Bio: Her father's a count, married to three wives. Mizuki was born from a fourth wheeler. Her father's other wives found out and killed her mother. When they found Mizuki, they were about to do the same, but that was right before Mizuki froze the second wife's leg and smashed it to pieces. Her father came and took her under his wing. Mizuki never had to bite for a meal; blood was always offered to her, she didn't know where it came from or whose blood it was and still doesn't today. She grew up over the years with her step mothers trying to assassinate her everyday. But during the time when she was at the age when most girls got married off, she fell in love with a servant boy, who was human. But things happened and he died in a painful death, leaving Mizuki alone and cold. Mizuki murdered her step mothers under the name of vengeance and her father tried killing her when he found out but alas, Mizuki froze him and left him in the sun to melt. She lives alone in the small, eerie castle on the edge of the city, which was surrounded by woods. Most stayed away because they hear stories of ghost and such, living in the estate. Others who tried to eliminate the said ghosts, either turns back when a cold eerie drift comes and greets them. Or, no body returns at all. On days when the sun's rays are weak, she would go venture into the city, carrying a decorative umbrella. At night, she would go out and watch theater with the riches her father left behind.

Bio: When he was 8 he started to realize he was different from the other elves, a little darker, a little more wild than the rest. One day when he was sent to the principals office for misuse of glue(what else was he supposed to stick in the kids mouth, he kept blathering away, so I quieted him) he was getting assigned detention and then everything froze. EVERYTHING stopped he was able to move when no one else was, so he left the school building and when he got home time resumed as normal. He was astounded to say the least, but he needed to practice more and he knew this. This is the main reason he looks older than he is, the next time he paused time he started practing, first trying to age items while time was frozen, then trying to age people, which he found to be harder and more stressing, but he found he could do it if needed. Now, at the age of 15 he's in search of the reason he gained this power, walking around til' he sees something odd or unexplained.

Personality: Quiet by nature, if not talked to Atrum will always keep to himself. Even when around the kindest of people, he doesn't have much to say. It's not that he won't let his guard down, he is surprisingly trusting of people, almost to the extent of it being dangerous.

Appearance: Atrum has one gold eye and one bright blue. He is a bit more pale than the average person, but not to the extent of not looking human. He has dark brown hair, almost black. It's left in a messy style that is short in the front and at necklength in the back, his bands cover his eyes when he doesn't look up. Atrum is average height, somewhere around 5'8, and has a lithe frame.
Atrum wears a hood to cover his face because he doesn't want people to see his gold eye. His clothes are those of middle class common folk.

Bio: All babies are borm with blue eyes, but when Atrum grew out of them, his single golden eye shone through and sparkled with life when it was in the sun. In fact, everything about Atrum came to life when in the sun. The light did something to the child, making him shine like he was part of the sun itself.
His parents, noticing this hid him away from the world before he coujld talk, and his lively spirit dwindled away, and Atrum became quiet. He was still kind though, one of the sweetest children you could ever meet. He wasn't abused or badly taken care of, it was quite the opposite really. Atrum's parents raised him with all the love in the world. But even they knew it wasn't enough.
Eventually the boy had to start going out, his mother became sick, and his father was killed by hunters that knew the little family was hiding something. Atrum took care of his mother the best he could, but she sent him away to throw the hunters off of his trail.
Atrum has yet to test his abilities of light, but knows he had them, it was the last thing his mother warned him of before he left home.

