Before I ask my question, I want to say I'm sorry for the very long absence. sweatdrop Work has taken a LOT of space.
Now, my question:
Is it possible to make an RP between specific characters? I mean RP that can only be open for two or three characters (ex.: Aphrodite and Yami about a particular subject).

No, because this is a roleplay guild where everyone must roleplay. If you want one on one or only few characters in a roleplay, use Barton town.
