A Lunaa *Guardian Profiles* Gaia name: TheSuperPenguin Name: Raipheale Plateaigo Age: Appears 23, Real age 217 Gender: Male Race: Fallen-Demon Angel specifically Powers: Master of Lightning and Darkness Weapons: Two spike bladed gauntlets [one on each arm as seen in the picture] and two custom made 9mm handguns Personality: Originally, Raipheale was that of a psychotic mastermind of murder and destruction, who loved nothing more than to make his victims suffer in the worst way possible and then add insult to injury for his own personal amusement. After turning over a new leaf, the Demon Angel is quite humble and generous despite his physical appearance. Generally, he always has a calm demeanor about him and usually keeps to himself unless need be. Every now and then he struggles to kept his demonic tendencies in check. Biography: Raipheale Plateaigo was once known for being a cold blooded artist of mass murder. Thus being dubbed the "Enforcer of Chaos" by his peers amongst the Fallen. He lived up to the name on numerous occasions. Usually, killed all who was around him just out of sheer pleasure, friend and foe alike, once his primary objective was accomplished. One time, Raipheale set out to destroy a village and was met with opposition from his best friend, Hyato Krouger. After their epic clash ended, it was Raipheale who emerged victorious but at the cost of his dear friend's life. When Raipheale came too from his blood lust, he realized what he had done to Hyato. Thus beginning his quest for redemption for all his actions and ultimately for ending his best friend's life. Raipheale took Hyato's custom handguns in remembrance of his dear departed friend. Charge: Rae Valent Other: Hyato's last act of life had left Raipheale losing his right eye due to being shot. Both Hyato and Raipheale were originally human. Raipheale was corrupted by a Fallen and the transformation into a Demon Angel had drove him to madness. Appearance: Raipheale Plateaigo -

The Super Penguin  I am nothing more than a monster....
Raipheale's wings were wrapped around his body providing a makeshift blanket of sorts that covered him from waist up to his head as he sat under a tree at the park. To the innocent bystander, it looked like some guy was taking a nap under a tree.
The demon angel was in a meditative state reflecting on his past. Raipheale could only remember bits and pieces of what happened during his many destructive massacres. All that played back in his mind were the screams of his victims: men, women, and children alike. Played back like a broken record, especially the tragic sight of his fallen friend which was the most haunting of all.
The former shell of a man was lost and without purpose shortly after that fateful day. The Enforcer of Chaos had made himself an enemy of the Fallen for opposing them. Everything was so clear to him then. All he had lived for was the complete and total decimation of the Elementals and their Guardians. Nothing more. Ever since betraying the Fallen, the evil presence that guided the demon's actions had left his mind.
Now all he had left was his promise to Hyato... the question was how to fulfill that oath of redemption....
Is there any hope left for one who has lost all he once cherished?

The Super Penguin This demonic power of mine...
Raipheale sprang to life as he couldn't take anymore of the graphic images running through his tormented mind. "Aaaaaahhh!!!" escaped his lips as he panted for a short spell and then let out a big sigh of relief. The black haired man rubbed his hands over his face as if waking up from a really bad nightmare. Stretching a little while letting his wings unfold, Raipheale stood up and pondered on what to do next. After a few minutes, he decided to fly around.
Flapping his huge bat-like wings once before jumping into the air to start his ascent into the skies. Raipheale did various areal maneuvers from spinning rapidly while his wings folded around him in short spurts to free falling. Why he was doing this he could not answer but it gave him a sense of freedom. A feeling he had never been able to embrace until now. Even still it felt quite odd to have a measure of satisfaction that was outside of his former chaotic nature.
The demon angel stayed within the parameters of the park while flying around aimlessly. All of a sudden flashes of the past entered Raipheale's mind. Instead of the despicable acts he had committed, these flashes pertained to a lighter side of the black clad man. Random bits and pieces of Raipheale and Hyato together played through his mind. This caused him to stop dead in his tracks hovering with the clouds holding his head in agony. Lighting began to surge all around his body in constant dissipating arcs. (A visual reference of sorts.) Raipheale brought his arms, legs, and wings close to his body to center the electrical energy for a few seconds. Shortly thereafter, the demon angel immediately formed an "X" with his limbs which unleashed massive lightning bolts in every direction.
Luckily, for those still on the Earth's surface, the lightning bolts posed no threat considering his absurd altitude. It even provided a bright flashy light show accompanied by echoing thunder to those who watched the sky for lack of anything better to do. When Raipheale came out of his uncontrollable outburst he felt slightly light headed and dizzy. He slowly began descending as his vision blurred from time to time. It was becoming increasingly apparent that consciousness was slowly fading from him. Despite his best efforts to hold out, the demon angel crash landed through some trees and into the hidden river of the park. Inadvertently, Raipheale ended up near one Rae Valent. However, he was still out cold and was floating ever so gently down the stream by the slow moving current of the water. The demon angel's body was still feeling the after effects of no longer being possessed by the evils of the Fallen. Hence, his loss of control.

