-Activity - Now, I'm not saying to spam a match with random posts, I'm just saying a post a day would be great. 3nodding Keeps the match flowing and what not.

-Grammar - Grammar = Spelling, Periods, Commas. 3nodding No one will understand you if you type like this.
Bad Example: 'lik dis'

-Realism - 350 pounder, performing a shooting star press is pretty damn hard to believe blaugh Or going for a DDT or Suplex on your opening attack... that's pretty hard to believe, because(Kayfabe) your opponent would not be tired yet. Or the old favorite: I'm going to dodge something I had no idea was heading my way! A back attack, low blow etc. Your character does not have 360 vision. 3nodding

-Storyline - Depending on the story of the participant's feud. 3nodding

-Attempts! - If you Godmod on purpose your pretty much guaranteed a loss. Some people do forget to put 'attempt' sometimes so some slack will be cut.

Example of a godmodd: "I h8 you!" *Slap! runs away like a pansy*
Godmodding = not allowing your opponent to counter.

-Selling - Selling is very important to make a match look good.

Selling = Making a move look good or letting the move actually connect.
Dodging a move is fine, but try not to dodge every single move, a dodge or two a page should be enough.

Good Selling:
Quote:
Nuke's spear connected to the gut of Knockout! Knockout fell to the canvas holding his gut in pain!

Bad Selling:
Quote:
Nuke's spear connected to the gut of Knockout! Knockout fell to the canvas, but then got up to his feet and would attempt a drop kick to the face of Nuke!

What? How do you get up after a spear? This also falls under the category of Realism.

Defensive godmodding = Dodging everything without letting something connect! This also will almost guarantee you a loss. blaugh

Bad or Good? Better then dice! xd

Well I also like it. The only thing I ask is that you pay attention to these rules carefully, especially my matches. After reading these rules, I realized that my opponents break at least one of those and I end up losing. I find that very frustrating.

Nate, you're a great talent, and you're really pushing yourself when you're out there. For situations like yours, I propose that moderators start looking at pacing in a match. The very basic level of pacing in a match is letting your opponent hit you with a number of maneuvers, before countering and hitting a series of your own maneuvers.

When you get to more complex levels of pacing, then you talk about leaders and followers. Heels tend to be leaders in a match, since they're typically more aggressive and generate heat from the crowd. Faces tend to look stronger toward the end of a match, and at that point, the winner can be a toss-up.

I think the rules are pretty fair and well thought out. I'll follow 'em as best I can.

But what in the flying Funk is this dice you speak of?

Thanks for the comment and I understand what you are saying. I think I'll just take your advise and see what the outcome results as.

In some other Feds you win depending on a Dice Roll.
Usually if it's a Close match.

What Neko said. I do use the dice sometimes, but only if it's real close and I can't decide. xd

Dice are cool. Too many people whine about it though. Mainly Canadians. 3nodding

This years X-Cup is going as smooth as the first one. The second one was tainted by Canadians. It's the only explanation.

I actually have a panel of judges and we discuss what we liked and didn't like about each match, then vote on the winners. 3nodding
