD I'll update this later. >_>

I don't think I understand what your essence is or how it would work. The thing you have to remember about fel essences is that they are things that aren't suppose to exist or looking from another stand point, they are living contradictions. Fires eventually burn out and ice will melt if heated enough. But there are essences that are exactly that, fire that burns forever and ice that never melts. Of course, you're not limited to those sorts as there are essences like the Cloud of Despair which isn't a contradiction, merely something that exists that shouldn't.
As for the dream part, there was an essence called Tangible Dreams and was used to create Nue. But he's been NPC'ed and Kyou has expressed not minding having a new, similar essence to take its place. So maybe yours could work if we tweak it some. What if it was like something along the lines of living daydreams? It's just a thought. Good luck!

Sorry, but your fel essence description is a little confusing. o.o; What's the deal with "elemental stones"? That seems a bit unnecessary if the point of the fel essence is that they're sparks of the wrong color.

I'm with Mouse on this one. Try and simplify it if you really want a spark, maybe... a spark from a fire that doesn't burn, but soothes, though that seems to be treading on Kaurii's essence a bit, with fire that makes the area around it cold...?

Well, the thing is their not just sparks of the wrong color. I'll put it basically is that their like Yin and Yang. The elemental stones are light and dark, They coexist together yet also don't. Using the Light and Dark elemental stones together to create a flame makes the white and black colored spark.
Sparks are basically like an ember, If it were a regular fire spark, it'd burn a bit if it touched you. This spark will burn your hand, but it will sooth it all at the same time, so your getting two different feelings in one, which doesn't make you want to let go. It has nothing to do with really hot and cold. It's more like, you burn your hand, and then it somewhat heals, but still leaves the burn mark, because your still holding it.

The stones are still really awkward.
If you can find a way to have the spark without these stones, it would be far more ideal, but as it stands now, the stones don't really make any sense. They're just presented as existing, and the only purpose they serve is making the Essence itself, which should have been created in the storm, by tainting something that already existed, not by making something new, which the spark is, something new, since they don't exist for more then a few seconds.
Might I suggest ash as a different Essence base, if you want to have something similar?

Yeah, uh, I'd recommend reading over the front page and internalizing what fel essences are, since you don't quite seem to be getting it. XD The descriptions you have up so far look like you're trying to smash together a bunch of mystical / magical / mysterious elements, and that's not exactly right.