The Super Penguin Hyato... Is that you...?Easy cowboy, you're not dead just yet.But... then why are you here....?Don't make me smack you, Raipheale. Besides who's your lady friend?Wait, what are you talking about?
A sharp numbing feeling spread throughout the demon's body. Waking him up in an annoyingly abrupt manner. Lightning had a way of toying with its users at times. This being one of them. Being drenched in water wasn't helping any either. Raipheale opened his eyes slowly. At first the sight of Rae was blurry and he almost mistook her for being Hyato. He sat up moving gingerly as his whole body still had that tingling sensation running rampant. Rubbing his eyes with his hands, Raipheale then turned to face Rae.
Raipheale gave a small chuckle as he figured out what his old friend had meant by "lady friend". He couldn't help but grin in amusement while he shook his head. "Even in death, you're still a flirt." The demon angel inadvertently thought aloud under his breath. He returned his attention to Rae and scanned her features with his eyes. Raipheale was completely aloof as to what just happened to him. So the natural thing was to get some answers.
Right as he was about to inquire about the subject, Raipheale' noticed that another person had come to check out what was going on. "That's something I'd like to know. Last thing I remember was flying around and now I'm here by the river sitting next to this young lady." he replied with his slight latino accent which was accompanied by a small but noticeable demonic echo. Another side effect of Raipheale's transformation into a Fallen being. He winced as a small shock of pain shot through his spine for a second. Suppressing the pain, he asked, "So who might you two be?"
I suppose we'll just have to have a drink together some other time then, won't we, my friend?

The Super Penguin But why would someone save a monstrosity such as myself?
"You have my gratitude young lady though I am undeserving of such generosity. The river, you say? That explains why my clothes feel three times heavier than they already are and why I'm wet." Raipheale answered back to the red head while giving a nod of thanks.A whispering voice entered his head saying "Protect the one who preserved your life...."Raipheale shook his head, unsure of what that voice was. For the time being, he dismissed it deeming it the wrong time to ponder on such things. The yellow eyed demon angel then looked at Kai studying him before he would give a response. "Yes... I was hoping it would bring some piece of mind but all I got was a bath." he paused before continuing for he didn't want to reveal details of his past to them. At least not yet anyway. "As for who I am," pausing again as he struggled to stand up but only made it to a kneeling position before the pain overtook his body, "I am many things: a monster, a demon, a murderer, 'The Enforcer of Chaos', the list goes on. By name I go by Raipheale Plateaigo."
I guess the truth can't be hidden forever....

The Super Penguin As much as I want to be forgiven.... It doesn't erase what I've done....
Giving a long sigh, Raipheale prepared himself before he decided there's no point in hiding his past anymore. "I give you fair warning.... What I'm about to reveal to you isn't a fairy tale. I'll tell the shortened version but, as you see before you, my appearance isn't exactly friendly. I am a being of the Fallen, however, not by birth like most of those wretched creatures. Indeed... I was once human, an Elemental of Darkness and Lightning if you will.
Though the darkness lead to my corruption. When I was brought into Hell's dominion after being possessed, I took a metamorphosis of sorts, both mentally and physically. Mentally, I embraced the hatred and anguish within my black heart. Thus, being driven to the brink of madness. While my physical form became that of a Demon Angel. I willingly chose to embrace the hatred and anger within me.
While being a pawn of destruction for the Fallen, I killed without mercy. So many countless towns and cities alike that I have ravaged. So many innocent people robbed of life. Elementals, Guardians, Men, Women, Children, even fellow Fallen. The title given to me was quite appropriate since I annihilated everything. The Enforcer of Chaos is what they called me....," Raipheale paused as he almost got lost in deep thought.
He shook his head recollecting his wits and continued, "Under the command of the Fallen, I had purpose. Everything was clear to me. Wipe out any and all Elementals and their Guardians. A simple objective. One day I was sent out to destroy a small city. At this point I had destroyed so many I didn't take care to take notice it was the one city I grew up in as a youth...," Raipheale paused again giving a low grumble. Little arcs of electricity begin to appear off and on in rapid succession all over his body as his emotional state became increasingly aggravated with himself. The water on his body amplified the random surges of lightning around his body.
"As you can see, I have been granted with great power and it tends to have a mind of its own when I begin to get frustrated. In essence, I'm liable to wipe out an area the size of this park without even realizing since I usually black out and lose control of myself. I deem it to be a side effect of no longer being controlled by the Fallen. My body has yet to cope with freedom...."
Raipheale gave another sigh. "But, power comes at a high price....," he added while pointing to the eye patch of his right eye. "As I was saying, I murdered all but one man in my attack. The city itself was reduced to fiery shambles. The irony being that this man was none other than my best friend. His name was Hyato Krouger and he was the one responsible for the loss of my eye. At that moment I had lost all sense and entered another state of blood lust. Thus being reduced to nothing more than a mindless killing machine. After a long and grueling duel, Hyato had sustained multiple fatal wounds. Knowing he was about to die, the marksmen did the only thing he could think of to finally break the chains that bound me to eternal servitude to the Fallen. Shot me point blank in the eye with these."
The demon angel promptly pulled out two bloodstained custom made 9mm pistols from the belts around his waist. "Death" and "Plague" as he called them. After finally regaining my senses and realizing I had killed the only friend I had in this world, I took it upon myself to carry his weapons of choice with me. To serve as a painful constant reminder of all the wrongs I have wrought. And before you ask, yes, that is Hyato's blood on the guns." Raipheale paused once more.
"Ever since that day, I betrayed the Fallen in any way I could. While still living up to my name and reputation in my endeavors against the Fallen. But since they've hidden themselves for so many years. I've wandered the world for so long. Lost and without any direction. Think of me what you will but, I know I can never be forgiven for my past...." The yellow eyed demon angel concluded.
Unbeknownst to Raipheale, the electricity surging through Raipheale's body had slowly increased dramatically. Almost to the point of becoming unstable. There was a good chance that another sphere shaped blast would escape him if he didn't calm down soon. Just like it did while he was in the air. Should that happen, everything within a quarter-of-a-mile radius would meet a shocking end to say the least. A bright golden colored aura emitted from the demon angel's body as he stood upright with his wings spread out to their full span.
And that is my story....