Bio: When Lonesome was 4 years old his father, a demon, came to take him from his mother. His mother pleaded and begged for him to allow Lonesome to stay with her. As he was leaving the house a man stood before him barring his path. This man was named Ruzgar Lightfeather the woman's human lover. When Ruzgar saw that the woman that he loved was having her child taken away from her he immediatly drew his sword and fought the demon. In the end he won the battle but before the demon disappeared he killed Lonesome's mother and lit the house on fire hoping to slay his child as well. Ruzgar leapt into the flames and rescued the boy and his lover's corpse. After burying the woman he loved, he swore on her grave that he would look after her child as if her he was his own. For 11 years he taught Lonesome how to forge and wield a blade as well as helped him use his abilities, until one day when a man in dark leather who was missing an ear came upon them. The man claimed to be Lonesome's father and wanted his son back, but Ruzgar would not hand over the 15 year old boy. Once again these two battled over the boy, during the battle Ruzgar's sword broke giving the demon the chance he needed. Just before Ruzgar died he buried the broken blade into the demon's throat once again banishing him. Lonesome buried his adoptive father and forged a sword with the hilt of his father's sword naming it after him, Ruzgar. Ever since then he has traveled looking for the demon known only as his father.

Bio: Born to a wealthy family Aurora was given everything she ever wanted but even though she was showered with gifts it never seemed to fill an empty space she had inside. Never understanding why she just never fit in with the others of her race she grew more and more distant unable to create a bond with others even when she tried. For as long as she could remember she had this static charge around her she was unable to control and it sometimes mad it dangerous for others to touch her.
On her ninth birthday her village was attacked by several hunters. Later she learned they where after her because of her elemental power. They pillaged her home killing all that stood in her way until they came upon her. When they attacked the young girl however they where in for a surprise. As if the sky's themselves where trying to protect her it opened up and rained down thousands of bolts of lighting.
Aurora passed out from the massive use of her elemental power and woke some time later. To her horror her village was a blaze sparked by the same electric energy that saved her and everyone she knew was either dead or gone. She now wonders the world in search of both survivors of her village and a reason to why she was given these abilities.

Bio: Rudolph is the daughter of Lord and Lady Morgenstern who are very rich and snobby people. Rudolph was spoilt rotten by her parents being the only child and all. She has had a very privileged up bringing being given all that she ever desired as well as an excellent private education. She was taught how to handle a sword by an old master in the skills of fighting and protection although has never really needed these skills since she was surrounded by body guards at all times as a child. When she was 14 years old she realized who and what she was but kept it a secret, for many years she had noticed that she had the ability to curse and bless people. The earliest blessing she can remember was when she was 8, her best friend at the time (a girl called charm) told her of having problems at her home...saying her family were at each others throats and she was awfully sad because she thought her parents were going to split, Rudolph visited the house with her friend and in her head she remembered imagining a bright light just filling up the house and cleansing everything within it and then a week or so later her friend told her of how things had suddenly changed in her household and things were now great, the first curse she remembers was a month later from the blessing. Her friend (Charm) stole a little bracelet from her room and when she found out she imagined this big black cloud fall over her friend and surround her, in anger she growled "I curse you, you rotten thief!" and the next day Charm was killed, she was struck by lightening. Rudolph always felt responsible but never told a single soul and then when she turned 14 she realized she was a child of the elements. She carried on her life being awfully careful of what she said and what she thought.

Daydreams a lot and was always fascinated by the stars/sky/clouds/moon, sun/etc.... Often finds himself in social situations when he's depressed. His favorite color is Bright [almost neon] Orange. He feels bad about stealing, but he has to do it often. He's also very intuitive and inquisitive, so he only steals from people who either deserve it or could do without the money that was stolen. He also has excellent vision and can be very stealthy if he tried to, but he's no ninja.
Appearance: From head to toe: Very red, slightly dark hair. Happy, yet sad somewhat, green eyes with slight amber undertones. Some freckles. Rather skinny body. Button-nose. Bigger [than usual] ears. Some facial acne. Clean [no facial hair] face. He usually wears modest clothes - long-sleeved shirts, long pants - and a coat. Often wears a hat. Doesn't usually wear any jewelery except for a ring that an acquaintance from his first time-jump had made for him that was supposed to be a magical charm. He's about 5'7" and weighs probably 110lbs. He wears shoddy peasant shoes and hiking socks, but He'd like some decent walking boots some time.... He likes to wear dark colors. ((I could draw a picture of him later, if you really want me to))

And he usually likes to carry around a stick just in case he needs a weapon or if he's walking a long distance. If he needed a weapon, he'd like a large, crested and jeweled titanium Claymore (though he has had no training in swordplay. He can still learn though...)

