Spellbound VS Tansen [Round 2]
Round 2 is here! Are you excited?! I sure am. Anyway, lets get this match underway. I do not want to make this all a big post, etc. So rules remain the same.

Rules: You may kill with opponents consent.

Michiko walked out onto the new battleground, ready for her second round match. Her hair was tied and her lucky blue scarf was nowhere to be seen. Both her katanas hanging sheathed at her waist she checked to make sure they were clear for draw. Glancing around she waited for her opponents arrival, a calm expression on her face.

Tansen shunpo'd into the arena feeling a bit more confident than he was with his last match. Here I go... He calmly walked over to his opponent and extended his right hand for a handshake. "Hey there. Tansen Tsurugi, vice captain of squad 10." Tansen usually liked to start things off like this. They were both here to fight each other but they could still be polite right?

As Tansen came out onto the arena and extended a hand, Michiko shook it and her face broke into a friendly smile, as she said, "Tsukino Michiko, vice-captain of squad 3. It's a pleasure to be competing against you today, Tansen." Letting his hand go, Michiko turned and walked a few paces back, so they'd start the fight apart. Turning back around to face him, hands reached for the sheathes opposite their sides and she drew her two katana with a flourish, bringing them in front of her in a fighting stance. "I hope you're ready to begin," She said, her friendly tone gone more serious.
Without a moment to spare as the words left her lips Michiko dashed towards her opponent from his left, slashing towards his shoulder with her left blade, her right held in front of her at the ready. She hoped he was good at quick draw or this would be boring.

Tansen was expecting this kind of attack and quickly drew his zanpakuto in order to block the attack. Two swords huh? This is gonna be tricky... He could tell that Michiko would probably try attacking him her free sword while his own was occupied so he brought up his left hand and pointed his fingers at her right arm. "Hado number four, Byakurai." A small but sharp blast of lightening shot from his fingers and went straight for her shoulder.

Bringing her blade up to her shoulder to deflect the kidou a bit, the shock went a bit up her arm, but was more diffused then the direct hit would have been. Continuing the movement Michiko brought her arm further up sending an elbow jab towards Tansen's face. With her left blade she brought around a slash towards his right knee.

Tansen quickly brought his sword up again and blocked the Michiko's sword but felt her elbow slam into his face, sending him backwards and effectively breaking his nose. He did a shunpo, landed safely a short distance away, and quickly snorted out some blood before bringing up his left hand. "Hado number 33, Sokatsui!" A jet of blue fire erupted from his open palm and shot straight at Michiko.

As she saw the kidou coming she knew she had to get out of the way fast. Bringing her blades out to her sides, she shouted, "Swoop Takahishou, and take to the skies!" Her shikai appeared, and with a thrust of the blades downwards to send herself soaring into the air, just in time to dodge all but the tail end of the kidou, burning her feet slightly.
Turning in the air, Michiko slid her hand from her hilt to the ribbons on the hilt of her right blade and spun it helicopter blade style and swooped down towards Tansen, the spinning blade held in front of her like a propeller of jagged edges.

You have GOT to be kidding me! First she has two swords and now she can fly?! He brought his sword in front of him and waved his left hand over it. "Transmute, Tsumari-Renkin."(Ultimate Alchemy) The blade of his sword grew longer and became covered in strange symbols. "Here I go, take form!" Tansen plunged the sword into the ground and the symbols on his blade began glowing green as he transmuted the minerals in the ground. "Let's see how you like this." He brought the blade out of the ground and a giant golem the size of a small house came from the earth as well. It stared in Michiko's direction and then threw a punch at her to try and stop her from coming near it's master.

Swerving out of her downward swoop to avoid the punch, she turned to get a good look at thing. Dear lord, what is this thing? Gritting her teeth, Michiko swung to the left and down, and slashed at the earth beast's legs with a few rapid blows, hoping to loosen the earth holding it up and make the monster unstable. As she flew to his right she turned in air, looping the ribbons on her hilts to her arms to free her hands, and doing a quick hand sign, shouted, "Ye Lord! Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! Hadou #33, sÅkatsui!" Launching her kidou at the attacked leg.

Michiko's kido hit the golem's leg dead on and it began to topple onto the ground as it was thrown off balance. Tansen rushed over to his fallen golem and the symbols on his blade began to glow again as he transmuted his fallen servant. Let's see how you deal with this! Where the golem was once standing now stood a large metallic dog. "Go get her boy!" The dog gave a howl of approval, bared it's metal fangs, and rushed towards Michiko.

Taking her blades in hand again, Michiko took off, rising higher. "Unless that pooch of yours can fly, I don't see how it'll help you," Michiko called to Tansen as she hovered over in the air. Turning abruptly, she went into a dive towards Tansen from the side opposite the dog, and just a helf metre above his head made 2 downward slashes while pulling up from the dive and back into the higher altitudes.

Tansen wasn't able to completely dodge Michiko and recieved a small cut in his left shoulder. "Tch. Just because my pal here can't get up into the air..." He plunged his sword into the dogs back and created a large catapault on the back of his mechanical canine. "...Doesn't mean I can't!" The catapault sprang forward and sent Tansen rocketing towards Michiko. "I have a few tricks myself you know." He was right in front of her now and he placed his palm directly in front of her stomach. "Bakudo number 9, Geki." A flash of red light consumed the area around Michiko, threatening to paralyze her.
((In case you didn't know, Geki creates a flash of light that paralyzes enemies. Basically Tansen is trying to get you to fall out of the sky. XP))

Blinded a moment by the red light of the kidou, Michiko opened her eyes to feel her arms and legs stiff and unmovable. Trying to shift her hands she found it useless, her steering was gone, though her arms had been out when the attack hit so flight was still in affect. "Not that it's you problem, but being in front of me isn't safe anymore, Tansen," She said as she could feel her weight pulling her forwards as her blades caught on the air, and dipped downwards a bit, bring her into a dive right towards him. This was going to be painful for everyone if there was a collision.

((No problem. I haven't been posted as quickly as should have either so it's all good.))
Tansen only just realized his mistake and was too late to avoid Michiko as she landed on him and her blade cutting into his ribs as they both plummeted towards the ground. Oh S**t! I guess I should've calculated more! And on top of all of this... His face went bright red as his mind slowly dawned on the fact that he technically had a cute girl on top of him. Okay, this really not the time to think about that! He quickly pulled himself apart from Michiko and managed to shunpo safely on the ground. "Phew...Made it...Oh no!" He watched in horror as his opponent fell closer and closer towards the earth. She's still paralyzed!
