This bustling port town lies fairly close to the center of the world. It has a role in commerce and trade all across the world with a very expansive market place, a market place only rivaled by the harbor and it's view of the great sea.
Pelions bay began as a trading post and lodging for deep sea fisherman and shipping companies. The town rapidly grew, with its lush seaside environment, steep protective cliffs, and vibrant reef.
With its natural, and man-made architecture, Pelions bay stands as a safe haven with much to offer for those who settle and those who tour.

this was one of the rare days that cecilia ever came out of her mansion and wasnt planning on killing somebody. as she walked the streets people went to great efforts to avoid her although she had never been to this town before. she liked it that way though, she had very little tolerence for humans. the parasol she carried protected her from the annoying sun but made her all the more scary. the only reason she was coming to this town was for her addiction. sweets she walked the nearest bakery and began to look at the menu. the waiter was trembling when he came over "m..m...may i take your order miss" he stuttered. she sighed, she knew it wasnt going to be that long till this place banned her too. " strawberry cake on the double" she ordered

Katczinski silently strolled into town, his illusion causing him to move about unseen. He looked around for a while, and sighed. "What will I do today?" He thought to himself. "This appears to be quite the rich district. I'm sure anything I steal here would fetch a few pretty crowns." He shook his head a little as he continued to walk. "Must resist the temptation today." He still had a striking mental image of King Colm burned in the back of his mind.
Before long, he found himself in front of a bakery. He licked his lips a little as he looked inside, and opened up his bag. (Think furry white bear fur messenger bag.) Plenty of gold in there... He walked into the bakery, seeming to appear out of thin air as he dispelled his illusion, but standing there as if he had been there all along. Most of the people who saw him simply assumed they hadn't been paying any attention, and they must have missed him walking in.
He looked like a prince the way he casually walked in, and silently looked around. His eyes turned toward Cecilia as she ordered. She drew his focus away from the food for a moment, but she looked very blurry to him for a second or two as his slower eye struggled to focus. He was very obviously staring at her, but he didn't know what staring was, or that it was bad.

the waiter brought the cake out in expert time. cecilia caught a man looking at her and softly growled but she was used to it. people often stared at her from a far but never came too close. cecilia ignored him and dug into her cake. she had almost finshed when she noticed he was still staring. cecilia smiled at him " can i help you" she asked

Kat looked around in bewilderment when she spoke to him, blushing as he remembered having removed his illusion upon entering this store. He was prepared to silently walk out without saying a word, but he mentally shook his head to the notion. He silently walked up to her table, still too shy to let words come out of his mouth. He slowly opened up his mouth to speak, but wound up putting a finger to his mouth and suddenly closing it with a blush, and motioned to the seat, as if to ask to join her.
She seemed slightly hostile to him, but he held the belief she couldn't bring herself to attack him. He knew enough about how the mind worked to say to himself with some confidence that a normal human simply won't attack him. "...Unless she is not human." He thought, smiling at her nervously.

" you know most people are scared of me, i would stay away from me if i were you, sit with me if you wish but at least show me the curtosy to tell me your name" she said in a soft voice. she was obviously making an effort not to scare the man more than she already had. humans can be so funny sometimes she thought to herself. "waitor" cecilia called out. the waitor rushed to the table " bring me the best cake you have for this man here" she demanded

Kat chuckled a little. "Funny, how she calls me man." He thought. "Most call me boy." He looked around him at the others, who seemed to be apprehensive about her appearance, and then back at her. She did dress rather dark, and seemed to be a strong person...
He opened his mouth to speak, but had a thought. "Wait..." He thought. "...I've never given out my name before... Is now a good time to start?" He looked up at her eyes. "How am I ever going to be a person that humans look up to, if I can't even talk to this one? Unless she isn't even a human..."
He opened his mouth again, his soft and angelic voice murmuring out the word "Katczinski..." He paused, and tacked on "...Kat for short." He was blushing a little. "Why, do the humans fear you?"
This keen interest in having an actual conversation was foreign to him. He had spent so long simply watching the lives of humans with a strange and indifferent sort of curiosity. He knew too well by now how their minds worked, and how they reacted to stimuli. What he had never known before, however, was what their motivations were. Kat had only been motivated to feed himself and live somewhere. Now, he was motivated to find something that compelled him.

Kat's face went red as he felt her lips press against his. This was new. He didn't care any more about her status as a vampire, because as soon as that kiss happened, that was all that was on his mind. "Wow." Was all he could think to say. He placed his hand on hers on the table, and looked her gingerly in the eyes, not even caring about the waiter as he set down the food.

cecilia laughed softly at him. she had suduced another man. it was diffrent this time though, this man seemed to have no romantic experiance and that could be bad but she could still use him. i mean she was low on blood and needed to feed soon. she grabed his hand and draged him into the ladies room. she did not take anytime and exposed his neck. " may i drink from you" cecilia whispered in kat's ear extending her fangs as far as they would go.

Maryl dragged herself into the town using her staff as a walking stick. She was fairly tired from her walk but people her age don't commonly travel from town to town on their own. She staggered to an open bakery and took a seat at the edge of the area, taking a moment to inspect her things. She patted her wallet, then a small pouch, and her her canteen. She shook her canteen noticing it was empty. With a depressed sigh, she double checked her wallet and turned to approach a waiter.

Kat was nervous as she dragged him to the ladies room. He didn't know what happened next, but he hoped it wasn't a trick of some kind. When she asked about his blood, he murmured to her "I'm completely yours." He was a little afraid of the pain, but he knew he was immune to becoming a vampire because his body flicked on and off and became ethereal at random times, cleaning him out.

cecilia licked his next and pressed her fangs against the soft skin. her fangs sank in deep and kat's blood rushed out. he had the most delicous blood she had ever tasted. i could get use to this she ran her hands through his soft hair and pulled his head back farther. she took one last drink and detached her lips from his neck. she licked his neck again and it healed instantly.

Kat held onto her as she bit his neck, almost fainting as he felt the sting. He began to lose the energy to stand, but he was light enough for her to support him without letting him fall.
His young blood poured, and his body began to examine itself, suddenly realising that a vampiric disease had infiltrated, and he flickered once out of existence, causing him to fall through Cecilia. When his body flicked back into existence, it was shifted a little to the side, because the way he had been positioned would argue against the laws of physics. He fell to the ground and landed with a soft thud on his side.
He woke back up a few seconds later, and rubbed his eyes as he sat back up and looked up at Cecilia. "The nice thing about pain," He said to her, "is that we can forget it when it's gone." He slowly stood back up, and looked over at her, weakly forming a warm smile, his face a little pale from the lost blood.

Maryl tugged at the waiter's sleeve when he had a free moment. She spoke up a little crackly from the dryness, "May I have some water please?" And held up her empty travel canteen. She was graced by his sympathetic smile as he went off to the kitchen. Scratching her neck for a moment she realized she probably looked fairly pathetic being tired, parched, and even a bit dirty from her trip. She waited patiently for the waiter to return.
