Ramenli watched cheerfully as Muir carefully ate his food. He didn't eat in the same way every time, but he definitely ate with care. Somedays he made patterns with his food. Some days he ate it in lines, or by flavor. Today he had nosed his food into lines and was clearing food away to leave a zig-zag. She waited for him to finish, reminding herself in her mind that this was for his own good, and she really shouldn't be grinning so much. As he finally finished she scooped him up, hoping to confuse him. It was mere seconds before he began his indignant yowling to be let down. She ignored him and let Triton jump up onto her hand, eager to go with her now that she had Muir.
Only one more to go. Of course Sithmaith was easy to manipulate though. Just an off-hand comment about how lonely and depressed Muir must be and she was also eager to join in on the journey.
So away they set, down the long path known as a hallway, to a room with flowery wall paper. Ramen had already drawn up a nice cool bath and now without further ado she plopped Muir down in the water, and carefully put Triton and Sithmaith in there as well. Grinning mischievously she left, closing the door. Muir would have social contact whether he wanted it or not.

Muir was horrified. First he'd been unceremoniously scooped up by that human girl, which had ruined his carefully groomed fur, and now he was stranded with Triton (who really wasn't all that bad) and the newest horror.
The newest horror was Sithmaith, a cheerful, caring, affectionate lach cat, who positively drove him nuts. It didn't help that Triton already absorbed up all of his patience either. And now he was stuck with them. While they were still looking about he began slinking off towards the other end of the water pool, which if he had to be happy about something, was at least cool.

Triton quickly adjusted to the new surroundings and then saw Muir inching away. He quickly paddled over to him. "Hey Muir~ Whatcha doing? Is there something really cool in here? I bet you know just where to look!" Triton followed behind Muir, close enough that he constantly was accidentally bumping into him.
The young pup practically idolized Muir, and his constant admiration was starting to wear him down. As for Triton, nothing Muir did was wrong, nothing. When he was with Muir he constantly was either hyper or he stared at him, full of admiration. Some claimed that he had a dreamy look in his eyes when he stared him.

Sithmaith immediately began playing in the water. It really was a lovely temperature, and felt rather nice on her skin which had been about to go dry. After she was thoroughly soaked she began walking over towards the others.
She was eager to meet Muir and Triton, fellow lachkynds, she was sure they would be friends. <333
But as of yet Muir had said nothing to her, ignoring her so she wasn't sure what to think of him. Triton on the other hand seemed to be friendly. Confident she could win them over she waltzed over, "hello dearies~"

Muir sighed at Triton constantly bumping into him but he had the tiniest hint of a smile on his face. And then his tiny glimpse at happiness was shattered.
A cheery voice flowed into his ears to grate upon his nerves. How on earth could a voice make you see the world around you in rainbows? He wanted to claw something, pronto. And that was before he registered that she had called him "dearie."
