Whenever I'm at the mall for a haircut, across the...place...is a Gamespot. After my haircut i always browse there and my dad asks "Are u going to buy something?" and i think i don't want to spend his money, but I do want a game...

I have the same problem sometimes... except with my dad I don't care if I make him spend his money (but everyone else... )
my tactics are quite simple:
1. if the game is new and kinda expensive: browse and show little interest to any game. Move to a different spot and browse some more. Then when asked if there's one I want reply, "Well that one but it's [insert price here]" (That's how I got FF4 on DS)
2. Talk about how utterly awesome a game is and how it's the BESTEST GAME IN THE WORLD.
3. Save up some petty allowance/other money and get it myself (got my DS that way)
but pretty much I'm not upfront about BUY ME THIS GAME NOW!!!!!! domokun

when i want something i ussually have to wait like a year to get it.......... but if i am lucky i get it.....

I'm normally too afraid to ask my parents... but they always figure it out and ask me which I want... and even tho I have an allowence and save some of my money, I guess the luck of being a nerd pays off (Good grades=games)

If I get good grades (and I always do, like this last time I got a 4.0 on my report card XD I got Rock Band Wii) I will get some thing of choice, wich is mostly always a game XD
Or I save my money. Th last time my parents got me something was for the grades though

I can usually get my mom to buy me a game as a reward for getting good grades. razz But most of the time I can get my dad to pay a portion of the game's price. He'll give me twenty dollars and I'll pay the other half or so. But I feel kinda bad sometimes when I have enough money to buy it myself. D: Does that make me evil?

I get most of my games as gifts(christmas, b-day, and easter).. or I buy them biggrin