Bio: Seamus was the son of a farmer. A lot of stuff happened to him when he turned 12 years old. The previous year, Seamus had met a beautiful girl with strawberry blond hair and freckles named Karen from down the lane and fell in love with her. By his 12'th birthday, Karen had announced to Seamus that she wasn't interested in him. Seamus kept trying to get her back, but she was stubborn. One day a few weeks after his birthday, while he was sitting in the back of his house thinking about Karen and what else he could try to get her back while he was eating his lunch. He was so lost in thought that he felt the world around him wasn't there, and he began to imagine where Karen might be... his mind flew to the town to the north of their farm and into one of the buildings with a sign above the door that read "Bakery Shoppe". Inside he saw Karen buying a loaf of french-style bread and realized what he was seeing. He got startled and suddenly fell as Karen turned and started for the door his mind was hovering near Karen got frightened and told him he'd just come out of nowhere. The baker looked at them with awe and fear. Seamus' mind was racing; "I just know that baker is going off to tell everyone in the village that I'm a witch, I know it." he grabbed Karen's hand and she agreed to run away out of town with him. When they had arrived at a safe sort of grove to the west of the town, Karen had finally asked him what happened. Seamus answered, unsurely and told her that he was thinking of her and sudednly he was at the bakery. She didn't know what else to believe. A sorrowful look grew on her face and tears began to run down her eyes. Seamus was worried - "What could
this mean?" he thought. He was utterly shocked when Karen had relayed a disturbing secret she'd been keeping. She told him that she had been seeing someone else. Seamus doesn't like to talk about the conversation they had in that grove west of town for some reason. but I know that within the hour after Seamus stopped talking and Karen marched off in a fit of tears and rage, Seamus' face began to fill with tears. He was so sure he would have her... He started walking home on the westward road after wiping his face. He was still in shock of when he'd teleported and when he remembered that he did, he stopped dead in his tracks, turned around and saw a man sitting on the other side of the road, against a wall, singing a song. It was a beautiful song.
That guy must be a gypsy or something Seamus thought.
"'Ey, boy!" called the man after Seamus had already awkwardly turned away from him. "Yea, you. What's yer name?"
After a pause, Seamus turned and muttered "Seamus, sir," and blurted out, "Are you a gypsy?"
The enigmatic man laughed and stood up. Seamus felt stupid. "Nah, kid. I think I know something about you."
Oh bugger. What if he saw me in the bakery..."I sawr you at that bread store in town," the man said slurrily and excitedly.
Maybe I shouldn't have told him my name!"My name's Christopher," the man named Christopher said. "I'm a witch too. D'you think ye could tell me how that trick o' yer's took place? I' was simply fascinating."
"Well," Seamus explained, surprised - he thought the man would persecute him without a thought, "it was sort-of an accident. Where're you from, Christopher? Wales?"
"Yea, 'ow'd ye guess?"
"I don' know..." Seamus was confused...
"Ye look puzzled, lad." Christopher pulled a smallish, rolled up sheet of paper out of his brown coat and walked near Seamus. "This paper has on it," he looked very serious and important suddenly, "some of the rules of physics that may be bent if applied to it the correct type of magics. I think ye should have i'." He handed Seamus the paper, "Ye know 'ow teh read righ'?"
"Yeah, a little... most simple words and stuff."
"Good, but some o' these words are a bi' complicated," Christopher mentioned, "so ye should lemme teach you what they are."
They both sat on the wall and Christopher taught Seamus all about the incredibly interesting facts written on the sheet of paper.
Afterward, Seamus asked "So how fast do you think I could 'teley-port' to the other side of the world?"
"Oh as fast as you can think," replied Christopher, "I think.... Y'know, I 'aven't seen an ability like yers before today. I think yer special. I have to go now. Try teh practice teleportin' singular, inanima' objects fer a while, will yeu?"
"Of course!" Seamus said, excited as ever.
They departed, and Seamus practiced as much as he could in all his spare time at the farm. Once, he accidentally teleported all his father's farming tools to the underground of the tool shed.
About four months after his first teleportation, Seamus had become almost expert and began to discover all the things he could do with his ability. Once, he had tried to teleported a rock 50 feet in the air, but the rock had simply disappeared and about an hour later, the very same rock came falling down and landed in the very spot Seamus had teleported it from while he was practicing with other rocks nearby.
