The Staff and changes
To make adaptation a little easier, we decided to Have the Staff introduce themselves, as well give you a little bit more of info on how things are going to be run from no own.
Activity is the second foremost important thing in this guild and in an effort to promote that is the following:
Bi-weekly reports: These reports are designed for us (the leaders) to recieve feedback -- what are your views, your opinions? What do you want to see here? What do you want changed? These reports are our little way of knowing who is who and how active they are.
They're nothing big and no one is being graded. The week of these reports there will be a post placed on the Sticky labeled : Report Topics. Guess what? That's what the topic of the week is going to be. It might be something simple as a quick questionare (as silly as the application) or weird like "insert a picture of what you think AnqeiicDemise socks looks like!". Along with that, just a quick note on how we are doing as a guild. It doesn't have to be long, just a minimum of 50 words.
Contests Once a month there will be a contest. What the contest will be or how it will be run is a decision we *all* will come to as a guild. A subject will be posted, a poll will be ran and then we'll go about having our fun.
Prizes are: 1st place: A picture of your avatar drawn and colored by Demise 2nd place: 5k gold 3rd. Place: 2.5k
All winners will be placed in our Hall of Fame.
Mock Wars The Order of Chaos would not be The Order of Chaos without well.. chaos... and order....and more chaos. In order to accomplish this, we need to throw a wrench into our Peaceful days and wreck havock.
Currently we lack the membership to embark in this event and so the details will be muted. As soon as we have a broad enough number to embark on, we will...
And the prizes will be big.
So what are you waiting for, go recruit people!

First in Command Good evening!
This is your Captain Speaking, you may call me one of three things, and these only. I forbid anyone from copy and pasting my name. D< You ay call me Esrev, Reverse, or Jouji. Either one of those is fine, and if you wish to add your own twist on my name - that's fine. Just don't copy and paste it.
I must say, forgive me for dropping this guild, picking it up, dropping it, and repeating the process. I can promise you this time however.. This guild is going to remain. This idea (A role play centered around Shinto and Japanese folklore) is something I've been tinkerin with and perfecting ever since the A.R.P.L closed. So, I'm proud of it.
Anyway. My hobbies are in music, anime, and gaming. I have OCD issues so you can expect this guild to be well organized, and while I am doing nothing now, I plan on going to college in the future for a few business courses. I figure I can put my OCD issues to use there, eh?

Second in Command And here lies a shadow of who is to be the 'Cabin Girl', Second in Command, the right hand woman -- yadda, yadda, yadda.
When it comes to roleplay, I got an affinity for long-winded descriptions a-la Charles Dickens (one of my favorite authors, by the way) but for OoCish purposes, I am a woman of few words. I say things the way I see them and am honest to a fault. I've made a lot of enemies in this fashion. Not that it really matters to me anyway.
Whereas Jouji is the uptight, ocd freak around here, I take a more laid-back approach to things. Its nice to be able to let someone else take the reigns and obsess over every detail other than myself. I get enough OCD fits at work as a line cook and pastry cook. I mean.. sure.. the fortune and fame can be fun, but sometimes you can get a little burned.
Now... where the hell did I leave my whip?

Rules and GuidelinesLike all good guilds, we have rules and guidelines here for new users to follow. These rules are put into place to make sure you don't get into trouble, and neither do we. We can be pretty strict people when it comes to these rules, so it is advised that you don't break them.
I. Like any good Gaian should, please follow the rules that the administration team has set in the Terms of Service. If you have not read it, it is advised you do so now. This rule is put in place so that you don't get in trouble, and neither do we.
II. Already stated in the ToS, we bring it up a second time. No posting of sexual content which crosses the boundries of PG-13. This includes pornography, text which includes graphic sexual content, and so on and so forth.
III. Stating the obvious now, I ask that you type correctly. We are a guild dedicated to literacy, after all. It would defeat our purpose if we let an illiterate user stick around now wouldn't it? Typos are common, and not everyone is going to have a perfect understanding of the English language. Gramatical errors are going to occur, and not everyone has English as their first language. However chatspeak and 1337 are unforgiveable acts against literature and will be punished.
IV. More like a request than a rule, but do please try to be an active member of the community.
V. Do not flame your fellow literate. Discussions are fine, even if they get a little heated. However downright flaming a user is not and you will be punished for doing so.