It must've time-traveled he thought.
Another time, he had teleported a blade of grass to the other side of a hill, thinking it would fall into the other blades of grass and be unnoticed, but when he came upon the teleported grass blade, he saw it was probably about 200 times it's original size. He had to teleport the giant grass blade underneath, but that brought up a lot of soil, so he had to bring some wind from the sky down to blow away and spread apart the mound of dirt. He wasn't very experienced at teleporting such fluid objects as air or water yet, so he accidentally left a large crater in the ground beneath a nearby tree which was immediately blown over as well as the dirt pile and fell into the crater. He packed and went back to his bed at home. For some reason, that event had reminded him of Karen and he became overly depressed and decided he would run away.
What have I to lose? he thought.
I can't find a girl without her being crazy, all the kids in town and school pick on me, my family is as distant as a family can get spiritually and mentally... He also thought many other things, but eventually he figured he didn't really need to bring anything with him except for the now worn piece of paper Christopher had given him. Seamus wondered if he's ever see him again as he left his house with his coat and warm clothes. He would teleport to the beach, and from there, teleport across the sea to another land and look for a job or some gypsies to live with. He had teleported about fifty kilometers to the east and stopped in a forest when he thought
What am I even looking for? and decided to travel through time using a sort of "space-distortion" theory that was written on the paper clutched in his left hand. He knew how to teleport himself and with space distortion time travel, all you needed to do was freeze an object in space for a set amount of time and make sure that it landed on the Earth in the same spot when that time was over and the object reappears in another place. If you didn't keep the object on Earth, instead of letting it reappear somewhere random in space, the object would be lost forever, and if it were a human or living thing, that living thing would die because the Earth moves around the sun at a very fast rate, which is why the seasons changed, and the sun moves around a different center of gravity, and that center of gravity moves away from another point in distant space, and it get's very complicated after that. He had to sort of lock in to a certain piece of matter on Earth where he would revisit and then enter the space-distortion-induced sort of coma, or nonexistence until he revisited that piece of matter on Earth.
After he'd tapped into the right piece of information in his mind to commit time-travel, he had tried to move through to about ten or twenty years after his 12th birthday, but ended going forward about 30 years... and, after teleporting through about 150 more years in 6 different jumps, aging 2.5 years, Here [in this time] he is, in Medieval Wales [he had moved to wales after trying to live in France for a bit on his third jump].

Other: Seamus is a character from a story of mine in which he keeps traveling through time, trying to find love in all the wrong eras and eventually witnessing the end of the world when he's in his middle ages. Later in the story, he realizes he can't travel backward though time and becomes depressed for a while (more so because he'd been dumped by two different girls and mugged while he was sleeping during that particular time jump) and skips about 100 years of time to his next life. He was originally a time-traveler, so I thought I could make him some sort of space-altering time-traveler. If you think it's too god-moddy, please tell me because maybe there can be some sort of major catch that only allows him to do it rarely, like, oh yeah - and I wanted to add this into the story as well - that Seamus gets really, really tired, hungry and sleepy after each time travel, sorta like he needs to restock on his MP after a time jump, yknow? Also for everything else he does. His abilities are limited not by what he is able to do, but by what he knows how to do and what his body (getting tired all the time from the stress that physical manipulation puts on it) can handle doing. And since he's so young and inexperienced, Seamus doesn't know how to do that many things except for time traveling and teleporting smallish objects (like objects weighing less than him and amounts of air and water etc...). If he tries to exceed his limits, he'll wind up with anything from a small headache to a painful, physical stress-related death.
